The Office Tech Ashley was great at handling the seemingly reluctance, of my Warranty Company. She kept me informed and acted promptly to get my car serviced. The mechanics also did a great job, my A/C works great. The business as a whole is a 5 star experience.

I dont usually leave reviews but I felt I needed to in this case. I was having transmission issues and needed to find a shop to take care of my truck. I found MonkeyWrench online, read some reviews, went to speak with them and decided to carry my truck in. They notified me I needed a new transmission and transfer case and dealt with my warranty company for the work that needed to be done. They did the work in a timely manner and were upfront about everything they did. They even worked with me on lowering my out of pocket expenses. Thats a rare quality you see in businesses these days. I just wanted to say Thank You to Ashley and Josh for taking great care of me and I wont hesitate to bring any one of my vehicles to MonkeyWrench for service and repairs.

They did a great job on my car. It took a while but this was because parts had to be ordered and it took a while for parts to arrive. Delays on everything is quite common now and are to be expected. The staff is very friendly and their prices are fair. I will continue to take my car here and high recommend them to others needing services.

Didnt fix the issue, however they charged over $3000.00 for a repair and then said it was fine. Now after bringing the car to a different mechanic they said they did know that 2nd and 5th gear wasnt working, but it was not their problem..... Long story short, would not recommend them for repairs you may end up going elsewhere and paying to repair what should have been done in the first place.

My BMW X6 was having some serious engine issues. Engine malfunction operating at reduced power errorcome on and my car was smoking with an unbearable fuel smell. They we able to diagnose and fix my vehicle in a couple days and I couldnt be happier. Honestly, this was the best experience that I have ever had with an auto mechanic. I am very grateful for everything that did for me and I will continue to use them for any future maintenance.

I don’t write reviews, but wow! I had an issue pop up while traveling and I was near by. By the time I pulled into parking lot the car was no longer drive-able. Stopped in shortly before closing, they took care of me, ordered part, took me to a hotel down the road (and picked me up!!!) and got me done just after lunch the next day! If I lived here there is no question where I would get any car of mine serviced.

I Dropped my van off to get a complete tune up and oil change done. They were nice enough to take me home while the work was done to my van so I wouldnt have to wait there with my 1 year old baby. They even checked to see why the replaced catalytic converter(done somewhere else) was still causing my check engine light to come on. They reset the light and it never came back on. They provide Great customer service and honest dependable service. I will be a regular customer for all my vehicles maintenance needs from now on.

Extremely professional and honest! Originally my car had broken down and I took it to auto zone. They wanted to charge me over $800 to replace my alternator and my belt and I couldn’t afford that price. I then had my car towed to his shop and he was able to diagnose for me the real problem and fixed my car for a very reasonable price. He pinpointed the problem for what it was. My car has been running GREAT ever since. He runs a very trustworthy business that isn’t out just make money and break your wallet but is interested in helping you fix the real problem! He then did a full diagnostic of the car and let me know somethings to possibly watch out for in the future. Great guy. Great business!

Josh is great to work with. He lets you know everything hes doing, sent pictures Of what he was fixing or replacing and why, and informed me of any additional repairs that needed to be made prior to doing them and made sure I was OK with it before he did them instead of just doing it and hitting me with hidden charges on the back end, which is rarit in that line of work. On top of that, he polished my headlights for free and warranties his work. And if your not sure about the cost, you can always ask because he emails you an invoice of all the parts and prices needed to fix it if you were to have any questions about the price. Someone trying to screw you wouldnt do that. Id recommend him and Ill be taking my vehicle back to him in the future.

MonkeyWrench is one of those places you drive 30 minutes to get to because they are the best around. I had a dead battery so I drove my 2015 Acura RDX out to them.. dropped it off so I could get back to work. Amber is extremely helpful and called me to let me know I needed a battery. They also did a multi-point inspection on my vehicle so I now know my brakes are low and am having them replaced. They take care of their customers and watch out for them. The prices are always fair and I plan on coming to them as long as I’m in Fayetteville!
