I would most definitely recommend Bella! She’s so amazing and talk with you through the whole thing. I went in nervous because it’s my first time but overall it didn’t hurt like I thought it would. Service was great, place was nice and clean, and staff is amazing.

I have had one appointment with them prior . The lady was 20 minutes behind so I had to wait which I thought was highly unprofessional considering they have a time limit on the customers arrival time.Today I got a cancellation message about my full leg wax appointment I’ve had scheduled for a week. They didn’t even give me 24 hours in advance like they request from their customers when canceling their appointments. It’s super hypocritical of them to expect timely / consistent customers when they can’t be timely OR consistent. I canceled ALL of my appointments for future waxes because I can’t deal with inconstant appointments.

They are amazing!! When you finish, it feels like a newborn bottom. Slick and smooth!!! I 100% recommend to anyone. Also if you not a pain person, I still recommend but it only gets better the more you go.

Before I talk about how amazing Bella is, I would love to brag on Niya and Robyn at the front desk. I told them it was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and they explained what it would be like and gave me samples of serums to help with ingrown hairs and hair regrowth. They were super helpful and knowledgeable on the products and services they offer.Bella is extremely professional and makes you feel truly comfortable. I told her it was my first time and she explained everything to me and walked me through the whole process. Bella should get recognition for how good of a job she does! Everyone on the staff I saw that day was amazing and they have fully gained a loyal customer and I will be recommending them to everyone!

I’ve been coming here for years and I always had a decent wax, but nothing compared to other smaller businesses. Well that all changed until I switched over to Bella. Bella is amazing!! She’s been doing my Brazilian for a while now and she is the only one that is this thorough!! She actually cares about what she’s waxing and tries to get every day without taking really any extra time. Bella really is that B when it comes to waxing. I’ve tried some of the other girls before but I haven’t had a wax I loved until I switched over to Bella. I absolutely love the experience of waxing. Especially, at European Wax Center. Bella is absolutely amazing. My first time waxing she was very patient and talked me through every step. She is super quick and has great social skills. When she was unavailable I had to see a different wax specialist which didn’t turn out too well. The wax was a bit hot and left my bottom a bit sensitive. But, when I came back I was able to see Bella and I’m back to normal!

The staff are all nice, courteous, and prompt. Facility is always extremely clean. Bella is the bomb!! She makes your experience less awkward, takes her time and is very thorough!! Bella loves her job and it shows!!

So I recently went to this European Wax Center location Sunday because I did not want to drive an hour away to my regular wax lady. I read google reviews to try Bella and she was friendly but very quick and insensitive to me being sensitive down there because of my pregnancy. When I looked in the mirror the wax looked fine but when I had gotten home and took a shower I noticed there was still hair left on me, and not a little ALOT! It felt like I never gotten a wax at all I even got butt strips and that still had hair as well. I would definitely NOT recommend her, she is fast but she also does a poor job.

I see Diana once a month for eye brow, arm pit, and a Brazilian wax. She does amazing! My first time I was nervous and she coached me through it. She makes sure she gets every hair! Honestly the best waxing specialist I have ever encountered: Diana. She is a sweetheart who incredibly efficient yet gentle with minimizing pain (my biggest priority). She also is lovely to talk and joke around with to help distract you:). She also helps provide great tips to optimize future waxing.

My appointment was cancelled the day of without any phone call, just a text message. I am huge believer of good customer service and with an automated cancellation text a few hours before my appointment, it left a bad taste in my mouth about this location. The front desk person told me I had to be placed on a waitlist although I already booked which didnt make sense. I was excited to go here, I but went to another location near Greensboro instead. I was highly satisfied there.

Bella is my wax specialist. She is sweet, professional, and quality of the wax service is always superb! This may not be important to some but she remembers who I am and asks how I’ve been every time I come in. That’s makes me feel special and I appreciate it.

Had an appointment scheduled for 9:30. Upon checking their website I noticed the time listed for them to open was 10:30. So I assumed maybe it was an error when the receptionist called to make the reservation for me. I tried to call and it kept saying they were closed and if I needed to check their store hours then to look on their website but of course the website says 10:30. Finally call at 10 and get through to learn they’ve been open since 8am. Do yourselves a favor and update that please. It is an inconvenience to customers since we have no way of getting through to anyone to verify anything and no one wants to drive on the other side of town not knowing if you really are open or not. No one bothered to call me about my scheduled appointment either. So the chances of me giving them another try is slim to none. I’ll do business elsewhere.

The experience I received at this location was fantastic, Megan with the Fun hair was the artist that I booked with and what she does with that wax on my eyebrows was nothing short of a masterpiece.
