Outstanding! Hunter and Luke were responsive, fair and honest. I bought a truck from them that they had gotten on trade-in, and they had already replaced timing belt and water pump (just because mileage said it needed it). They could have ripped somebody off with a vehicle that needed immediate maintenance, but they went ahead and did it. The Jeep I bought wasnt clean inside or out. It needed to be filled up with gas and its pretty standard when selling a car with a full tank of gas. Nonetheless I had an overall good experience.

Awesome experience with these guys! I drove down from Springfield to look at one of their Wranglers they had for sale. They were very accommodating and quite fair. They are 100% willing to work with you, and even swap parts for negotiations. I ended up swapping the original softop for a hardtop. They put it on and everything. Currently they don’t finance, but they told me they hope to in the future. They worked great with my loan officer and I drove it away that day. Luke and Hunter know their stuff and are honest guys. They created a wonderful car buying experience!

Ozark Automotive Co. is one of kind - a diamond in the ruff, some may say, in the used car industry. Luke and his team arent your typical used car salesmen...no, no, no! In fact, their technique to make buy one of their vehicles (besides the fact that they are all in great conditions & at great prices) is some sort of reverse psychology wherein they do not pressure you AT ALL to buy anything. You will know every dent, ding, and known history about the vehicle you are looking at. He will also give you the pros and cons of Jeep ownership. Very little overhead allows them to sell at below market prices. Hate buying cars but this was a very enjoyable purchase. They were able to make changes to my vehicle which I appreciated. I can highly recommend.

Luke sold me my first “big girl” vehicle and the process could not have been easier. I had been driving around the car that I got when I was 16, and always had wanted a Wrangler. I searched high and low and nothing could beat these guys. They are honest in their explanation of the vehicles and really want to put you in the best fit for your lifestyle ad budget. They don’t try and sugar coat things to make a sale. I have been in the vehicle now for over a year and have never had an issue or an ounce of regret about my purchase.

Bought a car asked if anything was wrong with the car, pushed my price limit of buying the car and yet the car didn’t work the way he said it would repair out of my pocket right off the lot was 660 for the whole ac to be fixed and yet he says he didn’t know of the problem yet said nothing was wrong with the car didn’t offer to fix it ONE day after I bought it I found out the problem didn’t even at least pay for the parts i would’ve paid for the labor. Or work something out. Wouldn’t buy from there wishing I would’ve kept my money.
