They went above and beyond and even delivered it, as it was hard to get my dad in and out of their current vehicle. Justin Weiss was my sales rep, and he went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I wanted. I started out just asking for pictures and prices of a couple of vans on their website. Warren, the General Manager, contacted very quickly after hours. He said he would look into the vehicles for me and would call me back on Monday. Justin called back in Warrens place on Monday. We went over my needs and apprehension of dealing with another onlinedealership. I just stopped working with another company because the salesman was incredibly pushy and never listened to my needs. Instead, he repeatedly tried to sell me a van that I didnt want. I was was sick of him, so I started looking elsewhere. I wasnt really looking for a company to work with when I first contacted Superior, but after talking to Justin that morning, I wasnt going anywhere else. He listened and was very honest with me. Im so glad Justin is the one that called me back. He told me about a SUV that wasnt even listed on their website yet, and thats the one that I chose. He had no problem in talking to me after hours, and he got things done very quickly. It was my first time buying a car online, so I was very confused. Justin explained everything to me and I must say, I preferred buying online. It was so much easier than going to a dealership. Superior definitely has a customer for life! There is not one thing I would change about the whole process.
