Extremely rude called and asked for a price and they told me they busy just come byeeeee … they treat and talk to us Black women any kind of way.. sad

I was really disappointed by the service that I received from this store. I used to be a patron of this store until today. I came in with my mother to go wig shopping. We were told the limit was 5 wigs at a time. No problem. We were there for about an hour. I had already found a wig I liked but it was not in stock in the store. I was going to put my name on the waiting list for the wig, until the owner came to the back and accused me of having more than 5 wigs on my table when there was only 2 wigs. Even though my mother and I came together, we were purchasing separately. My mother had 4 wigs to try on. I was so offended and he was so rude in his demeanor. He just accused me and didnt ask any questions. I realized that he was rushing my mother and I to leave the store because he felt like we didnt buy anything fast enough and we were taking up his table space. He only had one double sided table in his wig section. Thats not nearly enough table space for multiple people to try on wigs. Upon us leaving the store he became angry that we didnt buy anything and demanded that we pay a dollar for two wig caps. I remembered that my mother purchased a wig cap from the store clerk when we first got in there and I told him. He argued with us and rolled his eyes. I hope the owner is reading this because I was a fan of your store. The wig I wore to your store today I made myself from quality hair that I purchased from your store. You are disrespectful and ignorant.

I’ve only been here twice and I have to say they are much better than the other store across the street.They’re really friendly, and helpful, and the hair is cheap, but really GOOD. I made a wig and the hair is still good, and doesn’t shed at all

Came here to get some jewelry made and I truly wasnt disappointed. The lady that helped me out with questions was very friendly. My jewelry was made within 3 days and it was just what I ordered.

Bought 2 hair bundles for a sew in and was told by the Asian lady that I could return the hair if I didn’t need the extra or exchange it. Went back with the 2nd pack that I didn’t need, the 1 was enough, and was told I could NOT get a refund, only store credit, Asian man was working this time). I specially asked when I bought the hair if I could return the 2nd pack just to be told no after I purchased it and went back... shady service to say the least. They have no gift cards for store credit, had to write it down in a book. I had to take a picture of it with my phone so I can have proof. I thought this place was great on my first visit but to be lied to to make a sale, that’s just wrong!
