This past Wednesday I had my husband order a princess cake for our little girls birthday. Realizing he ordered the flavors wrong I called the store. Catering was closed but bakery was still open and Michelle was so lovely to work with! She couldn’t alter the order but since it was due to pickup the next day wrote in a note of the correct flavors! Everything worked out great! I am so grateful Michelle took the time to work with me and make sure everything worked out for us! It wasn’t her job and it was our mistake so very grateful! Bonus the cake was adorable and tasted amazing! It came with 12 cupcakes but we only set out the four we needed

I stopped in early this morning to get some fresh sandwiches to take to an outdoor picnic lunch. The man at the deli was so nice and put the toppings on the side so the sandwich would be fresh and nice for lunch. The sandwiches were delicious.

I went to the deli today and I really enjoyed myself. Asher listened patiently and built my meatball sub almost lovingly. As if it were their own. Thanks for all the parmesan.I want to add that the real star of this little lunch trip was the cashier in the express lane. While I was prepared to spend $10 on my sandwich and chips it was brought to my attention by the most attentive lady that theres a discount for the combo if I wanted to grab a drink. My very filling meal came to $7. 🤑 I will definitely be back.

This is the first time in more than 20 yrs, that I can not give a Publix Super Market a good review. The entrance into the store was dirty, not consistant with the normal store standards. Most disappointing was the person who helped me at the Courtesy Desk. She never spoke just looked at me and nodded her head when asked a question.When I approached the desk she was leaning with her arm on counter and just stared. I asked if she could check me out there, she nodded her head, but looked as if I was bothering her. Once transaction was complete, I said thank you, she gave me the strangest stare. I dont remember if she replied.I think I was in shock! Publix dont allow anyone to tarnished your image, I believe in what you typically represent.Regards,

I had a great experience on Monday 7/12/21 I went in to buy catfish I usually go to the Fresh Market but they didn’t have catfish. Publix had fresh catfish and Nick was so kind something you don’t encounter at other supermarkets had a great smile. At checkout I encountered Jocelyn also very nice with a great smileI will be driving to Publix more often even if it’s further away than I want to driveThe bakery Dept is also very awesome.Thank you ☺️

Spacious, inviting layout, and clean. Most importantly excellent service given by all sales associates and cashiers. The pharmacy is first class also.

The staff is always friendly, selection can be limited and that was before dirt bag Biden made these artificial shortages.

My girlfriend and I traveled to Fayetteville for the Spartan Ultra and came shopping at Publix and let me tell you, this grocery store is awesome! The customer service is impeccable! We grabbed subs from the deli and Kimberly, one of the employees working to deli, was so kind and helpful and wished us the best of luck in our race. Great service and great prices. Good job Publix!

The deli here has the slowest and poorest service I have ever experienced at a Publix. This is our 3rd or 4th time (spread out over 6 months) trying to give them a chance as we were thinking it was possible that they were just short staffed on previous visits. Today there were people waiting an hour past their online order pick up times! Definitely not high quality of service that Publix prides itself on!

Great bakery and meats. We do not do our regular shopping here as the prices are a little high, however, we do enjoy their bakery and occasional great deals on meat (like rib roast at Christmas). We do come for other advertised specials from time to time as well. The store itself is great - easy to navigate and has a friendly staff.

One of the best grocery stores you can shop at. Products and quality of service is something entirely different from other chains. Customer service is something that defines this brand. Store is very clean and shopping here is never a chore. May be a little more compared to other competitors however worth the little extra.

Just got this today, employees make sure you have hairnets and gloves when your preparing food.

Siterria at the deli is super friendly and nice; she cut my order beautifully. There were a few other ladies here, all of whom seemed nice too, and one with a very short name (I could not read it at a distance) was also extra nice. Siterria also went out of her way to be especially helpful to the customer behind me.All the ladies here at the deli are wearing masks, and also are wearing them properly (over their noses too!). I know this can be a bit of a pain but I really, really appreciate it. I will skip getting food items from anyone, if they are not wearing masks, and Ive noticed that in a lot of delis its not uncommon for the employees to not wear masks.Yet another really pleasant experience here at the Publix Deli. So far, Ive yet to have a bad experience here.

