Service department was awesome…technician put in a brake switch at no cost when service manager was going to charge me $50 for what literally took 30 seconds to do.Sales team was courteous and let me drive TLX Type S once it first came available to public. Unfortunately, they were greedy and added a $10k addendum to an already $53k car. I rarely pay MSRP, let alone an addendum and I ended up buying from another dealership. You lost the opportunity to gain a customer that purchases vehicles every 2 years…but thanks for allowing me to test drive the new Type S!

The employees were all wearing mask . Had handSanitizer throughout the entire building . The waiting area was very clean and 6 ft apart from each other . They had my car in and out in no time . I was updated throughout the entire process ! I recommend this place to anybody who has a vehicle.

Terrible experience with the sales dept. The service department is great, I would give them a 4 star. But watch out with the sales people, if I could give them a zero star I would have.Just dont bother with this place, do yourself a favor and go to Raleigh or Wilmington. Not only none of the niceties that you would expect at a near luxury brand dealer were observed (ie: the manager stopping by to say hi and make sure we had a good experience or even offer water etc.) they flat out insulted my intelligence by throwing numbers that are just plane off! $998doc fee!!! Highway robbery. If it really needs to be an Acura just go to an out of town dealer.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Not only do they not give you apr and charges upfront. They will try to get you to agree on a price without giving you the numbers. AJ the sales person seemed very inexperienced and unknowledgable and untrust worthy. I went elsewhere and got the same car for 4k less. Do yourself a favor look at other Acura dealerships, worth the drive.

I bought a car and declined the warranty, but Mr Tommy Stanley still added the warranty on there, I went back the next day to get the warranty canceled. After 4 months I’m still being told stories. I called fidelity insurance and they already canceled the warranty and issued a check back to the dealership. The dealership states they have sent a check to my bank for the credit but my bank has no proof of it. My bank requested a copy of the check to be faxed to them so they could trace it but up till now the dealership has not been able to provide a COPY of the said check they claim has been sent. It’s been over 4 months now with this back and forth and this is very bad customer service. ..You don’t get to keep a customers check after the warranty has been canceled and needs to be refunded to the bank

PLEASE READ--I have never written a negative review but this place actually calls for it. I traveled an hour and half to see a used car that was listed at a specific price. Before arriving I called to verify the terms, price, and applicable deals. Upon sitting down to discuss, I was shown 3k+ in additional charges that I could not verify--even with a google search. Additionally, the deal now no longer applied (as they admitted to relaying inaccurate info over the phone). I was then prompted to spend more for a 2021 model brand new. I considered my options and decided to put a hold on a vehicle that I was told by the manager AL would be brought in from Greensboro the next day (as they didnt have it on their lot). The hold amount to secure the car in Greensboro was $2500. The next day the manager explained the car needed to come from Virginia now and then driven to Fayetteville once inspected-- and finally brought to me in Raleigh with an added shipping charge of $400. I declined this as it was never the agreed upon deal. I told them I no longer would be purchasing and to refund the hold amount immediately. What makes this place scary is that they attempted to keep the $2500 with no intentions of reimbursing me. This is after multiple phone calls to their Finance division and managers. My calls were disconnected intentionally on multiple attempts. So much so that I had to use a different number to reach them--when I finally spoke to the manager he was beyond unprofessional and equally disrespectful. I cannot overstate this enough. I contacted my credit card company to report Fraud, and the Better Business Bureau was also made aware. Acura Corporate was sent these same details and to this moment I have not received my refund. Please take the time to go to Acura SouthPoint--it is another world compared to whatever is going on at this low level dealership. !BUYERS BEWARE!

I bought my Acura in Durham at Hendrick for a reason. However, I needed some maintenance done on my car back in November. I am a single female, so I used their shuttle service to go back home while my car was being worked on. The driver asked me out, but I told him I wasnt interested as he was married. He then obtained my phone number from their records and starting texting me. It was alarming as he knew where I lived since he had dropped me off. I told him to leave me alone. I contacted the manager and he was like, well he probably got the hint as you havent responded. I told him that I didnt think that was the case, and basically the manager said that its so bizarre and nothing they have experienced before. A few hours later, the shuttle driver gets off work and continues to text me wanting to come over. I reached out to the manager again and said that hes still contacting me. I sent all of the screenshots to the manager of the text message conversation. I also threatened to file harassment and/or breach of privacy charges if he didnt handle it, and finally he got the point. I shouldnt have had to reach out to the manager twice. I told several people at the dealership about the situation. They never offered to try and make things right or tell me how they addressed it with the shuttle driver. They have lost my business, driving to Durham is worth it as the customer service experience is 1000% better. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

