DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give zero stars I would!! They will BREAK YOUR CAR ON PURPOSE and try to charge you for what they broke!! Then they will laugh in front of you when you tell them it was their fault. They tried to charge me $500 for a part they BROKE! They installed an AC condenser on my car and completely burned out my AC compressor!! I took it to another place and when I told them what happened they looked at me like I was crazy and stated that shouldve never happened if it was done correctly. A $360 job has now turned into $1,200 to fix THEIR MISTAKE!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!

This place has really gone done since Ab left. They broke something in my car in they tried to charge me 300$ just to get it fix. I took it somewhere else in they fixed it for me for 50$. Been coming here for 6 years but i wont be coming here anymore. They charge to much and break your stuff.

The mechanic AB is one of the best mechanics around I have been taking my vehicles to him for years. AB never overcharged me in fact if it was a simple fix that I could do myself he would inform me to save me money. Hands down best shop in Fayetteville I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Do not take your vehicle here. Go some where else. They will damaged your car. I drove my car to get power steering done. Gave them my keys told. They broke the wrong key off in my ignition and they lied and said it was already like that made me pay in order to get my car back God dont like ugly the workers are terrible.

I have been going here for years with my mom. When I got my own car, I even took it to Econo Auto Tire Services. About a year ago, my car broke down right before I moved. I had it towed to this place where it sat for a good two months. I called in all the time and was told my car would be worked on soon, but they were busy. Eventually, I got my car back and took it back shortly after, a few weeks later, because my check engine light was on (I needed to get my inspection done). When they did the smoke test, I was told the EVAP needed to be changed, the one around the gas tank. So, I asked them to fix it. I waited a few days and went back to get my car. A few days later, my check engine light came back on. I just recently took my car somewhere else and was told that they didnt even change the EVAP around the gas tank; they changed the one in the front of my car. The one that didnt need to be replaced. I wish I would have known that then, because Im literally out of $300 for something they said they did, but actually didnt. Now, I have to pay another shop the same price to fix the same problem.

I was very displeased with the service I received, replaced parts that never should have been replaced. A less than $200 job cost over $590😞😞😞

This place also sells cars that they have posted on Facebook marketplace. After confirming several times via messenger a negotiated priced I drove 2 hours for him to change his mind and have his employees “deal” with the problem. I had a sobbing teenager trying to buy their first car because this dude is a tool.

Vehicles are affordable, but wouldnt trust a word on the vehicles unless driven and thoroughly inspected by a professional as WELL as YOURSELF. Dont know how to answer phones professionally. Staff does not do their jobs thoroughly. Place didnt open on time. Plates were never mailed by the handler and had to have them hand delivered. For which that Im actually grateful for. It is a car consignment, however it does not express that in its title nor service. The owner of the vehicle I was interested in, even after setting up a time did not show up. Things wrong with the vehicle that were not foreseen until purchase and drive off took place later that evening and next day had difficulty. All sales are final, they dont tell u that b4 hand neither. Positive note: The office was clean and oderly. A lady at the desk was actually very nice, WELL DRESSED and WELL spoken.

I am grateful and appreciative for all the hard workers who services tires I know its dirty and difficult and I salute them all.

.I drove in because my check engine light was on and I wanted to get it fixed... as I pulled in from Reilly road I was immediately confronted by a young man with dreads and a blunt in his mouth. As I rolled down the window he said “yo pull in right here” as he waived me into a parking spot. I got out of my car and explained that my engine light was on.. he allowed me to continue telling him what was wrong because he was stoned out of his mind! Then finally after explaining it all again he told me I was in the wrong spot and needed to go to the building that was 20 feet away and talk to them.... SMH!!! I was told the owner was an old Asian man named Lee and he owned the property. I got in my car and left. Don’t waste your time or money go somewhere else. #Unprofessional

My truck was there for a month then after we payed them because they said it was ready they say that my head gasket was blown. Now I have know more money or a truck after putting athousand into something that did not get fixed. Straight played us like suckas.

Theyre great and quick and cheap! Its hard to talk to the guy at the front desk, he doesnt speak english well and talks very quiet, but hes a very sweet guy who seems to take pride in his work.

Whenever I have a problem with my vehicle I take my car to the mechanic AB. This guy is amazing and tells it like it is with much respect. I bought my son a lemon for $500 bucks and AB got it in tip top shape for us!

Horrible horrible place!!! Do not take your vehicle here. The workers are hired under the table and are not true certified mechanics. AB, the foreman, is the only half-decent person in the whole place.I took my car there to have a new transmission put in and my money was stolen, the mechanic ran off and my vehicle was without a transmission. The senile owner just yells and screams anyway anyway, its not my fault and still demands additional payment for my dilapidated vehicle sitting on his lot after they stole over $1000 from me.

Only place I will take my vehicles. Every other place in Fayetteville will mark up parts and charge you for more labor than was actually performed, but not here. They spent 3 hours trying to figure out an issue with my truck and didnt charge me a dime for all that time. And another thing I like is when AB does find a problem he wont just tell you he will show you, so you know they arent trying to pull the standard mechanic bs scam. I cant recommend this place enough!
