If you owe automobile debt on a car in your past, dont buy a car here. They sold my account to a debt collector that I owed on another vehicle. Never was late making a payment on this car but now its a part of a collections account for another vehicle I had in the past. Bottom line these people are all about $$$ and will stab you in the back to get it.

I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Yeah they will help you get into a cart thats their job. I went in back in April with my children. Explained what type of vehicle i needed. I have 3 children in a car seat so i need space. The car i purchased from them not even 9 days later i had a fuel pump issue. Every since Ive had problem after problem with my purchase. Talking Every month Im paying a car payment and fixing on this lemon i was sold. If you really want a car buy it straight from a reputable dealership. Not these guys. If i could they would not get the 1 star they choose to write a review. On top of all that they failed to disclose that the vehicle had neen in an accident. So no dont go to then at all.

Mr. George McAvoy was great. I got there late Saturday afternoon didnt realize they had already closed. Mr. McAvoy informed that if he needed to he would open back up for me. Theyre closed on Sundays but he made arrangements to sell me a vehicle on Sunday. He made my car buying experience great.

Last year my girlfriend brought a 2015 Dodge Charger from Terrance at thee car lot. Everything was good until she tried too trade the car in at crown Dodge. Found out the car had been wrecked twice. This information was never given too us at all. Neither was the Carfax report. I would not recommend doing business with this company at all.

I financed a car on 2/17/2018 with Chris and Mike. Everything was ok at first until I drove the car home. Noticed a loud noise every time let go of brakes. I fixed it on my own. 17 days later i get a call from Mike stating I have to return vehicle because funding didnt go through. I wasnt aware of the 10 day rule in financing until after I agreed to return vehicle. I did receive my down payment back but minus the 1000 miles they claimed I drove while car was in my possesion. They took over $300 from my down payment to cover those miles when the deal went sour from their end. I would have told many people to shop here but now I warn you. If you want a good reliable car, and honest people please go elsewhere. Worst experience ever.

Everything started out okay I guess. Was told I would get a phone call to let me know exactly what is going on with the approval. This was Monday afternoon, today is Thursday and still no call. Just wanted to know exactly what was going on.

My credit wasnt all that great, I thought..... I walked in and sat down with TERRANCE to go over what i was looking for. My truck was wrecked and I had to have something quick. Terrance was so great through the whole process, with me never financing a car before I was new to this and nervously awaiting my approval or rejection. Hah! I drove out of there with not 1 but 2 vehicles for me and my family!!!!! Just a little issue with one vehicle after I got them but i called Terrance and Mike and Chad. They quickly took care of me. First time buyer, and I regret coming to this car lot!! They made it seem like they cared but once they got their money their attitudes changed. Plus already had to put over 2000 into the car I have purchased and Ive only had it for 4 months. Will never, I mean NEVER, coming back to this car lot. Also Ive been driving around without a registration due to them not giving my wife the registration.

I got a car from here in July had to bring it back the next day after I got it do to the light not working not sure how it even passed inspection and car had other issues wrong with it they had my car for 3 weeks when I got it back only thing was fix was the light everything else is still not working check engine light on and the car acts like it doesn’t want to start because car needs a starter already I’m very disappointed with them they lied and said everything will be fix but it wasn’t when they had the car they gave me the run around it very sad how they do business like this I only came back to them because they did good business my first go around but this time it was terrible will not recommend them to anyone now I have to pay for the car to get fix out my pocket smh

This is the worst car lot, bought a truck from them 2 months ago an im now spending 3 thousand dollars to get a new transmission put in, the quality of vehicles they sell are very low, I had to point out to them that it was leaking oil an that it was the oil pan gasket an they never fixed the heat or A/C never will I go back there or recommend anyone to go there waste of money

All these cars are broken into dirty and look as if they been flooded or something even the guy said himself nothing on thee lot was even worth it so we got back in the car and kept our 7,000 and went elsewhere be wary of the bull they try pull on you real talk.