I went to Fayetteville Acura a month ago after totalling my car. I needed to get a new one the day I went. I told them I was interested in a specific vehicle they had and that I wanted to test drive it but that I was also interested in 2 other vehicles at other dealerships and would be going to see them after this one.I told them I wanted to test drive all of them before I made my decison. Keep in mind this entire time I was making it abundantly clear that I would only pay the online listed price.The test drive went fine but after we got back to the dealership I told them I wanted to leave to look at the others. They roped me into sitting in an office while I was asking about the price. They kept skirting around the price and saying they would have to talk to a manager.I already dont particularly like sitting in car dealerships, especially when I have a busy day all planned out, but when I know Im being lied to, thats my cue to leave. So after about 20 minutes of sitting in this office I get frustrated and walk up to the salesperson and the manager myself and ask what the holdup is on the price. I expected the manipulation from the salesperson because thats their commission but I was not expecting it from the manager.He was rude and questioned me about the other cars I was looking at all while trying to rope me into a much higher price than what I wanted to pay. I promptly left once they presented me a paper with a price $7,000 higher than the online price. This business is nothing but corrupt liars and manipulation. They will waste your time stringing you along all the while trying to squeeze every dime out of you. Dont waste your time here, youll get better service and price anywhere else in Fayetteville.

Ive been servicing my vehicles at this location several years with no issues. In the past 6 or 7 months, customer service has drastically decreased for some reason. Appointments cant be made, cant talk to anyone in service dept when calling, ive been disconnected several times, and phone people are short and somewhat rude. I dont kniw whats going on with this business, but if I can find another reputable service center I may change my routine. I hope they get better, because Acura has very good standing in my opinion.

Unprofessional about the timing and rental car when asked for one. The new guy didnt know about the right kind of breaks. It was only supposed to be 1hr half now its almost 3hrs with family! Dont think will be coming to this location, I rather go to Raleighs with better coustmer care and knowledge!

Parts department was as non helpful as a kindergarten child HE needed me To tell him WHAT the VTM-4 system was on and did on an 04 Acura MDX WOOOOOW didn’t even know that the vehicle’s cam with such a system called that. Then ask for my name and number and says let see if anyone else has an idea what this is I’m looking for????!!!! You’re a dealership parts guy you should know most everything parts on that Acura or at least heard of it. Called Acura dealer in Raleigh and in 5 minutes had price and availability and emailed me the quote. Might need to go have them trail you if you’re going try to be a parts professional.

Purchased an 2020 RDX from the dealer May 2020. They had to keep it a few days for the Info Entertainment system that was not working. They said they inspected the vehicle and it was ready, it was not. They did get the system running, but they did not mention there is a class action lawsuit for the system and model of the car. I could provide a lot of issues with the dealership, most all could be resolved with customer service. Buying the car was painless and not unpleasant. It is what happened afterwards that makes me say I would not recommend them, and I would not buy an Acura again. I have never written an negative comment on a dealer, and Im saddened that this one had to be written. But when you purchase a vehicle and it spends two days getting there and another day two to fix the system that was allegedly inspected but wasnt you get upset. And then trying to resolve the issue with the dealer ends up with not receiving call backs, until you leave a message you want to talk with the General Manager, who you never talk to, and the end result is you have a warranty it should be fine. Well that isnt what I would call customer service. And I have talked with Acura Corporate, who says the dealer is an independent owner and business. With that being said I hope they find new customers (the Acura representative was polite and receptive at least. )

If I could give this place no stars I would this place is a joke when it come to management and when it come to telling a customer something and agreeing on a set number for a car and finding out that the price now is way out of range that what was agree on and Manager AC needs to learn how to be professional and know how to do common math and not call customers liars to there face, then when call to speak to higher up managment decides to hang up. Thats a place I would not recommend to spend time or money at.

