Ive always had great experiences with this establishment until recent. A few weeks back I took my car in for a tire plug but was told tires with 10k miles on them were in need of replacement because of tread life and I stated that I had not long ago bought them. Then I asked for air to be put in the tire to make it home as I knew I had a slow leak and they stated I had a nail in the side wall. I ordered a new tire somewhere else and took back to have them put on and had no issue. A week later I hit a high dirt pile which pulled out the tire fender well clips and one section came loose. I went back to this establishment as it is where I regularly do business and the gentleman who is so helpful behind the counter stated that I needed the clips from the dealership. I got the clips and returned today but the manager stated that they dont do body work and he shouldnt have told me that. I understand body work but removing a tire to put clips on shouldnt have been an issue or at least coming out to ensure. Customer service goes a long ways and Ive been a repeat customer for a long time and it seems that at least something more couldve been offered or done for a loyal customer.

The staff at Mr. Tire in Fayetteville are competent, professional and friendly. They stood by their products and replaced two tires that wore out prematurely. They go above the routine service need. I decided to have them change my car oil when I realized the dealership wasnt rotating the tires when they said they were. As usual, it was a pleasure to work with them.

We needed tires put on my boyfriendsTruck. On a Sunday. We called Mr Tires and Chrys was a big help and go us in and put the tires on. Was a very good experience. We would definitely recommend coming here for your Auto needs.

Ive used Mr. Tire several times for service and been pleased each time. Brought in my car with a slow leak in one tire. The technician found the leak quickly and patched it. Service manager waived the fees. How nice!

Awe man what can I say because Mr. Tires Auto Service Center was really great with solving my Moms problem with her car. And man not only did they complete their mission, but we where in and out of there in good time. From what I experience in the passengers seat, the car travel is much smoother now, wow 👍🏾🚗.

Absolutely to high priced. And bugs were in the bathroom, kids play area and showroom. We went to Advanced auto and got the stuff to have another shop put it on saved atleast $200. And was clean.

I’ve been here two different occasions for some new tires and changing out the brakes and rotors. These guys haven’t steered me wrong. Both times worked with me to get the price down as much as they can and also gave me a ride home when it was going to take longer than expected. Also, both times I was in I saw numerous return customers getting work done. Recommend giving them a try, for sure.

Mike and Jacob displayed excellent communication. They acted on a whim to orchestrate getting a special set of tires to their store within 2 hours so I could have them installed. The price was competitive and the phone quote was accurate. They also stood by the assurance of having my vehicle finished before a designated, previously agreed upon time. Unfortunately, I dont know the gentlemans first name that put the new tires on for me, Mr. D. Best. He acted professionally and respectfully with my vehicle. I own a sports car and that is always one of my fears when visiting a shop. I commend him for having 4 low profile tires mounted and balanced in 40 minutes, as it typically takes quite a bit longer. The professionalism and communication displayed by these three gentlemen will make me a repeat customer when there are additional services I need that I cannot perform myself. As a former technician for 10 years, I was impressed by the level of service I got from the facility. These 3 gentlemen deserve recognition from the corporate level. Job well done, gentlemen. Keep up the superb work! I will more than happily recommend people to you.

I am beyond grateful for the service that was completed today. I was immediately greeted and assured that my tire would be looked at soon. I expected for the service to take longer and yet, service did not take long at all. I could also see the work that was done on my tire as I waited for them to take care of the issue. I noticed that not only did they focus on the tire that needed to be repaired but they checked them all to ensure safety. I appreciate the workers and staff at Mr. Tire and I will make sure I return!!!

This place is totally unprofessional. I was given three different prices for the same service. I was told they do military discounts but when ibwent yo drop the car off the manager said they only do discounts for certain things. To top it all off he was rude and abrasive when I questioned why the price kept changing and the discount wasnt being offered.

I thought the price of the install was a little high, BUT they were the only tire shop I could find open late enough to get the job done after work. So theres a little give and take. Overall I was satisfied with my experience.

Work at a local dealership and had a flat tire on Saturday, called told me 11:00, out by 12 for a flat tire fix. Great customer service! Deff recommended!

Ive had good and bad experiences with this place. Not sure Ill go back after my last visit. Called on a Monday to make sure they could get me in on Tuesday a little after 5pm for a State Inspection since I know they close at 6. They said it would be fine. Show up the next day and their State Inspection person doesnt work that late. Drove way out of my way. Very disappointing.

My tire blew out while I was on 95 traveling fromFlorida to Maryland and I called here to try to get it fixed fast. Ben and the crew worked with me to get the best price and in and out as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend!

AMAZING PLACE!!! We went there to get a car we were purchasing inspected. We talked with Chris and he was great and very helpful. He did a very thorough inspection, and went above and beyond. He didn’t let one thing go unnoticed. He gave us great information on the car. Very respectable place. Would recommend anybody to go here.

