I purchased my 2011 Honda Civic from Curtis Johnson and it was a fantastic experience! After applying online, I was contacted very shortly after to work on some figures. They worked with me on my down payment AND my monthly payment. They allowed me to make payments on my d.p until $1,500 of the $2,000 was paid and let me pick up my car with an arrangement of paying the additional $500 left within 30 days. They got my payment where I told them I needed it to be and replaced the compressor on the vehicle before letting me purchase it. This vehicle is so clean for being 10 years old too, that is a plus. I have purchased from dealerships before and honestly, this buy here pay here was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Oh and let me add, I do NOT have good credit or even fair credit and they still got me done. Would recommend to everyone!

I came in on a Friday and picked the car I wanted, but I had to come back on Monday with my down payment and to pick the car up. After telling me that the car would be ready, papers ready to sign…Not only wasn’t my car ready, but they waited until after I gave my down payment at 11am to tell me that the car needed a state inspection and I had to wait around or find something to do until 4pm in an unfamiliar area that’s an hour away from home. Very inconvenient and very unprofessional!!! The only reason why they get a thumbs up and 3 stars is because they worked with me and my financial situation. The car wasn’t even that clean inside or outside!!! All I can say about this place is to each it’s own! I’ll never purchase there again if I don’t have to! But the sales people there are very polite!

Went to EZ Auto and met with Buddy Martin and Curtis Johnson to try and get into a vehicle. My credit is in recovery, and I didnt have a whole lot to put down. So they worked with me on a $2,000 down payment, and got me into a 2013 Dodge Dart SXT with a manual transmission. They held on to the car a day just to give it a once-over and a full detail before it left their lot. While I was waiting to communicated with me constantly to help me with my unique situation, in order to get me into a running driving vehicle. Their customer service is top-notch, their sales people are the best Ive ever encountered at any dealership, and I think I just found my go-to for buying a vehicle from now on. I dont even know where to start! Lets go ahead and start with the fact that Ive tried about 9 different car lots before reaching Team EZ Auto! Every car lot wanted a huge down payment or a co-signer to purchase a truck. I didnt want to include anyone with my responsibility so I didnt even bother with wanting a co-signer. I called EZ auto while I was at work and Haani answered my call. I tried to do an application over the phone for the 2009 Chevy Colorado they had on their lot she asked me to hold and transfered my call to Buddy who informed me that they couldnt do an application over the phone for privacy issues which is understandable! Later on that same day I went to EZ Auto 30 minutes before they closed and they were more than happy to help me out! Buddy let me test drive the truck for 20 minutes to get a feel for the truck. I was happy with the truck and its condition so I asked Buddy what it would take to drive it home. He sent me over to Haanis desk to do some application paper work! I couldnt be more impressed with her professionalism kindness and making me feel comfortable with the application process. After the application process I was sent back to Buddys desk and he said that my down payment wasnt enough! (on a side note I felt myself starting to get frustrated 😤 thinking it was going to be another sorry we cant help you until you spill out more of your money type of deals!) But that wasnt the point whatsoever! Buddy let me know that he wanted my monthly payments to be lower and the only way to do that is with a bigger down payment. I only had half of what they wanted down but instead of them showing me the door he asked me how long it would take for me to come up with the other half I told him within a month! Check this out! He set up small payments for the rest of the down payment after my first small payment they let me drive the truck home! But wait! There is more to this story while I was signing all the paperwork with Curtis another awesome person here at EZ Auto, I asked Buddy when the last oil change was preformed he grabbed my keys and took it to their shop and had the oil changed while I was signing all of my paperwork! Curtis explained everything in detail answered all of my questions in detail. I actually understood all that little print that other dealers try to push you out the door with! So that evening I drove the truck all around town super excited and I noticed the brakes where squeaking and the front end was shuttering. Took the truck to them the very next day and buddy immediately took it to his shop and they fixed it with no hassle whatsoever! In conclusion Team EZ Auto makes you feel like family like you are important and not just an easy target. I have never felt more at home than any other place. Thank you Buddy, Chris, Curtis and Haani you guys are amazing!

I had the worst experience with team EZ auto. We brought our truck from them in Aug 2019 we finally got the truck in October 2019. The truck was in and out of the shop being fixed five times and finally it just stop working. So we actually only drove the truck about 3 months. We called up to the office to tell them that the truck wont start and they sent a tow truck to get the truck. Now its going on two months they call my husband to tell him that we would have to pay $1000 because they had to fix the truck. I told them when they came to get the truck that we was tired of paying for something we cant drive. But they told us that it would go on our credit as a repo. But what really made me truly dislike this company is that he told my husband that we had to pay for something that they finally fixed even though we took it to their Mechanics each time and they couldnt find anything wrong with. But as soon as the warranty expired the truck stopped working and it needed a new starter. Remember we havent been driving it, it was in the shop more than it was at our residence.They sold us a lemon and then asked us to pay for it. But that is not it they found two more leaks and said to my husband there not that bad. So they wanted us to pay them for fixing the problem that they sold to us then once we get it we have to get the other leaks fixed. Now you decide if you want to do business here. Make sure you think long and hard. I know that I bragged on this company before i even sent customers there, but after this experience i wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from this company along with trusting anyone there. But you can make/have your own opinions about this place of business. Its a sad day when people insist on trying to rip off hard working tax paying citizens.
