If you have any photo needs at all Bedford camera and video is the only place to go in Northwest Arkansas !! They are efficient, courteous, professional and Bruce is the one that helped me ....and they did an excellent job on four 8x10s that I had blown up from a carousel picture that I had years ago . I went to this camera store looking for a backpack that would hold all of my equipment. I was helped by a young man by the name of Jessie, he was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He asked what equipment I had and he did his best to help me find something that would fit my needs, rather than simply trying to make a sale. I was very pleased with the customer service he provided. At the end, I left with the backpack I needed along with a lens, and not because I was pushed into buying it. My experience here was fantastic! I would give them 6 stars if I could. My experience was with Aron (store manager I think).Customer service is great. I had an issue with a purchase I had made. The issue was totally my fault not the store or the product itself. He went out of his way, above and beyond to resolve the issue and ensure I left happy. Absolutely awesome staff! As someone who shoots professionally i love knowing I can walk in on any day and leave with exactly what I need without a salesey atmosphere. They also always answer any questions I have when new equipment comes out, or one of my lenses or bodies is giving me issues! Plus after I dropped my camera in a toilet last year they were able to clean it the very next day at a great price! Love this store and highly recommend to anyone!

I bought my Canon Mark III from here about a month ago. Aaron was my salesman and he was amazing! I seriously could not ask for a better person to take care of me. He showed me everything the camera has to offer, formatted my cards, etc. He took a lot of time to help me and made me feel comfortable asking questions. He also checked me out, and the transaction went completely smooth. Hes super nice and upbeat! When I go in there now, I look for him to deal with me and I advise you do too!

Bedfords is a rare gem in todays consumer culture. Even though theyre the only camera store in NWA, they dont take that for granted. They know there is a ton of competition online, and do everything they can to incentivize people to shop in their store (or on their site). They have great classes, great customer service, give great advice, match prices when they can, and are a great place to go test out gear. most of the people working there are photographers themselves, and if you ask for help, theyll help -- so, a big fat five stars from me.

I dont trust the outsourcing of my photo printing to distant, online vendors and always try to support local businesses first. Bedford has met or exceeded my expectations in delivering quality prints and their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a large supply of commonly needed camera gear which beats having to wait for a few days after ordering something online.

I have had nothing but an excellent experience at Bedford Camera and Video in over five years of doing business with them.I have bought three camera bodies, numerous lenses, and other camera equipment from them because I know that they will stand by what they sell. Very few days go by that I am not in the store to have images processed or pick them up after processing - which by the way, is done in an excellent manner.The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. I consider several of them to be personal friends of mine after dealing with them in a highly satisfactory manner for so long.This store will get my business for as long as I continue to live in northwest Arkansas.

I used Bedford for the first time to get a a Photoshop project printed for a gift. Their online system was super easy, and the print came out great!I tried to get it printed at Scott Frame and Art (I wanted it printed professionally) and they suggested going to Walgreens! 😤I will definitely be using Bedford again!

I took my wife in to pick out her first DSLR. Im typically an online shopper but with this purchase I wanted her to be able to ask questions and get a feel for the different camera bodies. Wonderful customer service! Will always use Bedford Camera & Video in the future! I submitted an online order for my child’s birthday invitations to another photo print shop, I received a confirmation and when I arrived to pick up my order, their system was down and they did not intend to have it up and running for a few days. Well, in a panic, I stopped by Bedford’s drive thru to ask if they could quickly print my order, I showed them an email with the photo attachment. Bedford’s employee saved the attachment onto my phone and asked me to come into the store to upload the photo and they could have it printed that day. I told her I was a little nervous coming in with my 2 and 4 year old, which is why we used the drive-thru. She said it would be quick. When we walked in, she had already turned on the movie Finding Nemo for the kids, they sat in a very comfy chair and happily watched the movie while she uploaded the invitation from my phone, submitted the order, check out, etc…. She also recommended a pre-paid card that saved me money on my order. 2 hours later I picked up the invitations, they were perfect! Thank you Becky and Bedford Camera and Video!

I went in to Bedfords to buy my first DSLR and was pretty sure when I came in that I was going to buy a Canon because that was what I was familiar with. The store manager, Sean, came to help me and was very knowledgeable about all the cameras and extremely patient with my endless stream of questions. An hour later I walked out with a mirrorless Sony ILCE-6000, a telephoto lens and everything else I needed to get back into the hobby I have missed. I love the camera but I was most impressed by this store and its personnel. The store was very busy at that time but Sean treated me like I was the most important person there! Everyone was pleasant and I noticed that if a customer couldnt be waited on right at that moment, at least the store personnel acknowledged them and generally they didnt have to wait very long for service. My family and I have been going to Bedfords for all of our print needs since I could remember. Recently I have been elected as the Arkansas FFA State Reporter and I needed a camera for my year of service. Bedfords was so willing to help me find the perfect one! I got to try out numerous cameras with different lenses on site and they also made sure I had everything that I would need to help with the life of my camera such as a filter, carrying bag and cleaning supplies. I was impressed with the friendliness of Bedfords employees and Im sure I will be seeing them again!
