For two months, we have not received any water, although we continue to be billed. I have tried 3 times to call, but was put on hold for up to one hour each time with no answer. I have emailed with no response. This company went from a 5 star to 1 star for me. Still waiting...
Delivery driver just left bottles and the cooler on our porch without even knocking. We found it when we went to go somewhere. Then, when we set up the cooler and put the water in, we didnt notice until later that the entire cooler is cracked in several places and it leaked all over our floor and carpet. We cant reach the company because apparently they are having technical difficulties on every platform. We have never received such poor service from a water company, and we are new to the area. Saying we are seriously displeased would be an understatement.
Was scheduled for my delivery on July 1, no call, no show! I called and was told they didnt have time and would be delivering the next day July 2. No call and again No Show! I called and they said they didnt have time again, and that now due to the holiday, I would be getting my delivery on July 6. Well today is July 6 and I got an email that I could update my order until 5pm, as it was scheduled for July 8th NOW! The worst thing is, this is not the first time they DO NOT CALL and DO NOT SHOW. I gave them a second chance and they still can not get it right! At least have the decadency to call your customer and tell them that you can not make it until whenever........Cancelling my service, will NEVER use them again and will NOT recommend to ANYONE!
Customer service? More like customer disservice. Every time I talk to someone there they make you feel like youre inconviniencing them.

Poorest customer service on the planet, someone just left 13 bottles of water on my front porch, my order is for 2.Follow up: New driver with no way to communicate. Drove out there and spoke with manager, got the phone number for driver, all good since. Adding two stars for response.

Top of line water coolers available for rent. So comforting to know I will always have fresh, clean water delivered to keep my family healthy, hydrated, and happy during Covid and beyond! Customer for 15+ years. Very happy!
From the large transparent floating particles in the water, to the absolutely horrible communication, our experience with Crystal Springs water has be appalling. We wanted a good explanation for the floating particles( never got it), and for the equipment/ water to be replaced. We were rescheduled for replacement of the equipment 3 times, all with zero communication to us. I had to call in myself to see what the hold up was. After the 3rd time, I asked for a refund and to have the equipment permanently picked up. Again. Rescheduled 4 times with zero communication made out to me. I event spoke with the supervisor, he guaranteed a pick up the following Monday before noon. Still nothing, called in and was told it was rescheduled. Spoke to another supervisor and was guaranteed that pick up. We will see what happens. I am disgusted and lost for words. I do not recommend these people.
I absolutely love Crystal water. I use to be with LeBleu the water there was way to purified. My work had Crystal and got me hooked. I now have it delivered to my house and our family goes through 2 five gallon jugs a week. We drink so much more water now than ever. Thank you Crystal for great tasting water especially for myself as I use to hate drinking water.
I have to have water delivered by Chemours because they have contaminated the wells in the area I live in. They recently changed my water delivery from Chemours to Crystal Springs and I am disgusted with the service this company provides. I have asked them twice in the last 3 weeks not to leave any more of their water at my house yet when I come home from work on delivery day there it is RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY STEPS making it nearly impossible to get into my house without moving the cases (containing 6 gallons each) of water first. Today I called the company to ask why they kept delivering water to my property and I was passed around to 3 different people (all were very young sounding) and I finally hung up! They had the audacity to call me back not once but twice as prank calls. The absolute most unprofessional thing I have encountered lately!!! If you want your water delivered in a professional, courteous manner please find another company! (I would suggest Le Bleu)
Our delivery man is so personable. Calls the day before. Also, love that it is local. Dont have to call Raleigh for help.
