I have purchased my last two new vehicles (GMC Sierra trucks) from Flow in 2014 and 2020. They the sales staff is knowledgeable, they do not apply pressure, trickery or unfair business practices the automotive sales industry is known for. The haggling is minimal, the finance team always advises and leaves the decisions up to you, like the salesmen with no pressure, just the facts. They have always been fair with trades, take care of the customer after the sale and have an excellent service department. On one occasion when a mistake was made and a problem with my 14 wasnt fixed right, they acknowledged, apologized and took the right corrective measures in a very timely fashion, expediting the correct parts and finishing the job without adding to a frustrating situation.Thats why we continue to go back to Flow in a town with so many options.

Jason is AMAZING. My husband and I needed to upgrade our cars and we looked around at a couple other dealerships, but were not happy with the service at all. As soon as we got to Flow Mazda, Jason greeted us and talked to us about what we were looking for in a car and then he showed us some. Throughout the entire process he was funny and joking around, which we definitely appreciated. He explained everything very clearly, and was always willing to help us. It took 2 days for us to do both cars, but that’s only because I had to go to work and couldn’t stay any longer. I’ve bought a few cars in the past and this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not to mention this dealership bought our cars at a much more reasonable price than the other dealers offered us. I’m a little sad that Jason is moving over work in the service department and won’t be able to help other people in the way he helped us, but I do look forward to seeing him over there when we take our cars in. Throughout the process we had some help from Chris, who helped make things quicker for us, which was greatly appreciated. Glenn and Rob helped us with the finance stuff and were also great. This is the only place I will trust with my cars/car buying from now on. And to be honest, this review doesn’t do them justice.

We took our 07 GMC Denali XL here to get some work done. Took it in Friday expecting to get our car back that day. Did not hear back from Heather until the end of the day when I called her. She informed me that my car would need to stay in the shop because the mechanic needed more time. And that he wouldnt be in over the weekend and could not work on it until Monday! We ended up renting a car for the whole weekend . Monday came around. We got a call saying the negative battery cable was the issue. We gave the okay to have it fixed and our bill was $326? Tuesday morning came. Got a call, said it was test driven and is running great! Awesome. Returned the car rental which was $247. Found a ride to pickup my car. And we left for Ashville! The car ran horrible and had the same issues. It broke down on us on the way home! I have tried to call Heather, left her a message and have yet to hear back from her! I will no longer bring my car here to get oil changes or work done!

I started bringing my Tarrain here since I purchased it back in May. Their appointments fill up fast so if you know your gonna need an oil change or service make sure you make an appointment at least 2 weeks in advance. Service was prompt and pricing was fair. The waiting room have drinks and snacks and restrooms for convenience.

We love Flow because the staff is super nice and helpful and we have bought 3 vehicles from them for that plus GMC vehicles are very reliable

So my process here at flow of nissan was pleasant i worked with Sr.Sales Agent Shawn Farmer who worked with me to find the right vehicle. The orginal car I wanted was in burlington nc and he made sure I obtained it at low cost. The only down side throughout this process was the financial department i was told that my credit was only going to be ran by one bank and although I was told it wasn’t on their end i felt like the financial manager could’ve informed me of the possibility. Although i do have mixed feelings about the finance department I really do recommend seeing and doing business with shawn farmer. He kept me informed about different car possibilities and kept me informed about the car in burlington nc. He made it happened!!
