The service staff are friendly & helpful. Yet, with my disability income they are most of the time out of my ability to pay their high prices for parts or labor. Allowing a payment plan for others like myself would be so helpful to us. Thank you!!

Brought my car there and told them exactly what was wrong (transmission issues) said nothing was wrong the exact next day after picking it up my transmission blew on me. Horrible!

Thanks to Curtis for exceptional service as always! I came in for an oil change, they did that, rotated tires, check it out, all good. Service department does their best to keep the vehicle clean, I get oil spots on occasion on key areas. All is taken care of when the work is complete. Purchased from Crown Ford and regularly bring my vehicle back for services. Friendly staff. Quick Lane will handle most issues, but if there is a more complex mechanical issue, their heavy duty service department on the far side of the building will handle it. Shuttle service is available. Waiting room has coffee, TV, and a respectable seating arrangement. I have been here several times now and every visit is a smooth one.

While traveling from Pennsylvania to South Carolina pulling our camper our vehicle experienced an issue. Called Crown Ford to see if we can get our camper and our vehicle towed and Bruce said to bring it in hell see what he can do for us. This is on a Saturday mind you. I have never been treated so well. Our tech Werner stayed late to get us back on the road. Bruce was professional and so accommodating. I cant say Thank You enough to Bruce and Werner for saving our vacation!!!
