The employees are very friendly and know their frequent customers on a first name basis. They are very patient and helpful with picking out products or hair extensions, etc, that best suits the customer to the best of their knowledge, with specific suggestions, etc. This is a good place, for your hair products, they also have a variety of other beauty supply products and accessories as well.

All I wanted was lashes and they had a very large inventory of them. So I was pleased.

The women working here are patient, knowledgeable, and friendly! I purchased hair for a protective style and ended up not liking it after working with one pack, so I returned the hair two days later. This process wasn’t an issue, and I was able to exchange it with ease for the hair I wanted in the first place - see the attached photo for details on this policy. The store is well stocked with all your wig, weave, and product needs. Definitely give Hair Joy a chance!

Best experience ever.My sister and sister in-law went to find lace fronts . The women Shell was very helpful with evwrything. She walked us thru everything aroujf the store. The lace front were a perfect match and the colors were spot on.

They open on Sunday. Whats not to love about that?UPDATE: CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!! I went here on 1/12/20. When checking out I noticed that the prices labeled on the merchandise weren’t ringing up correctly. I have shopped here plenty of times and this is my 1st time noticing this. Bottom line check your receipt. The face mask was labeled $3.99 but rang up as $6.99. The lady ringing up the merchandise fixed the issue by allowing me to pick more merchandise. I feel like this has probably happened to me before and I didn’t notice it. I will always double check behind them from here on out! CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!!!

Unlike many other hair stores in town, this establishment is well organized and clean. It makes it easy to find what I’m looking for. It’s a wide variety of hair products, beauty products, weaves, wigs, and accessories. The prices are great and the service is too. All the personnel are extremely helpful and friendly. I also met the owner and she is just as pleasant as the staff. She even gave me contact information for a hair stylist for my children, who ended up being awesome as well. Thanks so much!

Great hair store! Well lit, which is a plus. It is also organized which is not always a characteristic of Beauty Supply stores! The prices did not appear to be too expensive either. I cant wait to go back, I was in a rush the day I went and I only needed one thing. I want to look at the products and rest of the hair. I will be returning to this beauty supply store!

Ive always had good experiences shopping here. The ladies are super friendly, informed and helpful. Theres this one lady (brown skinned, average height, kinda slim but with junk in the trunk, lol) who is usually on the floor assisting customers. Can I tell you how good she is? She knows everything about the products, what works best for what etc! Those ladies who work there make this place more than just a typical beauty shop. Its more like of a shopping experience/event.
