Made an appointment for service on my car two weeks in advance. Had to wait 3 days for 4hrs worth of work to be completed. Couldnt get the service department to answer the phone for 1.5 of those days. Listened to the employees joke about how other customers services werent their problem. Will take my business elsewhere.

Would not go anywhere else. Kyle is always looking for the best deal for my budget when I get service done. They are the cheapest around with their service packages.

I’ve been unfortunate to have to use this place three separate times and their service department is the absolute worse of any Ram dealership I have ever taken my truck to in the last 4 years and 85k miles of owning it. Save yourself the pain and go to another dealership where the employees have to your best interest.

$233 for an oil change and cabin air filter replacement. And took 3 hours. Ill be doing them myself next time.

First of all. Customer service was really good. Matt was professional and answered all my questions. I know he was swamped along with the other employees but everyone acted very professional.The price for the service of an oil change was very reasonable.What stuck out to me with bad taste however was the time it took. When having set my appointment before I was told an oil change wouldn’t take more than 30 minutes which adds up to me. But it took over 2 hours! I wasn’t some drive up last minute oil change, I made a first thing in the morning 7:30 appointment and I didn’t get my truck back until nearly 10.

I took my car for oil change and tire rotation. I remove 1 of the air cap to make sure they rotate the tire. After I pay, I go to my car and surprise, tire still in the same place. How can I trust that they really change my oil???? After I tell the clerk they rotate my tire but not in x like supose too. If I pay $25 to rotate the tires I expect to be rotated and the rigth way. Missing TX that service was free with the oil change.
