I wrote a wonderful review… but 4 days after purchasing a used Volvo XC90 the power steering failure came up along with multiple sensors. Then the screen went completely black. I called Rock to make him aware. My options were to come back and trade it in… 4 days after having the vehicle and just trade it in?! I’d be losing money. Weeks later a manager called me back offering to provide a loner and get the vehicle in service… I live 5 hours from this dealership, not an option. She never offered to cover cost for a loaner vehicle or service at my local Volvo because we want to make it right. Nope. Didn’t try to make it right. After that never heard back. I’ve called Rock several times and all I could get was I understand I’m sorry you can trade it in. I’ve called the dealership over 12 times left several messages with several people… do you think one of them called me back? NO! I am current driving this vehicle with a black screen, no ac, no clue of the speed I am driving, no backup camera and no idea how much gas is in the vehicle. Sounds like a safety issue to me. To whoever traded this vehicle in knowing it had this issue and not disclosing that info, shame on you. If the dealership had an idea of the issue, wow shame on you for caring only about making money and not the person who will be spending $40,000 on it. Now it is my problem. Worst dealership. Reported to the BBB. Note to self: just because it has a clean carfax does not always mean it is a good vehicle and not a lemon. Volvo should take this vehicle back knowing it is a lemon.

I recently went into Fayetteville Auto Mall for an appraisal, the process was very quick and at the time I was offered one of the highest amounts for my vehicle. I have since been offered $500 more by 4 other dealerships, but I will say their process made it a worthwhile visit!I havent purchased from them nor did I complete the selling of my vehicle with them, so I cant speak to anything other than their ease of appraisal!

My husband had an appointment to meet with someone. However, the person wasnt available, and we had the pleasure of dealing with Cheryl Lindsay. I know a few things about car salesmen and the negativity that surrounds their pressure tactics, making you feel like once youve purchased, that was it. Definitely not the case with Ms. Lindsay. Our level of comfort was exceeded from the time we sat down until we left the place almost six hours later. Why six hours? What initially started off as my husband looking for a car turned around into me purchasing one as well. That was the Cheryl Lindsay experience. Even the finance manager was a pleasure to deal with. Great experience overall!

Lady the picks up the phone as a main operator is terrible sent me to the wrong department i tried calling back i kept getting hung up on and transfers to the wrong places. If your busy pick up and say that or put us on hold, there better ways to handle customers.

I was looking at a Kia Sportage on line when I decided to call the sales department for some additional information. The receptionist answered and I asked to speak to someone in Sales. Simple huh. Not so. I got some other department. I asked them to transfer me to sales. They transfer me to the service department. I called the main number again and requested the sales department. She again transfer me to another department. When he answered I asked to speak to the sales manger and was placed on hold then I was abruptly disconnected.Obviously, not going to purchase a car there, they wont take my call.Not Good

If you’re in the market for a Kia, by all means, talk to Rock. Don’t let the name fool you, Rock is an incredibly knowledgeable salesman with impeccable professionalism. He is very friendly and does a great job helping you find the options you are looking for. He is patient and calm and makes for a great buying experience. It is obvious that he puts a lot of time into educating himself on the Kia product line and truly cares about his customers.The showroom is clean and full of eye appealing displays that show the exterior and interior colors you can choose from and has some nice artwork. If you are thirsty, by all means ask for a complimentary bottle of water. I think they also have complimentary coffee. There are vending machines with soda and other snacks in the back. The only negative I have about the showroom is that they are always playing loud pop or country music which is amplified by the acoustics of the tile and glass surfaces in the showroom.This location has a large stock of vehicles available and if they don’t have what you are looking for, they can get it for you.

My father and I just recently visited this location and were treated beyond amazing by salesman Rock. I made a visit to the lot earlier in the week about the vehicle. He was patient, he was courteous and he also was very detail oriented about the vehicle I came there for. He didn’t try to sell me any other car he solely helped me on what it was that I wanted, not what he was trying to sell.When returning to the lot over the weekend with my father, he made us both feel comfortable enough to trust him with the purchase of the vehicle I wanted. He wasn’t aggressive, he was patient and most definitely showed he cared about what we wanted.Our whole process from start to finish to include the finance manager blew our socks off with how great their customer service was. This dealership needs to clean house.. while we were being given the runaround they were actively trying to sell the car we were running numbers on out from under us. Then they tried to lowball us thousands of dollars under KBB value as poor quality We drove to battleground and was offered what we expected for the car and we signed and drove off with a 2023 Kia in under 3 hours.Save your time, go to Battleground Kia and ask for Ryan McLaughlin.