Deli violated so many health codes and was very unprofessional today. Ordered a two subs and the lady Cindy talked so much she didn’t pay attention to what she was doing. The knife was sooo dirty, she didn’t put a paper down and the counter was different colors. She only put three slices of cheese on my turkey sandwich and it looked so old, I’m pregnant so I had to leave my sandwich there because I was terrified of getting sick because it was so unsanitary. My husband got a hot tender sub and she didn’t toast it, couldn’t even get her attention because she had a full conversation going on with another customer. His sub bag and sandwich wrapper is covered in grease and sauce he didn’t even have on his sandwich 🤮 I’m so disgusted, they need better supervision and a inspection needs to be done!

Ive been to a number of Publix Supermarkets and have never been disappointed in quality, cleanliness of store, variety, and even prices. The prices are reasonable and although some may be more than Food Lion, Publix makes up for it in their MANY buy one get one deals. Everyone is pleasant and helpful as they ask you if you found everything you were looking for.

I love that the employees have masks are supplied as a part of their uniforms. I guess the old vet in me loves the uniformity. The produce team are sweet peeps, almost always going above and beyond to help. They also have a pretty awesome frozen vegan/vegetarian section (pictured)! Vegan cheese is in the produce section...

Both times Ive shown up to order a sub, Ive waited 20+ minutes and ended up leaving before getting a sub because they only have one person making subs and they are too preoccupied making pick up orders to pay attention to the line. If youre from Florida and hoping for a home experience, just know that this is a publix in name but definitely not in spirit.

I would just like to say I am not the type to write a review. But my my my Wilven and Carlos are the best duo team! They made sure every item I had purchased was in good shape. I had mold on my strawberries and they stopped what they were doing to make sure I had purchased a fresh product. I will definitely make this my go to store everytime now that they have made my experience so much better. They deserve employees of the month !!

This is Fayetteville’s only public store, and it is a good one. Their reputation for friendly people is well deserved. There’s generally enough people there to help you. It is a well lit store that has a huge Friday as well as a pharmacy. Their deli section is great, don’t forget to try the chicken tenders with the honey gold sauce that they make in store.

Great quality food and usually great service bit on this visit I waited in line at the deli for chicken salad for 30 min while one person behind the counter waited on 2 different families zndn2 other girls stiff around talking and closing down the hot bar. We asked for stuff on the hot bar and was told it was closed and could not get anything. Then 10 min later an employee came up and asked for food and the girl made his order for him with me standing there.The guy behind the counter asked for help from the 2 girls standing there and the two girls restocking chips in front and all requests for help were ignored.When I got to have my turn it was by one of the girls who was just standing talking, then I asked for the chicken salad and was told behind you as she pointed to the counter behind me. When I told her they were out over there and asked could she check in the back, I was told that if it wasnt onnthe shelf they didnt have any. I asked if there maybe some more in the back, I was again told they usually put out the stock that they have and if it wasnt onnthe shelf they probably didnt have it. She did not offer to go look for me, even when asked directly she didnt go and check the back room to see if they had any in stock. I usually have to get the cransational chicken salad from the back room by request but this lady refused to go and check

I always enjoy shopping with Publix. There food is always fresh. Their store is always clean and no other store can beat their customer service. Also there pharmacy is the best for filling my script on time and getting my orders too me within 24 hrs. if I have a new script. I will never shop at another store. Publix is the best.

First time coming to the store to order a cake. I’ve heard great things about their cakes. However, the customer service I received today was trash! Walked up to the “cake decorator” section there were ladies currently decorating cakes. Never looked up to acknowledge me or said “hey we’ll be with you in one moment”. Didn’t say ANYTHING, I was waiting long enough to flip through majority of the cake book. Online it says cake could be made if given a 24 hours noticed and that’s not what I was told once inside the store. Please update that on the website to 24-48 hours because that’s false advertisement. I would NEVER come back here to order a cake. I usually go to Food Lion anyways but decided to give them a chance. 👎🏾👎🏾

Toady was my first time shopping at Publix, and I promise you it will not be the last.The first thing I noticed when I got inside when that the shopping carts work perfectly. These arent the janky Target or Walmart carts. Youll also find out all the shelves are perfectly stocked and there arent things randomly strewn about.Employees will also ask you all the time if there is anything they can help you with. And they will actually help you find it and not just make a guess. I really like this because I dont like spending a lot of time in the grocery store and if I dont know where something is I know theyll tell me right away.The pastries and bread is also amazing. Im assuming its made fresh in-store. Likewise the butcher section is also amazing. They have a section for Boars Head meat which is very high quality premium meat and they also have freshly stocked fish as well. Were not talking Walmart fresh fish, were talking actually fresh fish. I bought a catfish fillet and it looked perfect I cant wait to eat it.The cherry on top was when I was done getting my groceries the young man who is bagging my groceries offered to bring him out to my car for me and that really means a lot because Im disabled.From here on out every single bit of my grocerys will be brought from Publix!

