So I changed insurance companies for a lower rate and the dealer wasn’t notified. Though my deductible is supposed to be 250/250, it was incorrectly changed. Never had a lapse and payment current but they come take my car. AND REQUIRE ANOTHER PAYMENT EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT DUE YET. Biggest scammers out there. I would steer clear. No pun intended.Update: I never changed my insurance. I discussed this with the owner upon retrieving my car. I can certainly afford $30 extra a month to meet the requirements of the contract. Further, my choice was to pay the “repo fee” mind you, my car should not have been reposted...or pay another payment before it was due. Not surprised this guy trying to turn it around on me. Further, I was out of town as my daughter had very high risk surgery, which the dealership knew. (Tina) I emailed four times NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. PLEASE DO NOT call me out when you fail to respond yourself. Happy to share I responded emails. CAgain, I’d steer clear of this dealer.

I was currently visiting parents in the area and called this dealership based on reviews.Very sad and poor representation of service from the sales manager and sales woman (wish I remembered their names)I am back home in OH and family stayed in NC for a few extra days. My intention was to purchase a car they could pick up and drive home. Not explaining this to the sales manager seemed odd to him and the woman. When he answered the phone he said “hello, what’s up” while sounding annoyed. when I asked if that’s how they talk to all their customers he said “what do you want me to say, goodbye?” “You’re in OH and there x amount of cars between here and there and you want our car?” They were more interested in why I wanted to pay cash for a vehicle, and why I wanted to buy it if I wasn’t in NC (personal questions) rather then actually focus on the sale itself. And on top of that the car was priced almost $2k over its value.Very shocked at the the mentality and how these two portrayed themselves in how they communicated.

If you are in the market for a vehicle I wouldnt waste my time with this dealership. I am in the market for a third vehicle and drove by this dealership and saw a nice Chevy Silverado out front. Pulled up their website and see that it is a 2017 Silverado LT 4WD with 27k miles listed for $44k. Coming from a guy that owned a 2014 and 2016 Sierra SLT that is severely overpriced. A quick search of CarGurus and I found two 2017 Silverado High Countrys 4WD with less than 25k miles for less than 42k. So why would I pay $44k for a base model truck with cloth interior and a lift kit. To make it even worse they have another 2017 Silverado with 50k plus miles listed for $39,999. With all of the incentives and rebates you can get a 2020 truck with factory bumper to bumper and powertrain warranties for what they are asking for 3 to 4 model year old trucks. So with that being said I didnt even waste my time to make a visit in person. Not sure where they get their vehicles from, or what third party warranties they may sale with their cars, or if the staff is even pleasant. This is just an observation of their vehicle pricing. Needless to say I ended up purchasing a 2020 Ram Rebel from a different dealership. So just keep that in mind as you are out shopping.
