Best shop around. Both Nicks are great. Friendly and knowledgeable. I definitelyWill go back
Steve and James were amazing! I had a mishaps with my power steering and they had me back on the road fixed up in a couple hours and were great conversation while waiting! Lets get that beef sandwich!
From the owner, Joe Sprandel, Service Advisor Steve Wilson and Tech Nick Adams, you cant find a more honest, dependable, and clean waiting area in Northwest Arkansas. They also have the best warranty on all of the products they install. If your local use them. If youre traveling thru dont call anybody else. They are fantastic!
The wife and I feel like Autohaus and Greenland Arkansas is a fine establishment well behaved employees quality work any upmost respect for all but I have to throw this in if the owner wasnt A Yank it would be a five-star establishment
Outstanding service! Fixed an electrical problem the Dodge dealership couldnt properly diagnose, at a fraction of the cost! Also diagnosed a stalling issue that had no OBD2 codes. The problem came down to a probable coked throttle body. So far so good! I really appreciated them trying a less expensive, but probable fix. I was already mentally preparing myself for a fuel pump replacement.
Great prices, fast delivery and they have hard to find parts
Friendly people. Very knowledgeable crew. A++
My AC recently went out on my 2015 truck. I took my local place where I had gone in the past (Not AutoHouse) because of cheap shop rates. They told me that the whole system needed to be replaced and gave me a very expensive quote. Because of a few inconsistencies on the quote and their vagueness I decided to get a second opinion.I then called AutoHouse. I was able to talk to Joe, whom over the phone looked up my truck and told me about some common issues with the AC system, and that whole system most likely did not need replaced. Upon taking it in. Joe the owner showed me what the problem was, what it needed, what he would be doing, and why.Long story short I saved over $1300. I will definitely be going here from now on.
In mid September, my wife and I were in Fayetteville for a Drs appointment and our car (2015 Audi Q7) started making a very loud noise only with the engine running. We live in Holiday Island, Ar so 40 miles from home. I called Autohouse, they said bring it over and within a few minutes they had it accurately diagnosed as the PCV valve. The valve had to be ordered and they could replace it, so we arranged for a rental car and picked the car up a couple of days later. These technicians are top notch and know what they’re doing, I would highly recommend this shop for repairs. The professionalism is very obvious. I will drive to this shop from Holiday Island again for any needed repairs. The owner and I did discuss having the intake valves cleaned on this 83000 mile direct injected engine, though I didn’t get an estimate. That will need to be done soon, and I will have them do it.
Long time customer of this outstanding independent shop and have had nothing but great experiences. Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable mechanics. If you own a Volvo anywhere in the area, these are your folks!!
I am a used car dealer from Saint Louis Missouri and sold a Jeep Wrangler to a Fayetteville resident. The air conditioning stopped working properly. After they went toa local Jeep dealer who tried to sell them everything under the sun and gave them an estimate for $1500. So I sent them over to see Steve at Autohaus Automotive. Conclusion, 2 hours later air conditioning is working perfectly happy customer happy me and only spent $142.If you need help in Fayetteville go see Steve I would recommend him to anybody.
I cant say enough about these guys. Theyre friendly, honest, and very informative. They educated me on different parts of my engine, why certain parts malfunction, and what I can do to prevent further damage. I will always recommend AutoHouse to any Volvo owner.
This shop solved mechanical issues for me other places were unable to track down and/or correct. And, they did so with clear communication at every step and at a fair price. A very knowledgeable, friendly, crew, from the manager to the receptionist--the attention to solutions (and Ive now used them for both a Jeep and a BMW) is thorough, all overseen by the owner himself who has exclusive training certifications by Volvo. The information I received was direct and trustworthy. The patience was well worth it. This is a place youre lucky to find.
Professional. Expert advise w/ knowledge of Volvos. Steve, the manager is helpful, answered all my questions. Recommend to everyone and will be back for all needs on my XC-90. Thankful to have this business in northwest Arkansas
This is the place to go for fair mechanical work on your car this guy will not sell you anything that you dont need either very good to very reliable and they know what theyre doing
Autohaus is my one and only mechanic place and its a good location hello Joe love Mama
Great service. Joe always does you right!
I have an older volvo that I LOVE and have had so many problems finding people in NWA that could work on it. These guys are just so marvelous. I feel like I have a whole new car again. They can do EVERYTHING.. Highly recommended.