Ordered a Sandwich today online about 2 hours out from the pick up time. Unfortunately it took until 30 minutes past that estimated time. The bag was incredibly soggy and the person who made it said that my order was too challenging for them. This experience does not represent the Publix chain I have come to know and love. I am greatly disappointed to hear that a crispy chicken sandwich is challenging for someone to make. I do not think that employee needs to be fired, but they definitely need more training. As a Florida native, Publix is our favorite amongst all grocery stores. I guess that the further they are from Lakeland, FL, the worse they become. Im willing to try them again, but this Tallywood location is definitely ranked lower for the greater Fayetteville area.

Bad Service!! How do you overcook the rotisserie chicken? The rotisserie oven has timers. Well, that was the story given after waiting for 30+ minutes for the bird. The manager did not want to sell them because they were overcooked (dry/crispy). But, not all were overcooked. Finally, the deli person came out and asked what flavoring of chicken the couple would like then turned around to walk away.... that is another story for another time but the 2nd time she ignored me.Anyway, the rotisserie chicken is on sale today for $6.59 (I believe). we received our chicken and left the hot food/ deli area. I went to self check out and paid $7.99 for the rotisserie. I didnt pay half price, not even sale price. I paid a ridiculous price for burnt chicken.

After an amazing catering experience... I decided to order from Publix again. This time I ordered a veggie tray, chicken tenders, and a cake for my twins graduation party. I placed the online order on May 24, 2021. I received an email confirmation for our order. The event date was Saturday 05/29/2021. The confirmation email states, Simply pick up your order, pay at the register, and go! I arrived an hour early and stopped by the catering desk. I was told that they were behind and I was early.They could not find my paper order form but did find my vegetable tray. I took the tray and said I would finish my shopping and come back for the chicken tenders and cake. After coming back closer to my pick up time, the associate still did not have the cake, chicken, or paper copy of my order form. I showed her my email and she went to the bakery.When she came back she told me that J**** left a message for me stating that their corporate policy is to not premake cakes that are over $50 until payment has been received. I never got this message. All I had was the email saying to simply pick up your order, pay at the register, and go! After seeing that I was visibly upset... I told them nevermind and to cancel the chicken order too since that was clearly not ready and they did not have my order form anywhere to be found. They said they would rush make the cake for me and it would take 30 minutes.I had guest arriving at my home and no cake for our party. I told them that I would wait the 30 minutes. They said that I would still need to prepay for everything and then come back for the cake. I did this and brought the bakery the receipt 30 minutes later. I went home and at the end of the party - we opened the cake box and their was a visible split in the top of the cake. I wasnt phased by this...it was expected from a rush order. We then cut into the cake and saw that the bottom was not superfetti as ordered but vanilla. Again, I was not upset... I figured that this was an oversight because of the rush order and it was close enough.My son bit into a slice of the cake and did not have one but THREE hairs in his mouth from the cake. We had to throw out a $70 cake. I have never had a bad experience with Publix before this and its unfortunate because it happened in front of all of our guests.This policy needs to be addressed and match what is done through their online ordering platform. The hair situation needs to be addressed with the bakery.

As always, went for subs and as usual. Very on point. Staff were friendly. Great experience here.

Had such a great and relaxing experience at Publix today. I just came in to take advantage of the bogo sale and use my $5 coupon, but left with a big smile on my face. From my first step in the store I was warmly greeted by staff members and from the time I left the same occurred. I love when Publix has their buy one, get one free sale as I clean up on items I may have never tried if it was not for this sale. I got some kombucha, spinach, milk, yogurt, and hummus all for around $11. Why $11?!? Because they have a great price guarantee that if the price of items do not come up correctly that they give it to you for free. So, I was able to get two of the kombuchas for free as they did not ring up as bogo. The manager and the staff took care of me and made me feel so welcome and cared for. I havent experienced this at the grocery store for a while.I just wish my budget would allow me to shop at Publix when everything is not on sale--love the store and the experience, but not the prices. But, you know I will be back soon!!!!

