Just purchased a Buick yesterday. I just want to say the overall experience was wonderful. Excellent customer service. Had a few minor issues as I pulled off so I was advised to bring it back today and they would fix it. Dropped it off and later today was called to pick it up, they fixed the problem, seen a few other things that needed to addressed and fixed them as well. Basically they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and my vehicle was good to go. I would recommend anyone to come here to purchase a vehicle.

We live outside of Wilmington and bought a Jeep Cherokee from gov.deals for our then 16yr old. We had to drive to Fayetteville to pick up the Jeep. Not long after driving it off the lot, we broke down on a very busy road not far from Pamalee Dr. A very friendly man stopped to help us push it out of the road and into a bank parking lot. This is where we had our “angel” experience - a super friendly down-home southerner lady was leaving the bank and stopped to tell us that Eagle Motor Company could help and would stay open for us to help get us back on the road! Now that is curbside service with a southern touch. Ended up being the crankshaft sensor... and everyone was so accommodating and helpful. They got us back on the road in no time. I never review, but I had to share my experience. I have 3 kids and its tough for me to do anything. When I was looking a new car for my crew I heard Eagle did buy here pay here. My credit is not great, but Eagle was able to fit me and my family in to a nice Town and Country minivan for a payment I could actually afford! They detailed it before I picked it up and it has been a life saver! I took my car back for service and they actually have a service department which is nice because its so tough to find people I can trust to be honest. I think the owner guy (joey maybe) helped me out and he was so nice. They all were actually. If youre looking a good place to get a car in Fville or near by Eagle is the spot 4sure.

Do NOT buy from this dealer. We bought a Silverado here last year and have since discovered it was a flood vehicle that was treated in such a way that fact would be hidden from a basic inspection. I should have known something was crooked about them when they refused to let my mechanic do a detailed inspection at a shop. They also lied about the out the door price and charged my wife $1,5K on false prep & delivery charges. (Dont be fooled by the Christian related symbols!)

The guy sold me a 2010 Chevy Silverado about 2 months ago, and about a week after taking it off the lot, The transmission went out. I had to replace a tire the month after that, and was just now informed the exhaust had been leaking since I had purchased this vehicle. Ive had this vehicle for 2 months.

Terrible in one word. Paid my car off couple weeks ago. Had been overheating a lot. Took it up there they said nothing was wrong with it just needed a thermostat. So I replaced that. Someone suggested I replace the water pump as well so I did. Paid $4000 for a 2001 Nissan altima and didnt even have it a year before I find out the head is blown! Took it up there so many times for them to say nothing was wrong when the whole time the car is about to break down. I put so much money into it. Over $6000 after all the stuff I did to it. All for it to not work. My husband lost his job due to this since he works in Dunn and we live in fayetteville. Now Im loosing my home. Thank you eagle motors. For ruining my life!!!!!!!