Joe and the team at AutoHouse are awesome. Theyre friendly, knowledgeable, and work to save you money, even when youve got an older car.
Joe and Steve are the best. I have been bringing my vehicles there for years. I usually have to have my vehicle towed to there. They install quality parts and let me know how much up front it is going to cost to fix it. They even offered me a ride home if I needed it.
Great family owned business! Friendly, courteous and great service! I was traveling through Arkansas and broke down. They were very quick to find the parts needed and quick to get us back on the road. They have a great area for kids which was great for me considering I have a two and four year old, it would have made for a much longer day without it! Refreshments, clean bathroom and clean waiting area. They treated us like family and I wouldnt hesitate to go back!!
Fantastic customer service!!! I have now been rescued TWICE by the talented mechanics there, two separate field calls. Their attention to detail and fair treatment of their customers puts AutoHouse in a class all their own. Trust your vehicles to these guys, you wont regret it.
I appreciate so much everyone that works here! Theyre incredibly nice, straightforward, and eager to fix anything I bring in. And theyre always real with me. I just love this place!
Great service and fair prices.
After a week of back and forth, being told it would be ready tomorrow and me calling constantly for updates, I was told parts kept breaking and they had to order more parts. I FINALLY called Monday afternoon to be told the car had an additional oil leak that would be another $1300 to fix. Steve told me on Friday, he would make it right on the bill, it was $1800 (the high end of the original estimate)! That is NOT MAKING IT RIGHT!!!The engine was steam cleaned at Schuller to find the oil leak, nothing was mentioned about the oil pan leaking!!! Never AGAIN!!It will go to Schuller Autohaus to make sure the work that was done is good and the “new” oil leak is fixed properly, without breaking parts, delaying the repair and adding to the cost.
These guys are THE BEST! SO glad I found them!
They worked on my car. They all seemed pretty nice
Weve taken our 9 year old Volvo there twice now, Ive been so impressed. They are honest, prices are reasonable, and they take the time to find and repair picky little odd problems older cars tend to have. Sanity restored, thank you so much!
Best repair in nwa, if youre not getting Joe to fix your car youre getting robbed.
Highly recommend. The mechanic who worked on my car was very knowledgeable. Pool table in the waiting room and welcome area for customers. Friendly people. Easy place to get to off highway.
For whatever reason, the mechanic didnt call me when he diagnosed my car. In fact he never called me. I did not give him permission to fix whatever was needed on my car. The girl at the desk called after a few days and every interaction I had with her thereafter came with plenty of attitude. What Im sure was a tricky diagnosis was made even more frustrating for me by the fact that they replaced a part which they saw was new and probably guessed was under warranty. By replacing the part and not getting in contact with me about it first, I had to jump through hoops to get it covered under warranty, and the mechanic and front desk were not helpful in this process, either. They sometimes returned phone calls to the person in charge of warranty replacement at the shop that had originally replaced the part, but after a few days the original shop called me and told me what I needed to do to apply for a warranty, as the mechanic was not returning their phone calls. The next week the front desk girl called me and left me a snippy voicemail asking when I would come pick up my car, as she had finally called the original place and been told that I was handling it. The whole process would have been easier and quicker if the mechanic or front desk had called me more frequently (and under what is lawful in car repair). The work was not shoddy or overpriced, but they obviously didnt value my business enough to treat me with common courtesy and respect.
I have had both of my vehicles here and had a great experience. Play room for the kids while waiting, very clean inside and great service. I will continue to bring our vehicles here in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone needing anything done with their cars.
Love it. Never any doubt my car is fixed. Fair prices with none of the extreme labor/parts price mark-ups you find at other auto repair garages. Check them out!
I made an appt days in advance and dropped the car off for repair. They had not called by an hour before they closed for the weekend so I called them. They hadnt even touched it.I get it, sometimes things take longer then they should so you cant do all you plan to. BUT today was my only chance to fix it for a while and now my kids and I get to drive around in extreme heat. They wasted my time when I could have gone somewhere else had they told me they were too busy. This was summer of 2018
Excellent customer service. This business helped us solve problems that another shop caused, without fee. They also corrected all of the false information that another shop told us. They look out for the customer. They will have our business from now on.
