Great customer service, been using service department for several years. Matt Davis works hard trying to get service completed in a timely manner, if he doesnt he apologizes and works with the you on a future service! And Carlos is a great sales representative, always follows up if he sees me at the dealership!

Wouldn’t recommend going to this dealership for any type of services. They charge me 1000 for labor work for replacing one control arm. Originally I was told I need a lot of more work done then they actually did. Kevin called me back a few days later and told me they couldn’t find the pieces for one of the parts so all of a sudden the story changed and I only needed my left control arm done. He told me that would take no more than 2 hours and I got charge for 6 hours of labor work

I took my 2017 Silverado here to get work done after Simone backed into me. They told me and the insurance company that they could repair my trucks bedside without replacing it even though I told both parties that’s what I would rather have done. When they called to say It was finished it looked terrible the body line was off and the metal looked distorted compared to my driver side and other trucks not to mention they put a very thick rock guard on the truck that didn’t match. I told them my issues they seemed annoyed with my complaints but told me to bring it back in two weeks. I take it back and Friday they called again saying it was ready. It looked slightly better. The paint looks weird and the metal is still distorted in areas any car guy with a good eye will notice. I waited 3 Friday’s only going up there on my day off to finally talk to the manager again and he told me there wasn’t much more they could do and only offered to wet sand and buff the paint. I’m still not happy with the out come and this being my favorite truck makes it hard to deal with. I just wish if they couldn’t of made it perfect they wouldn’t of taken the job. In my line of work I have to make things right for the owner no matter what. I wish they felt the same.

Just bought a car from a private seller two weeks ago and wanted to see where my car was at maintenance wise. I showed up to drop my car off so they could work on it tomorrow; they were trying to pull up my appointment info and realized that my appointment wasn’t until the next Friday. Lela Schimmel, one of their service advisor, was so nice and fit me in for this Friday. I thought that was such great customer service because they were able to fit me in, even though it was I that goofed up, saved me time of not having to come back again next Friday. Lela was very professional and made sure everything was taken care of. It was also reassuring to have my Corvette looked at from a Corvette specialized professional. Overall, great customer service from their service department, would definitely return. Lela was awesome as well! Work with her if you do need your car serviced there!

I recently purchased a Corvette Z06 from a dealership other than Reed-Lallier. My biggest worry was getting it serviced. That day finally came to pick which Fayetteville Chevrolet dealership would fix my issue. Reed-Lallier had the better reviews so I braced myself and drove to the service department and was met with a smile from Mary, a Service Adviser. I told her my issues and she already knew what the fix would be! I was shocked and felt at ease right away! Then she told me that they had a Corvette Tech on site and I knew my car had found a home. Dropped my car off and before I felt like it was time to call Mary for an update, she was calling me saying my car was ready for pickup. My car had been back recently and Im still getting the same quality service from Mary and the Service department crew as if it were my first visit. I HIGHLY recommend Reed-Lallier for all your Chevrolet Service needs!

I was having an issue with my first service and Tim Maynor not only solved my issue in a timely and professional manner, but he stayed and eased my discomfort the issue had brought on. He took his time with me and even went over information i didn’t know about my vehicle in extreme detail. What almost went left turned into an awesome experience.

My first impression walking on to the lot was that of a used car dirt lot on the wrong side of town. What a disaster! I called the day before to make sure the used vehicle I was interested in that I had looked at online was still there. They said it was and that it would be ready for me to test drive the following day. They even called me that morning to confirm my appointment. I drove an hour and 20 minutes to get there and found that the vehicle had mud on the outside of it and trash on the floors in the door pockets. There was even loose change in the consul. The salesman that I interacted with was a kids that had no idea what he was doing and absolutely no communication skills. After expressing my disappointment to the sales manager he blew me off and insisted that the car was cleaned before I got there. Needless to say I went elsewhere with my business and bought a car the same day at Bryan Honda just down the road where their standards weren’t much higher.

I had an appointment at 8:15 am this morning for an oil change and emissions check. I arrived at 8 a.m and did not receive my car back until 10:40 am. In between then some interesting things happened. Between the time of 8 a.m and 10 a.m. not a single person approached me about the status of my vehicle. Before I go on I will say what I feel like service should be in this industry. What happens in the back when your car is with the technician is part of it. But that part alone does not operate in a vacuum. The whole service experience is all encompassing. Meaning from the time you drop your vehicle off till the time you pay is all part of the service experience. Now back to my experience. I began writing this review on google and posted it after not hearing from a single person. One would assume that if your bring your car in for something simple and you have a customer sitting and waiting for 2 hrs you might consider giving them an update. I mean whats the point of having an appointment? I posted the review and within minutes someone from the service team approached me and said Are you Mr. Duncan? I said yes. Did you just post a review on google? I again said yes. Oh is that how you do business? he asked and walked off. I immediately thought to myself you have time to look at google reviews but you dont have time to do such a basic customer service related task and update people about the status of their vehicles. Mind you I was not the only one waiting for some time. Now I really thought about giving this one star but the service member that spoke with me about my google review redeemed himself and was kind and courteous throughout the payment process and even recommended somethings that he did not have to. All and all it was not a terrible experience but it could have been better.

We just purchased a new 2020 Chevrolet 2500HD Duramax from Reed-Lallier this past Thursday. And the experience could not have been any better. Let me just state I hate car shopping, with hate being an understatement. Anyway, I do my car shopping online to save me time and money. I hate it when they say, “come drive it” or “it want take long.” Robert Davis and Loria Davis made it such a pleasant and quick experience. Drove from Columbia, SC for 3 hours and was at dealership less than an hour. Perfect!!!! Rob got me in quickly and Loria got all the paperwork done for us without trying to sell me a bunch of stuff. We are a small company with about 20+ vehicles and I’ll give them a call first before we purchase another new vehicle. Also want to thank Kari Davis and Jacob Tadlock.

They always do a great job on my truck and car. There is an area to wait with television and a pretty legit coffee maker. However, I usually walk around the lot and check out what they have. Staff is always very nice and the bathrooms are always very clean. Not a negative thing to say about the service department at Reed Lallier.
