Words cant quite explain how well these people are they take very good care of their customers they will show you everything about the vehicle you are buying very nice guys had me in-and-out in about 20 minutes! Couldnt ask for more, salesman reached out to me the day after checking on us wanting to know how we like to be vehicle..Customer service is hard to come by these days... Fayetteville Ford definitely has The professionalism and customer care that you are looking for! I knew what I wanted and Steve Gucci gave me exactly that! Great guys and Mark Hopkins was also a pleasure meeting and getting me back on the road! Cannot speak high enough for these guys! They still fill your new car full of fuel! Such a small gesture that goes a LONG way! Have I mentioned how Gorgeous the new Bronco Sport is!!!!

Called to schedule recall service, left my number & was told I’d get a call back. After 2 weeks with no call & a door strapped closed I went in and was scheduled immediately. Awesome! When I asked the advisor he said it was his plan to have it done in a day, which is great because I live 30 miles away & was having it done while I was at work. Dropped my car off at 5:30am, and when I called in the afternoon to get an update on progress they didn’t know anything about it, said my advisor wasn’t there and that the car would not be done that day, as it wasn’t even brought into the garage yet. Currently in the process of going to pick it back up, because loaners aren’t a thing & I’m not paying for a rental. 1/10 would not recommend

Im going to give these folks 5 stars, but probably not for the typical reason you would give a dealership such a rating. I do own a certified used Ford, but I purchased that vehicle from another dealer a year ago. Im writing this review because we purchased an old, used (non-Ford) vehicle from them, which they acquired from another customer during a trade-in. Prior to our purchase, we were assured that the car was in good mechanical condition, and it seemed so at the time. When we got it home, within a matter of days, a brake fluid leak appeared. Although the sale was as is, I was obviously upset that we had an issue with the car so soon. I sent a rather curt message to the general manager and the sales team, letting them know our disappointment. This car is my teenage sons first vehicle, and he just loves it. The general manager, Chris Chitwood, immediately contacted me and arranged to pick up the car (we live an hour away) and look it over, leaving a loaner car in its stead. They fixed it and returned it to us, cost free. They went above and beyond what I really could require of them. This is how you do business with people. I really appreciate it.

My 2021 Ford F150 with only 7,000 miles got towed in because it was failing to start and speed up. It took a month for me to receive it back because they were waiting for a part for like 3 weeks. This was already frustrating to me because I was without a work vehicle for several weeks and they could not provide a truck rental. When I received my truck back the bumper is damaged. They are not taking responsibility for it and tell instead to check with the tow truck company . I have given them the benefit of the doubt while my truck was being repaired but I am extremely disappointed that after my truck was sitting there for a month and received it back damage they are not taking responsibility and the manager has not called me once even after i have called the manager and left voice mail. I regret not taking my truck else where.

My last 3 cars have all been Ford and I always had any maintenance and repairs done at my local dealership. Since moving to Peachtree City I have been lucky enough to find Fayetteville Ford where I have my regular maintenance done. Last week I had a problem with my cars computer. First time in eight years. Fayetteville Ford had it diagnosed and fixed in record time. Fast and efficient. Everyone is professional, friendly and extremely courteous. Fayetteville Ford is my lifetime dealership for all my repairs, maintenance and purchases. I highly recommend them.

This dealership is awesome! From the time I stepped out of the car to the time I drove off the lot in my new Mustang was a great experience. Jared was a joy to work with. He was not pushy and didnt waste time but answered all of my questions. I met the owner and had a great conversation. The staff members were very nice and welcoming. My sales person Kathleen was wonderful. I love my car. We were in and out quickly. Those were all positives. However, the sales manager was rude, and the job done on detailing and taking care of the car was ABISMAL. no effort done to clean the car, wr had to make them replace loose weather stripping, etc. As stated, I love my car and the lady we dealt with was great but I would not recommend the dealership.

After calling several area Ford Dealerships to have some warrantee work done, being told the next available appointment was over a month away, I found Fayetteville Ford. Their service department had decent reviews, so I gave them a call. I booked an appointment within the week, and the problem was fixed and the car was ready for pickup the next day. Every person of contact was friendly. Keith was personable and informative, and took time to answer my questions. And I have my mustang back. Too bad my local Ford Dealerships haven’t figured it out yet, but this team was worth the extra miles.

Had a slow leak and went here to get service done under tire warranty. At first inspection was told nothing was found. Overnight the tire went flat. Return the next day a nail was found on the inside side wall; didnt have matching tire and they had to order replacement and didnt want to put the spare on but they did; it took three days to get the replacement. Can you imagine driving for three days with that nail in the tire??

This is concerning my service experience with Fayetteville Ford!I was able to receive Exceptional and outstanding customer service from Mr. Jared Roussin!Jared made me feel very comfortable every step of my servicing of a new vehicle that I purchased two weeks before, from this dealership.I needed to get several items repaired and he made it as painless as I’ve ever had done in the beginning mileage of any new vehicle I’ve ever bought before. Jared is not only awesome but he’s tenacious and a most valuable team player of any dealership that I’ve had experience with after purchasing a new vehicle. I was looking at an F450 they had posted on there website for 87,705 called up there to ask if it was available and I was told it was. I made the drive over an hour to come get it only to see they add 10k on to the price and would not honor the price they posted on the internet. Would not recommend to anyone. Why post a price on the website when you wont honor it.