I have always had great service at this location. I have had oil changes and tire work done with short wait times and quality service. On several occasions I have had my tire pressure warning light show up at the worst possible time & I have always been able to stop by and have a technician help me out. Today was one of those days. The temperature had dropped and of course when I left the house, tending to some important errands, the warning light on my tire pressure showed up...I was able to stop by Mr. Tire and Ben helped me out with no wait time. He checked my tires and remedied the issue and I was on my way...Ben gets high marks in my book. I recommend this location for helpful and reliable service. Thank you!

Took my car in 2 months ago for or a tire that had lower air pressure than the others. I told them I had a slow leak in it. The technician couldnt find anything wrong with it, but changed the valve stem because I told them that I had a previous issue with a valve stem with one of the other tires. They didnt charge me for that and were very nice. Got me in and out very quickly. I was very happy with that experience, but today I woke up to the same tire nearly flat. Took it back and there was a screw found in the inner side wall. I blame that on the technician who no longer works there. He didnt catch it. They put a new tire on for me and I also had them change my oil and rotate and balance my tires since I was already there. The work they did seems fine and the price is average, but what concerns me is that when I got my car back there were items on the floorboard that were supposed to be in my glove box. They shouldnt have went inside my glove box at all. Makes me wonder why. I originally gave this place a 5 star rating, but after today I wont be going back there. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the guys inside at the customer service counter are nice and the work they did today seems okay.

Chris (with the tattoos) was courteous and honest, and service was done completely and with precision. Chris was very businesslike but had a down home approach to everyone in the shop. And did I mention honest already? I was told what I needed, what the process would be, how long it would take, etc. - all delivered as he said. I am truly grateful for the quality work and the integrity of the business.

Dont ever take go to Mr Tire for tires. They put on Faulty tires on my husbands car and now want to charge him $108.00 to replace them. Are they for real. I wouldnt recommend going to any of them, especially the one off of skibo road.

I went to Mr. Tire to get an oil change and a wheel balance. As anyone know a CI (courtesy inspection) of the vehicle comes with any services provided. The guy at the customer service desk put in a wrong VIN and they continued to do service on the wrong documented VIN. The guy that did the check on my car with the wrong VIN documented accidently left the inspection folder with the red trimming in my vehicle. Mr. Tire tried to charge me $1000 to have my break lines and brake pads replaced according to the VIN they put in their system. On top of that they put in a military discount which took the price down to $889. I took the inspection paper they accidentally left in the back seat of my vehicle to two mechanics over the course of this past week both mechanic shops noted that Mr. Tire put in the wrong VIN and the last mechanic shop I went to did the repairs on my vehicle. So with that Mr. Tire got money from me and did not do my oil change or my wheel balance and tried to over price me for additional repairs. I will never go to this a shop again.

This is a great place to go if you want great quality work and good customer service. Chris, the manger truly believes in putting his customers 1st. I would truly recommend them to anyone who needs work.

This location was second on my search list. The staff is very friendly and professional. The manager was not only professional but very engaging with me while my maintenance was being completed. He made feel like I was a valued customer even though I had never been in his shop before. I would definitely take my business back to Mr. Tire in the future.

05 July 20Mr. Tire’s Entire staff were happy to assist me in a very hard and desperate time. I was inquiring a full set of tires that day when other shops were closed on the holiday week on a Sunday afternoon. They are extremely knowledgeable and have seasoned employees that know what their doing. Customer service, they’re about it! Friendly and respectful, they sure are.Overall you get what you pay for, Quality and reassurance.

I got an oil change from Mr.tire and 10 minutes after I left my tire pressure went extremely down. I called them immediately back and they told me to come back to the shop. I got there and they pulled my car in right away, looked at it and even showed me what was in my tire. They took care of me in under 15-20 min. Called early on a Saturday morning to fix a flat. talked with Chris (#1) who quoted me about an hour to turn it around. drove over and was greeted by Chris (#1 & #2). They were done and had it installed in about 20-30 minutes. permanent repair, no plug. i couldnt be happier with the service and would not hesitate to return. both Chrises, and the mechanic staff members i encountered, were friendly and efficient. they literally saved my day from becoming a nightmare.

I’ve been coming here consistently since l moved here 2 years ago for just basic oil changes to breaks and anything in between, All the employees are an absolute delight 10/10. There always up front about any and all charges. You might be able to go somewhere else that maybe a tad bit cheaper but you won’t find the quality of service like you find here. They will go through ins and out to take care of you. Even when there super busy the mechanics bust butts to make sure they can get your vehicle serviced as soon as possible.

On Veterans Day 2020 I went to Mr. Tire in Fayetteville NC with a tire that needed repair. They jumped on it immediately. Dismounted from rim, repaired, remounted and balanced. When I went to pay, they said “thank you for your service” and sent me on my way.