Ive owned several Acuras and have had them serviced here regularly. The service folks communication is great and they explain everything in detail. If a replace or repair is almost due, they disclose that and dont just insist on getting it done immediately (for example, break pads are good for another 3000 miles). The gentlemen at the counter are friendly and helpful and patient when I have questions. This service location is efficient and I especially like that they are very knowledgeable about my car. I will go back, no question about it.

We are so glad we ended up working with Dwayne Patterson and the Fayetteville Acura team! After multiple attempts to buy a new TLX for my dad from other dealers where we were treated poorly, we scheduled an appointment in Fayetteville. Dwayne was a joy to work with — he got to know us right away, was honest and upfront, and was definitely on our side through the negotiation process. We are still surprised that we were able to get in, test drive, make the deal, and drive off in the new car in 2 hours! Bought a truck here recently. My salesman was Andre Hooper. I was very pleased he was professional and wasnt pushy at all. best of all he always returned my calls.unfortunately the overall experience with the dealership was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. once I decided on the vehicle that I wanted to buy I brought in the down payment and it took the dealership four days to sell me the truck. I kept being told to come in the next day and the next day and the next day and so on.Once I finally purchased the vehicle I went into the business managers office to sign the paperwork and he changed my warranty information from a 100% parts and labor 90 day warranty to an as is no warranty. when I asked him about it his statement to me was that the dealership has changed management from last week when I first decided to buy the vehicle so now there is no warranty. They told me the best they can do is give me a 30 day 90% parts and Labor warranty. That is quite a difference from a 100% parts and labor 90 day warranty that the truck had when I decided to buy it.In addition to the warranty problem and the fact that it took four days to buy the truck it has now been over 30 days and the dealership has not processed the license plate. I now have an expired 30 day tag on the vehicle.Andre Hooper was a good salesman but I would not recommend the dealership because of the other management.

I went to Acura dealership in Fayetteville looking for the MDX. One of the sales rep showed me the vehicle and I found the same exact car 5 thousand dollars cheaper about 1:30 away from Fayetteville. I let the sales rep know the deal I got from other dealership and he said with no hesitation “ you better get that deal” and he walked away. I left the dealership and went to the other dealership and the treatment was amazing. Very professional and competitive prices. This dealerships here in Fayetteville thinks that because you are the n the military, you are rich. Acura dealership is an example of that.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Not at the salesman, but more so at the owner/manager. I got there looking at a car, and I found out in Lumberton its $19K, but here in Fayetteville they marked up the price to $20K. THATS THE FIRST ISSUE! I then was introduced to $900 Doc Fees, $1100 Prep Fees and other fees, making the car MORE THAT I EXPECTED. The sales man was willing to work with me. However, the Manager/Owner comes out with a God Complex and decides to tell me hes not budging..... REALLY?! Yet, I found a car thats one year older (2015) with half the amount of miles for $4000 less. Ive noticed that here in Fayetteville, busines like to take advantage of Soldiers. Fort Bragg needs a BLACK LIST so we can put these businesses on them, so Soldiers wont go there. As I said, the salesman was great and helpful. Mr. God Complex Owner, was a jerk. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Their prices are disgusting.

I recently bought a BMW from this dealership. They certified that service was done. Only to find out the car was 7000 miles over due for a oil change. I also purchased their maintenance package, it cant cover a simple oil change at the BMW dealership. I have been trying to get them to fix the issue for over a month now. Absolutely no interest in fixing the issue unless I pay more money. They do not care for the customer after the sale is over. The finance department is garbage.

I found a specific car Acura TL online, and emailed the dealership for more information. I was contacted by Richard, a salesman. Richard asked all the right questions. He was patient and understanding, as I live in Raleigh (hour and a half away), and would be driving down to Fayetteville to see the car. He took car care of all the details, big and small. I then came into contact with sales manager, Michael Baldon, over the phone. He called to make sure they had all the pertinent information, so when I arrived all that was needed was the test drive and the signing of documentation. They were patient and understanding to my needs as a customer, which is hard to find nowadays. Even Quincy in finance, is over the top. This is a top notch dealership, and I have never felt less stress when purchasing a car ever, and I own a BMW! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a good car, from a great dealership.

