The shoes I was looking for were in stock. The line moved at a descent pace even though there were only 2 cashiers at the time. The associate that helped was very attentive.

I was at shoe carnival today and one of the employees named Isaac was very rude and unprofessional to customers and myself. He gave an attitude to another customer who had a question and then gave me one because I didn’t want to provide an email address. He has a very negative attitude and in my opinion should not be working in customer service. I returned my items and he was even more disrespectful and very rude when I did so. I definitely do not recommend the shoe carnival on morganton road in Fayetteville. I will not be going back to this store and do not recommend it to anyone for shoes

I will forever be a loyal customer! The customer service is always great when I go and they have the same shoes as the stores in the mall but with BETTER prices! They are forever having some type of deals going on so why would I go to the mall when I can come here and get the same shoes for less?! I love this store!

I love me some Shoe Circus. I think they still have buy one get the 2nd pair for half off. They definitely have the best selection in town. I have wide feet and they are pretty much the only ones that carry wide sizes.

I walked in and I wasnt greeted. I was walking around looking at the sandals and felt targeted when the team member went on the speaker telling myself and my friend to use socks when trying on shoes. Which we were just looking and not trying shoes on. Instead of embarrassing us,they could have just let us know about the socks

Prices were ok but, the service was horrible. I asked an Associate for a shoe for zumba she walked off and said never heard if it. She came back 10min. Later and said did u mean like dance zumba.
