The young lady with glasses is doing a fantastic job at the Office Depot next the mall in Fayetteville, n.c.. I had somewhere to go, & I had problems with the printer with flash drive & she opened it up like she was doing surgery on the machine. Spraying it trying to make it work right. Seems like she was giving her personal best to get it fixed. You just know through a persons actions. Also I notice a male employee was doing a good job also today by helping another customer. The only issue was the lady I was directed to by the young lady on the far side in the customer service area. She really has sorry customer service skills(terrible communication skills). I hope she was new, because the young lady with the glasses who helped myself had a great attitude & was getting the job done. I wanted to give five stars, because I got a chance to finish with everything. Ill only give two, because someone needs to help that ladies poor customer service skills.

My wife and I went in today for Christmas stationary and getting some things laminated.Staff were friendly, helpful and quick. Thanks!