We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Our sales person Cheryl Lindsey is very nice and got everything ready for us as we had to drive 100 miles to get the car.Everything is done in 2 hours. What you should expect from this dealership is false advertising. Went to the dealership to test drive a vehicle that I saw online. After test driving, I was presented written pricing of $3300 more than their online pricing of the exact vehicle. This is a prime example of why car dealerships get bad names. Id never offer my hard earned money at a place like this. Its a shame that there are businesses like this. Car buyers beware.

My car was totalled :( so I came here to test drive the Acura RDX. I told the sales man (I dont know his name but he told me he was from Canada) about my accident and that I was driving a rental. Clearly I wasnt playing around and I needed a car! I was very specific about what type of vehicle I wanted but he kept trying to put me in something that I told him I was not interested in several times. I dont know of it was because I wasnt ready to purchase that day, young, a female, or if it was because I am minority. Regardless of why, I was completely dismissed. I asked for prices several times but was given the same answer, I dont know. I asked if I could look at 3 vehicles. He told me he couldnt find the keys and came back with keys to others that I already told him I wasnt interested in. He wrote my name on a scratch sheet of paper and pushed me out the door like a little who down in whoville. He never even called to follow up. What type of salesman doesnt follow up with potential customers. Im grateful because I ended up finding what I wanted elsewhere for thousands cheaper. The salesman at the new place knew I wasnt ready to make a decision that same day but he showed me vehicles anyway and when I was ready, I went back and purchased one from him. Thanks you for the poor service here, it saved me a ton of money.

Horrible experience with this dealership. I would stay as FAR away from them as possible. The salesman Will was outstanding, but the management was deceptive and dishonorable. We agreed on a price, had a written contract, added equipment, only to find the day before we picked it up, management sold the car from under us. STAY FAR away from these folks. Its hard to imagine this is the first time they have done this. There are so many choices in this market, that putting up with dishonesty, albeit deception, is a MAJOR red flag. Why risk the frustration and aggravation when you can take your business somewhere else. They should be ashamed of the way they conduct business. They fit all the old cliches, of what a miserable experience it is buying from a car.

Had no intention of buying an Acura when I went to the dealership (more interested in another brand at the time), but the folks at the dealership, primarily Robert and Michael, genuinely seemed to care about what I wanted; and then the car, well, it sold itself. Not everything went perfect (but then, what does), but every issue/question was taken care of with professionalism and care. Look forward to many years with the new MDX. I am indecisive but picky at the same time! I came to this dealership and was approached by Keon. He was so patient and understanding with me. I have been getting calls after I did a kelly blue book estimate for my 2015 Camaro. I am looking to expand because there is a new car rider coming soon 😊. At the lot, Keon Duncan assisted me with all of my questions and concerns. He has found me a few SUVs that I definitely want. UPDATE: Should have bought an Audi!!During the selling process my husband and I we promised and assured several times that we would be provided with a loaner car for ALL services including oil changes at both the Leith Fayetteville and Cary locations (this was very important to us because we always received this level of services with Audi). We told Robert the salesperson that we would not be servicing the car in Fayetteville because we live in Raleigh and he continued to assure us that we would receive a loaner with ALL services including oil changes. Fast forward 7 sevens month to our first oil change and we find out this is not the case in Cary. Of course Robert the salesperson is longer there and the sales manager Scott was not willing/able to do anything to make it right. I urged him to have the GM contact me about this (to offer something to make it right). Its been 2 weeks and no call. This is unacceptable customer service for a so-called luxury brand. We wont be back!My husband and I were searching for a 2011-2013 MDX and reached out to Robert at Leith Acura. The entire team was great to work with and did their very best to find the perfect MDX! We are pleased with our purchase thus far.

Wow terrible experience here. They failed to get paperwork correct on a sale and tried to deliver a dirty car. Ultimately we tried but failed to buy a car from them. I cant believe its an Acura dealership and not a local used car lot.

1 star is generous. I went there with cash in hand. Saw a vehicle online for 19000, called ahead to tell them I was on my way. Showed up and they valued my trade in and said they would only give me $2000 and wouldnt sell me the car because I would have had $2000 negative equality on my trade. So they wanted me to finance $2000. Stupid !!!! Then every time my wife would ask a question the car salesman would answer while looking at me and showed her no akbowlegement even though this was her car. Extremely poor costumer service.