Found a car they posted online, called to confirm that the car was available, the women that I spoke to (Gina) assured me it was and they would pull it and would be ready for a test drive later that same day. I asked her if I could put a deposit on the car, she said no need, nobody else is looking on the car. I mentioned I was driving 2 1/2 hours and would be there early afternoon. I get there and the car is no longer available. The salesman nor management seemed to care. Tried selling me a car that was $8,000 more than the one we came for. I would never go back to this dealer. Totally disgusted with this experience.

These people at Kia and Automall are professional rip off artists. I bought a car from them, not long ago, and within 2 weeks it developed a major oil leak, for which they tried to make me pay for. Within 6 months the electrical system developed problems, including a camera that quit working.They were pushy and rude. They run deceptive ads also. Save yourself the trouble go elsewhere.

Do not recommend anyone to buy a car from this place they lure people in telling you that their banks approve everyone CLEARLY they dont I drove my car almost 2 months just for them to inform me that I had to return it back bc the bank didnt want to do the deal anymore that was After I went through so much with another bank they referred by them and they where NOT trying to give me my refund of $2500 that I put down on the car this place is all about Money their sales persons are false advertisers and their finance Manager was new she screwed up my paperwork basically wasnt trained well to do her job and they tried to sale me a car that was dirty and nasty with a broken door handle

Nice salesperson but dont have too many things on credit then need a cosigner only to find out the vehicle that got totaled by no fault of yours well guess it was no gap insurance still does count against you(on a payment plan) and dont have a trade in that they laugh at you about when they c the picture of thats not even paid off U no my review so DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE UNLESS YOURE COMING IN RIGHT

Long story short, I will and would NEVER give this dealership my business!The Sales person was excellent to deal with. The sales manager was extremely unprofessional, rude, and surprisingly confrontational. I also agree with some of the other reviews about their price listing strategy. Very misleading prices on their website. It is not clearly stated anywhere that the price you are actually viewing online is with ALL included incentives/rebates/discounts etc. They also include a 1,100 “reconditioning” fee for all the used vehicles that they want to tack on to the final price which is great for their bottom line but not for the consumer. I walked away and received a call a few moments later with their absolute lowest price (which is common with many dealerships when you are not too far away on a final price). I took that offer to a different dealership here locally on the same year, make, model, and trim package that was in better cosmetic shape and they beat that price with no questions asked. And it was a very pleasant and easy buying experience. I’ve bought numerous different new and used vehicles over the years from multiple dealerships here in town and this one is by far the worst experience I have had.

I want to start off by saying that I have been buying vehicles from this location since it was Leith Kia. Ive had nothing but great experiences there. However this last visit was not what I thought it was going to be. I came in with a set monthly payment that I wanted. I knew it was going to be hard to meet that but what I was offered was a max deal. They told me to come in a couple days later and they would make it right. What they showed me was 3 used cars that were not up to par. Not sure I will be ever going back there. Kia makes a great car, just not sure this is where I want to buy another Kia from.

My hubby and I were crunched for time when we arrived to test drive the Volvo XC60 but our salesperson, Mike Mathes, understood and made things go so quickly and efficiently. He even laughed at my joke about the size of the trunk and being able to fit a body inside (thank you for getting my morbid sense of humor). Mike showed us all the cool features of the car and helped us crunch the numbers. I returned today to pick up my new car and Mike helped me install a carseat in 90 degree heat. That’s dedication. I’m so glad I came to Volvo in Fayetteville to purchase my new car. Fairly pushy sales team. Floor manager is rude. We intended to purchase a vehicle outright. After going back and forth about the price, the salesman got his floor manager who bluntly told us to write a check for the total amount we wanted to spend and to then finance the difference as if we were children.Other things to consider:-They offered a terrible trade in value for our vehicle. It certainly wasn’t perfect, but we easily got double what they offered no questions asked from the dealership we eventually went with.-They have deceptive marketing for their used vehicles. The price that is listed online, that likely looks quite competitive, isn’t the actual price you’ll be shown once you express interest. They will state there is an $1,100 reconditioning fee on all of their used vehicles that is added to the online price. EG: you see a used vehicle listed on their site for $15,000 it will actually be $16,100 before you even get to any of the document fees, taxes, etc... We drove to Hendricks KIA in Cary the next day and their prices matched the website.Overall, I would avoid this dealership if you are a first time or inexperienced car buyer.

Went to the service department for some warranty worn and 40K mileage service. They were quick to get me in, super friendly and got me a loaner right away. It was quick transaction and super easy. Services only took a couple of hours and I was notified immediately. Came back and picked up my vehicle with everything taken care of. They even washed my car for me! Exceptional service, friendly staff and a great facility!