Publix has the best baked goods & Bakery of any grocery chain!! I’ve loved them since I was a child & I was happy when the chain came to Fayetteville! The employees are helpful & friendly. The store is always clean & organized. It’s a little pricey for some, but I don’t mind paying the prices, because I know the quality of their products is worth it!!

If you’ve ever been to Publix in any other state many would agree that this is not your typical Publix. When they first opened I was not impressed but still shop here occasionally to pick up hard to find items that they usually carry. I must say that all of my experiences here have been great and their customer service is excellent.

Ive ordered many cakes from Publix bakery, usually they are wonderful. This past Wednesday I picked up my 9 year olds daughter birthday cake. It was beautifully done. When I opened the box I noticed a hair on the side of the cake. I just assumed it was mine (or I hoped)and started to cut the cake serving it to family. However, to my shock I found another hair buried in the frosting as I continued to cut. How does this even happen?!! Why arent cake decorators required to wear a hair net or at least have all their hair pulled back?! Im so angry right now! I fed the half the tainted cake to family and now I have to throw the other half away. What a waste of almost $40 and now my poor daughter is so disappointed! Dont waste your money at Publix, go where you know employees actually wear hair nets!

Always good variety of quality food. Bagger hugely helpful to another patron she lost her phone and using his Apple phone was able to locate for her.Speaks to quality of persons being hired. My wife stated that same young man help her and was courteous ensuring all her bags were tied to prevent them from spillage

Some of the staff in the deli has a really bad attitude. My family loves the chicken and the subs they have. But I guess it depends on which day you go you get a staff member that works in the deli that makes subs with attitude. So I just walked out and didnt get anything.

We just moved to NC from up north so it was my first visit to Publix. It is set up like most stores where you walk in to the produce section and the other end of the store is dairy although this store had well marked isles in-between. We were just looking at the canned tomatoes to be sure we grabbed the right kind ( crushed instead of whole ) and it was only a few seconds when an employee saw us looking at them and asked if we needed help. That really blew us away! Everyone, from bakery to meat counter and cashiers were awesome. The prices I cant really comment on since as I said wei just moved here but I can say it is a little more than Food Lion was on some things (seems to be better quality and selection so I dont mind) but cheaper on most things than Harris Teeter was. (Again, the quality plays here as Harris Teeter is more of a higher end store.) Once we eat some of the meats we bought and if they are as good as they look, we will definitely be shopping here again.

This Publix is CRUSHING it. If this were a publicly traded company, I would buy stock. If I didn’t already have a job, I would apply here. The food is great and priced affordably, the service is exceptional, and the people friendly and kind! Mike (customer service manager?) is the only grocery store leader I’ve ever met who remembers my name. He’s a rockstar of a leader who has clearly created a unique and powerfully positive culture at this store. But not only does he remember my name, whenever he sees me, he asks how I’m doing, how my wife is doing, and seems genuinely interested in my answers. Also, a shout out to Victoria for being a super fun cashier. Michelle is an incredibly accommodating and friendly worker who is always ready to drop whatever she is doing to help us with a question. Final shout out is to the other Mike (go Navy), who always has time to swap Army/Navy jokes and stories with me. God bless you guys, and thank you for everything you do.

We went into the store and found a cake at the deli called `Chocolate Ganache Supreme . We needed a last minute cake, and got this for around 25 dollars. Now, I really do not like chocolate at all, but I was obligated to eat some that evening.I WILL REPEAT, I DO NOT LIKE CHOCOLATE, BUT THIS CAKE CHANGED MY MIND.THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST CAKE I HAVE EVER EATEN. I AM OVER 50, IVE EATEN A WHOLE LOT OF CAKE, TRUST ME, THIS IS A RELIGIOUS EXPERIENCE . EVERYONE GASPED WHEN THEY PUT THE FIRST BITE IN THEIR MOUTH,SEVERAL SCRAPED THEIR ICE CREAM INTO THE SINK, SO THEY COULD GET MORE CAKE.

I am only giving this review for Joe in seafood. Joe helped me not only get my crab but also the seasonings and overall superb employee. Great sense of humor and such a sweet guy. If I could personally give him a raise I would. Publix should be thankful that they have such a good employee.

Was a quick visit for fruit! They were doing something new for covid regulations. They had directional traffic signs at the end of the aisles to keep them from being packed. This made extremely convenient to shop without trying to get the crowds that usually would be if the werent there. Going above and beyond theirs and yours.