Don’t take your vehicle to the service department at this dealership. My vehicle was serviced here and the part that was replaced was identified as the problem. Then after getting my vehicle home it had the same symptom. After having a friend that works at a Ford dealership check the etching numbers on the part that It was confirmed that the part came out a vehicle three years older that my vehicle. Still have the part sitting in my garage. I was told the PTU was the problem, but it was not the problem with my vehicle.

I went to get an oil change that took 2hours then when I got my car finally Im driving off I hear a knocking sound coming from my car so I had to turn around to take my car back and wait another 30 minutes for them fix the problem. First and last time going there was not happy at ALL!!!

I did not buy my escape here. I was in Fayetteville so I decided to go in and see if they would put my license plate bracket on the front of my car. I had all the parts All they had to do was drill the two holes for the screws and put the bracket on. They charged me $69 for that. had they gave me some kind of idea of a price I would have never let them do to the job.

This place is the WORST!!! How does Allan Vigil have so many stars??? Dropped my car off to have an airbag recall replaced, and an oil change, picked it up, drive away only to get home and find they didn’t put the oil cap on. The incompetence of this quick lane does not stop there. Several times we have taken our car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, only to have them never rotate the tires. We know because one of our tires has green paint on it and the other has a small gash. How am I supposed to have any faith that these “mechanics” are actually doing what they say. Allan Vigil did more harm than good.

Words cannot describe how happy I am with Fayetteville Ford. My wife was driving back to Florida when she had a tire problem. The guys in the service department treated her like family. She was told it would be a moment while the tire was fixed. The bill was fair and she was on her way. I would have given a five star if the service lady was professional. Allan Vigil Ford if you want to save money you dont need her she didnt know anything about where my truck was didnt know when it was going to be done and doesnt know her own co-workers probably on her phone all day. Plus she snapped at me for asking a couple of questions if ya do record the calls verify it. I had to call sales and the guy who answered was able to get me answers so thank you but ya dont need that lady.

My experience with purchasing my car through Allan Vigil Ford was all five stars!I met the service manager which was my initial point of contact.Once I arrived the dealer who was expecting me met me on the lot to usher me inside.He is very considerate to have asked if I need to use the restroom or any water before we for started.The test drive experience was break-taking because I was able to learn all the details about my car before I sealed the deal.The finance manager was very nice. He explained everything I needed to know about my financing details.Everything went very smoothly!From 5 🌟download to négative ratingUpdate:I had my car towed into the service department because the car would not crank and my 2019 dashboard is still cracked from someone making an attempt to check the starter perhaps. Its a longer story than this after 4 visits to a car with less than 15,000 miles.My headlight is still bad.Transmission revs up periodically as told before.The service department service is poor.I have an ongoing issue with my car and Im afraid to take it back there for a fifth time. I called to get the service manager and no call back yet.

I’ve bought two used cars here. The first was 5/21/16. We have had absolutely NO issues with this car. The second was 5/21/20. It was listed $500 MORE than another dealer was selling a car for. After all the fees, it came out $2500 LESS than the other dealer’s car. No bogus fees here. I highly recommend!

Allan Vigil Ford handled my recall items correctly and appropriately for my F150. I have recently moved to GA so I am in search of a dealership and the recalls needed to be completed. I scheduled accordingly in advance and dropped my vehicle off as needed. During the service, Allan Vigil Ford discovered an additional recall on the tailgate and completed that service. My only suggestion for improvement would be communication, the second recall could have been identified during the 2 weeks prior to drop off and been completed all in one day rather than having to leave for 2 days. It would have been nice if the dealership had offered a vehicle for day 2, for me it was a non issue because I have a second vehicle to use. I would go back to Allan Vigil for service and consider them for purchase of a new or used vehicle. Thank you.

I have been taking my car here for a few years and have had nothing but outstanding service. I appreciate knowing the staff provide up-to-date and accurate information. When they say its going to take an hour....it takes an hour...not 90 minutes or two hours. Ive known Sam for almost 20 years, and used to have him service my personal and work vehicles when he was at a shop in Atlanta...and hes always been trustworthy...and just an all-around good person. With my most recent service need, both Bethany & Lisa provided really good service...and with an issue that was not your typical one. All in all...Im truly impressed and appreciative of the level of service Ive gotten.

The worst Ford Dealer in the world. Very incompetent in workmanship while working on your NEW vehicle during service. Very rude Finance man... Service department was terrible... My experience was to take my vehicle out of town for service.. If I could pick zero stars, I would. My cooling fans kept turning on in my F150, so I took my truck to Fayetteville Ford. Eventhough there ws no water leaking, they said my waterpump needed to be replaced. I was quoted over $900 to replace the water pump. I took the truck to another shop and they said nothing was wrong with water pump. They flushed the radiator and the problem was solved. My water pump is still working 2 months later. Im thankful for avoiding this rip off attempt.