Not sure what I can say but WOW. Never really liking the car buying experience, I had a preconceived idea of what to expect. Boy was I wrong. I first talk to Rock Lewis on a Sunday afternoon, very polite, very professional and he listened to us opened up one of the cares to go over some of the options. We never felt rushed. We came back and Rock was out that day so he asked me to work with Mike Mathes. Mike was awesome too. He was open and honest with me and he helped to make is possible for me to get the car we wanted. What topped it off was when i sent to pick up the care they had purchase a chain with a crown on it that represented the queen from Snow White. They listened to me talk about my wife and snow white (snow white is also the color of the Telluride S we bought) Rock rode home with me to show my wife the care, that she didnt know was coming, and took time to go over some of the features with her even though it was very late in the evening. These special touches and personal open and honest communications made this experience a joy! These two gentlemen helped me to make my wifes day. When I am ready to get another vehicle, I know where I am going.

Thank you to Fayetteville Automall and especially Mike Mathes (Sales Consultant). Mike did a nice job listening to our needs to help us think through the model, engine and features. We were very particular and had a monthly budget. Mike found a way to get us what we wanted and was very transparent about certain tradeoffs.Final thought: I called two other Volvo dealers, I spoke to their sales consultants... and neither ever followed up. It was great to have someone like Mike who gave a damn to call us back! In fact he texted us after our first visit. He also made himself available in the evenings after work or the kids went to bed. Found the perfect truck for me and my family that was located at this dealership. I spoke with a LaVon who was a sales associate there, and he told me he would be willing to hold the vehicle for a few hours as long as I could get there by the afternoon. Less than 30 minutes later, I search the truck online and find out that it was no longer available. When I called up there to ask what happened and tell them that I was already on my way over there, they threw me around from sales agent to agent and finally told me it had been sold.Terrible way to do business if you ask me. If you find a truck of theirs online, you can’t be certain that they will keep their word and hold it until you arrive, even if they say they will.

Very dissapointed with this dealership. Approximately 6 months ago we bought a Dodge Grand caravan from this dealership. We took it on a test drive but they never let us drive over 45 mph. On our way home noticed a bad shaking in the steering wheel when going 70+. We took it back the next weekend and were told that they ordered the part and would call us when it arrived. They never called us back! I have called multiple times and spoke to Kevin (manager) and Brandy (sales person ). Never returned my calls. The shaking has only gotten worse and I will NEVER return to this dealership and will never recommend to anyone. Do the right thing and fix my car like you said!

I should have checked the VIN, oh wait maybe they should have checked the VIN before they sold me the 2016 Ram ECODIESEL. You would think that their first concern would be correcting the mistake after learning about it. But after 3 weeks nothing has happened and Im still waiting to speak with the General Manager. Buyer beware!

Alot of car dealerships out there look like they are on there last legs but this store is nice and clean and has friendly staff. They also have handicapped parking and restrooms which could be helpful for some. The customer service is also very friendly and can help you in a hurry.

Dont waste your time. They lure you in with fraudulent advertising. Then try to give you some ridiculous quote for your trade in. The estimated trade in value they offer isnt even blue book. Some absolute random ridiculous quote. Sorry I wasted my time!

I bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot about a year ago. It came with a remote key that locked and unlocked the doors. Little did I know, the key that fit in the ignition did NOT fit in the car door to unlock the car door manually. I did not realize that until I decided just to check to see if it unlocked the car door after about a year. When you use the remote key to lock and unlock, why would you bother to check to see if it fits in the outside car door lock? Boy did I learn a lesson. So I went to the service department and they could not help me until it was authorized by the sales managers. Then I went inside and talked to 2 sales managers on 4/19/2019 around noon. They could not help me either. I explained the situation as I just did and they said since it was about a year, someone could have changed the locks or done something to the locks after it was purchased. They also said that if I had come to them within the first few months, they might have been able to do something. If I knew that I was supposed to use the manual key to open my door with a remote key, I would have done so. I also figured that as a customer, that you would get the correct key or keys when you purchase a car. So to prevent being locked out of my vehicle if my remote does not work, I will have a locksmith take care of it out of my own pocket. Even though it should be on the dealers dime. My recommendation is not to go here for anything.

My buying experience with Volvo was fine, nothing special good or bad (which works for me). The real prize to be found is in Kori Seymour in the service department. She is the best dealership maintenance and service representative that I have ever met. She may be better at customer service than any person walking the face of this planet. In an age where customer experience is consistently undervalued by companies, Kori stands head and shoulders above the competition. She is polite and prompt. She does not make forgetful mistakes and always greets you with a smile. My wife and I bought a car from another dealership on Skibo Road (that will not be mentioned) and the service was horrible. from now on I am only buying cars if Kori Seymour works there. I am not certain that I am leaving this review in the right place, so if the owner/manager sees this I would like for you to respond and confirm that you have seen it because otherwise I will be calling over there to bring her efforts to your attention.
