Exceptionally great customer service. I have 2 occasions that left me highly impressed with the service at Volvo. The first time, I had run over something that was sticking up out of a parking lot, which I did not see. It made a loud noise, so I looked underneath my car and saw a leak. It was an emergency to get my car checked out, so I drove directly to Volvo. They immediately put my car up on the lifters and reassured me that there was no real damage to the undercarriage and the leak was no issue. This was great news, because I would not drive my car for a few weeks and did not want to have a deadlined vehicle the next time I drove it. They did not charge me any fee for this service.The second instance happened recently, where I suddenly got an indicator saying that my coolant was low and to turn off the engine. I checked the manual and it said to only use Volvo-brand coolant. Again, considering this an emergency, I drove directly to Volvo. I really only went to ask if it was actually true that I could only use Volvo-brand coolant, and if that were the case, I was going to see if they had any Volvo coolant that I could purchase. What they did was top off my coolant, free of charge.In both cases I did not make an appt, since these happened at the spur of the moment, and in both cases, they were extremely polite and helped me out immediately, and even when I asked (both times) how much I owed them, they never charged me anything. Thank you very much for your service and you really eased the stress I had when these things happened to my car.

Awesome place. Mike Mathes is the salesperson you should work with. He is professional, and will make sure that you are satisfied before you leave. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a Volvo!

If you’re smart, you won’t take your vehicle here to be serviced. Dropped my car off over a month ago to have some collision repairs and was told it would be a few weeks before they could get it looked at due to them being down to 1 Volvo technician. That’s fine, I’m easygoing. Three weeks later I called the service center to get an update, as they hadn’t called yet. No answer. So I go in person, and speak with Justin. He tells me they tried calling but my voicemail box was full. A lie, my husband had just left me a voicemail the day prior and that was the only one in my VM box. Then he proceeds to tell me it will be another week before the parts are ordered and put on. I said that’s fine, agreed to the price and gave them the go-ahead. 3 more weeks go by and I haven’t received a call. I try calling 2 more times, no one at the service department ever picks up. I go in person 2 more times, they tell me it’s going to be another 3 weeks before they can even get the parts on. My husband and I are down to 1 car and struggling to get by, as I told them the first time I came in. All I expected was a courtesy call or something to give me an update. Nothing. It’s been 1 month and 2 weeks, and the car has still not been looked at. So like I said at the beginning, if you’re smart, you won’t take your car here. Very unprofessional and sarcastic staff. 0 stars if I could.

Derek Davis of Fayetteville Volvo was exemplary sales associate, I have never had a new car sale occur so natural and organically. You want to buy the car with him because he makes you feel like he is in the journey with you...I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products amenities and options and his thoughtfulness of asking the right questions to identify what my needs were and even went as far as to consider the needs of my family who were with me. Sorriest service ever! This business has gone down hill over the last few years...if I could leave a comment with zero stars, theyd get zero. If you have to go a distance to get your car serviced, Id suggest you do so. Took my 2018 in for regularly scheduled maintenance, left with them trying to sell $600 a piece tires on a car that doesnt even have 25k miles on them....get down the road a mile to find out I have a flat....never again.....

This place is lucky I have to give them a star. They have had my car for a week and still no answer on what’s wrong with it. Every time I call the service area I never get an answer and nobody calls me back. I don’t recommend this place for work to anyone!!!!

The customer service here is horrible. Never solutions, always problems, do not offer assistance without setting an appointment, which is always two weeks away despite hazard warning. Long time Volvo owner, and they are by far the worst in customer service for maintenance in the three states I experienced!

Cheryl Lindsey is awesome! Even with my troubled credit history, she helped me get the car I really wanted without having to pay a crazy amount of money down. She stayed after hours multiple times and even came in and spent majority of her day off getting me rolling COMFORTABLY. By far the best service Ive ever had at a car dealership.

Kori is simply the best rep at Fayetteville Volvo--always helpful, attentive, takes care of the little things, does her best to schedule us promptly and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. After totaling my car, the last thing I wanted to do was pick out a new one. I spent many hours searching for a suitable replacement; but when I chose to visit Leith Volvo, I knew I could finally relax. All staff were personable, helpful, and extremely polite. However, I especially have to recommend working with Ms. Cheryl Lindsey. She made the selection process a breeze. She asked about my budget and got a feel for the style of car Id like. Together we picked the perfect car! As I filled out paperwork, Ms. Lindsey got my car ready by providing a full tank of gas and getting it completely detailed. This dealership has an impressive pre-owned inventory with unbeatable customer service. There are certainly cars for drivers of any age with any budget. If I ever need a new vehicle, I know exactly where to go!

After multiple phone calls with sales reps we drove down to look at what was advertised as 6 Toyota Prius V vehicles. On arriving we discovered they did not actually have the cars and could not explain why they were listed on their website. It was a 90 minute drive with two small children that was overall pretty disappointing...

If you need your Volvo serviced, don’t expect anything to get done on the weekends. They called at 4:30 Friday afternoon to tell me they have no technician available for my Saturday appointment! Then the guy had the nerve to call me rude when I explained that I was unable to get it done during the week! USELESS!!!

I found the car I was looking for at Leith Auto Mall online. When I called about it, I spoke to Will Ellis who was very helpful and friendly on the phone. Upon my arrival he greeted me at the door and proceeded to show me the vehicle. He was very helpful, as was the finance manager Eric. They made the whole transaction extremely smooth. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

I would recommend this dealer and salesman Justin McGinnis and fellow team members for your next purchase. Found the whole team to be friendly, hardworking and fair. They didnt present any hard sales tactics, were negotiable in areas where they could be. They will stand by their word once given. Justin and his teammate Andre were available when it was convenient to my work schedule.

My husband and I needed to upgrade our vehicle for our growing family; and was so appreciative for all of the help and guidance Cheryl gave us. I recommend working with her, and her staff. My husband and I purchased our 2nd Volvo from Will a few days ago. This is my 5th Volvo that Ive purchased and by far, Will has been the BEST salesperson Ive ever had to deal with. Purchased a C30 from him in 2011 and since then, my husband and I have built a great working relationship with him. We stop by occasionally and he never pressures us to buy. His motto is if you want a Volvo, youll be back and we like that - no nagging. Volvos sale themselves, you dont need a salesperson to show you all the gadgets. This time, he knew we were ready to make a purchase and got the XC60 all cleaned up and ready for us before we signed the deal. Highly recommend Will for salesperson and sales manager Michael was great to work with as well.

My wife, Courtney, and I were looking for a used BMW convertible, and we saw the exact one we were looking for online at Leith Automall in Fayetteville. Mark Henry, with whom we had communicated with before traveling to Fayetteville, had covered all of the major issues online, and was waiting for us when we arrived. The car was perfect for our needs, and the price was just right. We were very happy with his style of test driving, his ability to help us get the car for the price that we wanted, and his attention to detail. We were very happy with Mark and with Leith Automall.
