I called several places about a custom perforated car window decal for the back of my car and decided to go with All Signs & Graphics because of its unbeatable price and honestly, my first conversation with Tina (excellent customer service). Tina was friendly, professional and personable. She explained the process, timing and approx. cost of the decal (it was lower once the measurement was taken). Once Joe received the design I provided, decal was done and ready for installation in just 5 days. Joe did a great job with installation even though it was very windy that day. He made sure the decal was centered and positioned to my liking. I would highly recommend All Signs & Graphics.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. From Tim responding to me immediately on Facebook marketplace and making sure my order was handled with the utmost attention, to meeting my deadline goal and making sure it was 100% perfect. Also, hand delivering the sign to me on Labor Day to make sure that it arrived on time and not damaged. Great company great product and even better honest and kind people. If you get a neon anywhere else you will miss out!

Great service, unbeatable price! Just wish the communication was a little better, but I have never been disappointed with any of my signs or their services!

I call to request standard service on my neon sign and I was told they were very busy at the time and they would get back to me. To their credit they were fairly prompt calling the next day. However, I was informed they dont do work on neon signs anymore. I asked if they still did work on transformers as theres transformers in the majority of signs and their receptionist and I go around for a few minutes. Finally I ask to speak with the owner or manager and she informed me she was. So, I asked to speak with the person who was in charge of the actual service work. They go on the phone and informed me that they dont do work for my type of establishment. Well, instead of wasting my time and lying to me about the work they do or dont do they could have opened with Sir, while we appreciate the chance to make money we dont service your type of establishment. rather then lie to me. It is fairly common people would rather not service our establishments as a result of so called moral dilemma. However when you open up a potential business transaction with lies instead of honesty what moral high ground can you possibly have?

Weve used other sign companies in Fayetteville for our signage but none of them measure up to the service and quality we have received from All Signs & Graphics! I had to get a part for a high output flourescent sign that was simply unavailable anywhere else. Lowes, State Electric, Home Depot, no one had it. Larry had it, and had it ready at the desk for me even though I was late getting there. Very grateful, Kayla and Larry were very helpful. Thank you.

This company is really bad at communicating with their customers. Trying to get our sign delivered and installed but nothing and its been over two weeks. Weve called and emailed several times and still no response. Communication is key! If youre too busy to answer or respond, please hire someone to answer your phone calls.

One of the worst sign companies I have ever dealt with in my life, and I have been in the sign business for almost 10 years. Zero communication. Zero response to phone calls or emails. Do yourself a favor and find someone more professional.

I want to thank All Signs! Got the job done in no time! I made a call to them at the last minute to see if they could fit me in on removing a sign and they came in 20 mins to do so! The man I spoke with was very friendly! Didn’t give me the runaround like I had with other companies! Thank you guys again!

This is the worst company ever they dont even deserve the one star I only rated so I could make this complaint. I purchased a sign from this company 3 1/2 years ago and I thought I could still do business with them. My light went out in my sign and when i informed these people it took them almost 5 months to contact me back. When they finally contact me back I was totally disrespected by the owner she even yelled at me when i question her about the length of time it took them to respond and hung the phone up while I was still speaking. Please do not use this company very unprofessional and they do not care about the well being of all there customers.

I own Used car lots in Fayetteville and have used All signs for designing signage over the years. They have Always done great work and have given great customer service!

I contacted this company also known as Mac Sign and left a message for Larry, the owner. I was told he would return my call the next morning. One week later and no response. Contacted him via email and told what I needed to get done fo my business sign. Said he would come look at my sign the next today and then he NO SHOWED. Did not get any call or reason why he decided not to show. If this guy didnt want my business, I wish that the would have told me straight up like a man, instead of stalling me and wasting my time.
