I had checked around for a sign for my church. Everybody was over priced for what I was looking for. Matthew came and looked at my project and sent me an estimate the same evening. The next day, I got a proof to look at, he made a couple of changes for me and it was a go. I was expecting my sign in 2-3 days, but he called me the next day and my sign was ready. They wanted to charge me a deposit prior to knowing the size of the signs, where they would be located or anything. Sounds like a complete rip off. You say you offer no hassle/ free estimates... that is neither of those. Two other companies provided professional and full estimates at no cost, going with one of them, although probably more expensive.

I have done business with Daria for over 10 years. She initially created a logo for my husband’s landscaping company, then the trailer decals. She worked with me so my final vision was perfect. Then I needed a special decal as a Christmas present and went back to her and her creation was amazing! The recipient of the decal was ecstatic. And currently she is working on a logo for my new business and it’s going as smooth as ever. Daria is so creative, communicative, available, professional and super pleasant and I wouldn’t have any other graphic designer assist me with my business needs.

Great graphics. Terrible with small projects.... Daria after receiving all the information needed said it was going to be about a week turnaround for the sample graphics. This was the first time we did business. I went a month later because she never got back to me and the order was just sitting somewhere on her desk and Chirs had to dig for it. Next day I had my decal.Gave them another chance, with the same graphic a bit bigger (5x4) and one addon. We gave Daria in person the measurements and emailed her the picture of where I wanted it. After about two weeks I finally recieved a call that she was going to send the sample graphics that week and to set an appointment for the install. Told her I will set the appointment after I see the sample to make sure is exactly what I wanted. Never got the email nor reply to my follow up email I had sent. Almost a month later, after telling Daria over the phone that she was irresponsible I receive the reply to my follow up email that they could no longer do business with us. Sorry if the truth hurts, but we were more than patient with you and willing to do business. Twice...