I have been going to AutoHouse for a few years now. I have had three cars repaired at this service center, including my teenagers car. They have always taken care of me, and I have referred them to friends who have also had good experiences.
Very knowledgeable, very personable and very professional staff, from the lady in the billing department, to the service manager, to the Volvo technician. Explained everything related to our Volvo and the repairs made today.
The staff at AutoHouse is very friendly, and I appreciate the manager spending time with me to explain the reason for the repairs I need. The fixed my car, and it running better than it has in a long time.
These guys can do things that nobody else in the area can do. If you own a Volvo, put them on speed dial.
I do not give 5 star reviews to often, if ever. There is always room for improvement. I think these folks already have that taken care of. Knowledgable mechanics, Great customer service ! The thing I run into a lot is mechanic shops trying to overkill the problem and try to get me to pay for things that dont need to be fixed. I greatly appreciate the upfront assessment and the backend savings..Great job on my truck !
FYI this is an update from a 5 star review, which I gave before finding out they had not been updating the computer. We were three updates behind. What good is a new part if your car does not read it as new.Updated ReviewThey have done multiple repairs on our Rover. They replaced a compressor and did not tell us that they had not done the necessary updates. So we drove it with our cars computer thinking the old compressor was in it for over a year. Had to take it to Tulsa to get updates.Replaced second shock, there was no leak before they had it. Now it has a slow leak they cannot find, say we need to take it back to Tulsa to get rid of code for exhaust valve. Done. Still lowering on the side they worked on. We returnd it had a verbal agreement that they would replace an airline for free, LIARS!!!We were not told until we were on our way to pick it up that it was going to be 593.00 more on top of the 900.00 shock. We paid 1400 to not fix the problem.Ummm, there is still a leak. Moral of the story, they try it seems, and Tom seems great. However, the boss man is not true to his word and was not even man enough to get on the phone and admit that he was not keeping his promise, he made Tom do it. Stuff rolls down hill.We are trading our Rover TODAY to a GMC because we can trust no one in the area to fix it properly.
Weve just had too many unpleasant experiences with this business. Forgetting about having your clients car and not doing the job is really only forgivable once, not four times. We definitely wont ever be using this facility again.
I choose to drive an old temperamental import. Its not cheap to run. I get that. Parts can take time to source. Sometimes they arrive broken. I needed an alternator for my Volvo. After burning thru several other garages, I landed here. Granted, they had my car for over two weeks, but it runs now. I found everyone in here to be exceptionally knowledgeable and just downright nice. Of course, Ill be eating ramen for a couple months, but at least I wont be riding my bicycle (which, incidentally, is actually worth more than the Volvo...) to get it.
Great, they repaired my car very quickly and got it running better than I ever could!
Autohouse and their mechanics are amazing!! I had been having problems with a reoccurring check engine light code. I had taken my car to a different shop on 3 instances over the course of 2 months and had spent close to $750, but the issue persisted. Obviously feeling frustrated a friend told me to try Autohouse. I made an appointment, dropped my car off and they ran all the diagnostics (something the previous shop didn’t do). It took 2 days because my problem was intermittent but at the end of the two days, my car was fixed and my engine light gone. And it’s stayed off! I brought my car back in for an oil change and to have a light replaced. They took care of me and everyone there was so incredibly kind and helpful. The mechanics talked to me about what issues they found, what diagnostics were run and didn’t act like I was clueless about cars, which I truly appreciate. I walked out with a fixed car all for less than what I’d spent at the other shop. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Autohouse!!
They were fabulous. Very knowledgeable!
Great people, great service! Ill take my truck to AutoHouse for all of my automotive needs. Well worth the short drive south of Fayeteville. Thanks for your help!
Customer service excellent ! Knowledge of vehicles excellent! Great job in explaining what was going on with my Volvo ! I will definitely be using these guys in the future!
Family owned and operated. ASE certified mechanics. Clean lobby with refreshments and childrens room. Free Wi-Fi. Great auto repair shop close to 49 and University of Arkansas.
I experienced great customer service with AutoHouse in Fayetteville and they worked hard to accommodate my schedule. Definitely would recommend.
Go buy a Volvo just to get these guys to work on it. Stellar Service, Ive used them for years and refer customers all the time. P.S. they work on all makes and models. Check em out.