Went in for a front-end alignment on my 92 Mustang. Recently had to change out the rack and pinion myself. Noticed the BS service done, or should I say non-existent service done when I pulled the parts out that were never changed. Yes its been years later, but who changes out an outer tie-rod with a tie-rod with a grease fitting, and doesnt install the grease fitting? Not to mention the other parts that were never changed that I was billed for...And yes it still pulled to the left. Too bad I drove straight home and parked my car and never drove it till 18 months later when I noticed it still pulls to one side. A $75 to $100 front-end alignment turned into an over $1000 bill. My mistake for trusting this place. Glad I do my own work from now on! Will recommend anyone to never go here just like that All Tune n Lube spot that went out of business on Raeford Rd that gave me the jack leg job. May Karma go crazy on this place.

Took car in back in Nov to get tires and alignment. They fixed one tire rod and wheel bearings. Took it in today to get inspection, they tried to tell me I need a tire rod and axle. My question is, why didnt they fix that back in Nov of 2020. Or did they actually fix my tire rod to begin with??? I wont be going back.

You can get lifetime warrenty on your tires and pay literally NOTHING when they fix your tires! I had a tire going flat due to a nail and paid nothing to get it fixed! Why arent more people coming here...? Great service for your car and you as a customer! :D

Took my SUV in for low tire pressure on one of my tires that I had bought from them. I have bought several tires from them in the past. They checked for leaks and could not find any problem with the tire. Reinflated to factory specs and have not had a problem since.

Got my oil changed yesterday. Really great service and very fast. Very friendly staff.

I got my car inspected on Saturday but when I went to pay my registration renewal, it said I needed an inspection. They told me because of the holiday - the system wouldnt update until Tuesday. So I tried on Tuesday. Couldnt do it again. So Mr Tire tells me they had a power surge & so they couldnt do it. Itll be done first thing in the morning. Now its Thursday afternoon & still nothing has been reported to the DMV.

Wait time is a little while however they jump right on your car as soon as they can. Also my budget for brakes were sets but then I found out I needed new rotaters and the price was waaay out of budget however they help accommodate my budget and I was on my way. 1hr 1/2 max

Went to the Jeep dealship because of my tpm light. Was told NOTHING they could do. Went up the street to MR. TIRE......ERIC & BEN!!!!! made sure the problem was fixed. They took care of my truck. They are amazing! The service is fantastic. They are always friendly, helpful, and informative. Most importantly, they are very honest. I have been getting car service done here for two years now, and they have told me honestly when I do or dont need to get something repaired, even if they make less money. The quality of work is excellent, too. When I got replacement tires, they gave me excellent advice on what I needed to do for the warranty not to be voided. When I wasnt sure if I needed to get a service, they patiently explained what the parts did and whether it was urgent to get them fixed or not. I cannot recommend this store enough!

My experience here was amazing, the only place in town opened on Sunday. Unfortunately, I got a flat tire on a Sunday and was able to call and make an appointment by the next morning. Even though I was late to my appointment they still took me in. Staff is extremely friendly and funny. I would definitely come back!

Not a bad place...my only complaint is they didnt due a courtesy inspection on my car. Its not a huge deal but its nice to know where your breaks, tire tread, and other mechanics stand.

A miracle happen before my eyes😁; my Cadillac CTS computer would display turn on headlights like 5 times a day/night. In less than 45 minutes my headlights were spic and span like new out of the box! The staff was very pleasant, smiling and energetic for early morning. Also very patience and helpful with detailing exactly what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and quoted prices.I highly recommend Mr. Tire and appreciate a great group of guys like yourselves.

I had a puncture in my tire on a Sunday, which had me concerned because of work the next day. I called around pricing things out and found that they were well priced, worked completed in a timely manner, and very professional staff. When I picked up my truck I was curious what had punctured the tire the mechanic was kind enough to come out front and talk to me about what had caused it. Good people and got my truck back on the road quick on a Sunday! highly recommend, they’ve got a new customer in me.

I went in and ask for tires I needed...they said on Tuesday that they have to order and they will come Wednesday....ok so Wednesday came...I recheck about 1pm... the guy said truck hasnt came... I said Ill keep checking..I called I called I called my calls went straight to vm..so its 5pm I went back to them..(they close at6) he said sorry no truck...he ask me if I wanted to reorder....I said no thank you... I went to Pep Boys instead...there customer service at Pep Boys was so good instead of 2 tires I got the 4 instead....

Walk in, not 1 customer present and ask for a state inspection. The guy looks at me and says booked up til tomorrow, so I say okay what time, he looks at his computer for 2 secs and says, “oh looks like tomorrow is booked up”. Clearly they have extremely lazy employees at this establishment. Do not waste your time!