Just an FYI, this is now Fayetteville Ford.I went in for an oil change today and actually got to meet both of the new owners who were greeting customers and getting opinions. They were both incredibly polite.As far as the oil change (The Works), it took a little bit longer than expected. However, without me asking, they gave me a discount on my service, which made it all better in my book. Customer service goes a long way for me.I did not buy my truck from this dealership, however, after meeting the owners and employees here, I will definitely be talking to them first, when I make my next purchase.Well done Fayetteville Ford.

I brought my vehicle in to have the keyless remote system serviced. I was informed that there would be a diagnostic fee after which the service would be performed on my approval. I got a call later advising me that everything was working and I found that the charge was not that much more than the diagnostic. I had been concerned the repair would work out to be too costly. This was a pleasant surprise. They have definitely earned a thumbs up and they make it apparent they want the business.

My truck has been serviced at Allan Vigil almost since I bought it (at another dealership). I choose Allan Vigil because they are located close to me and theyve always provided good service.I recently took my 2012 F-150 in for its 100,000 mile service. The Service Rep didnt try to upsell me on stuff I didnt need, which Im extremely pleased about. They took care of the tune-up, oil change, tire rotation and cooling system flush quickly and all for under $500.So why only 4 stars? Well, I give honest reviews and nobody is perfect. If I could have given 4.5 stars I would have. But, you gotta leave room for improvement. Overall Ive always found Allan Vigils service department to be great, and Ill keep taking my truck there!

I recently got a camaro from here and the headlight is led strip is out. Which means the whole headlight unit has to be replace. Yes they were nice but I feel like it was a bad deal and I was told with the warranty it should be covered but it’s not. I been putting money in the car since I got it, new tire but the rim is an issue. My note is already high and yet I still have to put more money in and they say they can not help me at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come there. They do bad business.

I brought my 2006 Ford 500 in last Thursday for an oil change and other problems I was having. Mark Alvarado took great care of me. He is the absolute best. I greatly appreciated the great service he gave me. My car was having problems in several areas. Mark gave me a ride home and I had to leave the car overnight. I received a text from Mark in Friday at 12:30 and my car was ready. A young man came to my house and picked me up. I just can’t say enough about the service at Ford Service Center. It is just great and they explain everything to you about your car. My car is driving so much better and I thank Mark and all of the men who worked on my car. I would never take my car anywhere else to be serviced and I have recommended them to friends. Thank you again Mark and the service department for a job well done.

I was looking to buy a car and I had been searching for a few weeks. I definitely was getting discouraged with the process, especially with this being my first time purchasing a newer vehicle. Buyer beware! I bought an 8 year, 125,000 warranty when i bought my Expedition. After 6 years and 111,000 miles the sunroof started leaking. The repair was over $2900. Alan Vigil said the warranty had expired despite the fact that my contract stated that it would expire on 2021. Alan Vigil refused to honor their contract that they wrote. River Bend Ford, the dealership that did the repair, contacted Ford and they paid for a little more than half, but Alan Vigil refused to honor the rest. I have bought many vehicles from Alan Vigil and this is the way they treat their customers. I am a lifetime Ford supporter and currently drive a 2020 Explorer and a 2018 F-150 which I love. Pick your Ford Dealerships carefully!

I made a call, talked to Michael and made the deal over the phone. Upon arriving my wife were treated to a test drive while they checked over our trade in. We were very pleased with Cheryl who worked the paperwork and delivered the car.Everyone there was great. We will go back for more hands on instructions on the new Explorer but it was raining and we needed to go.They gave five star service.

Visit was for routine preventative maintenance. Easy to schedule; friendly, halpful staff, managers and mechanics; listened to and acted on the two or three issues we brought up like Check Brakes and Tire Pressure Low lights; and completed the other oil change related inspections in a timely manner. I chose to wait and was in and out in an hour and a half max. Cost was as expected and experienced from previous visits, very reasonable.

My salesman was very good. Always kept in contact with me, helped me in everything he could as I was purchasing the car from out of state. If it wasnt for Jared this sale wouldnt have happened. As for the financing man it was kinda of difficult to deal with him. It was like pulling teeth, he could have been much friendlier. Didnt like the fact that one day he would give me a number and it would change the next. I wanted the car so thats why I continued with the purchase.

Poor service from Salesmen Michael bridges.Purchasing a truck was a smooth process, with only one hitch.The only request was to have two keys for the truck, seemingly not an absurd request. But 45 days later plenty of bickering, excuses and a $300 fee to have a key made.Leaves the impression that they want the sale, will say anything to get it then give you the runaround and bill you.

This location got 4 stars from me b/c I do not like the way customer service sits there as you pull up for service. Its like you dont know what to do b/c no one says anything to you. So maybe if those guys were a little friendlier, this place would be great.

Pleasantly surprised all the way around. I had both a recall and a separate repair. Both were done to my satisfaction first time and quicker than promised at the quoted price for the non-recall repair. There was no effort to up sell me a bunch of other things and everyone was friendly and helpful. Well done!
