On Tuesday, November 2nd at 5:15pm I was on my way to work and my tire blew out. I submitted a request for assistance and was informed the service would arrive by 5:52 pm. I called my boss and told them I would be running late. Well, 6:00pm came around so I decided to call and was then given a different time, 6:26pm. Needless to say, 6:26pm came and then it turned into 6:46pm, followed by another change to 7:28 pm. Finally, around 8:00pm, almost 3 hours later the truck arrived. By this time I no longer could go into work. Luckily I was able to make it to a nearby parking lot and it wasn’t too cold outside. All in all, I was extremely frustrated with what transpired. I’ve attached some of the text “updates” I received. I doubt I’ll be renewing my membership after this, I even have the platinum tier.
Great service, and Sam was exceptional, checking us in and informing us on other services we may need !! Great Job with a smile Very Friendly, and I thought there was no customer service left. Thanks again Sam!!Gwen
I receive the woman courteous welcome an excellent service they helped me to understand my needs and my policies.
Ive always been happy with AAA roadside service. However, Im not super happy with the service yesterday. My battery died and I had previously had a good experience when having the new battery installed by one of your wreckers so I wanted to buy a new battery like that again. When calling the automated service it took battery to mean I needed a jump start only. The automated service was super fast and easy, but unfortunately it wasted a wrecker resource because he could only jump start, he doesnt provide new batteries. I can jump start the car myself, and I told the wrecker employee that, but he jump started it anyway. This wasted my time and his. I confirmed with AAA customer service on the phone that my particular area doesnt have the new battery service, but that I could take it to a AAA location. I found my previous receipt showing the battery in the car was from December 2018 and since it hasnt been 3 years, I thought that the AAA location in Fayetteville NC would honor the replacement. I called the AAA location in Fayetteville and was told to bring it in the afternoon. So I jump started my car in the afternoon and took it there. I arrived around 2 pm and my car wasnt looked at until about 4:15. I was told that the battery in it did not fall under the 3 year warranty, since the battery warranty had been bought a few months before. (That first battery had only lasted a few months). I was told the warranty time frame was for the first battery, not the actual battery in the car. (Ive had 2 AAA batteries in a row that have not lasted as long as they should have). I no longer have faith in AAA battery quality or the warranty quality. I also declined the battery connector/post cleaning (extra $36) since I can do that myself. I was told it was mandatory. It was not mandatory for any of the other batteries Ive bought in the past. Am I being taken advantage of because Im a small female who could not possibly know how to clean the posts myself?? I even heard the employee describing how to clean the posts with a wire brush to the male customer before me so that he could do it himself. I didnt have time to get anywhere else before they closed and I would like to get to work tomorrow in this car, so I told them Id pay for a new battery and cleaning. It was done around 5:30 pm. I had to wait over 3 hours for a simple change out of a battery and was forced to pay for the extra cleaning. If I had known it would take this long to switch out a battery I obviously would have done things differently. Wrecker employees or Auto Zone type places can do it in about 10 minutes. Increase by 1 star because the business did refund the extra cleaning cost.
The wait was long but the service was excellent. The service person explained everything to me that needed to be done to my vehicle. My second visit there was the same, good service. Staff is professional and courteous.
I wasnt happy with the customer service. Also, they didnt provide a ride after they said they would over the phone. I saw the shuttle van in the lot.EDIT: Okay, so, they made up for it a bit by giving me a coupon that saved me like $30. So that was cool.
The AAA center (on Skibo Rd) was very friendly and very efficient. They offered travel services and other kinds of services in addition to car repair. After a wait for a car part to arrive, they fixed my car in less than an hour. An excellent shop!
I have been a member for over 25 years and they have Lays be good to me.
Very detailed service. They took pictures of everything! Best oil change I have ever had. Worth every penny.
Great customer service. Quickly, friendly and helpful ladies in the membership and travel department.
The service was excellent and it is included in your cost. They gave me booklets and a map of my journey.
Clean, comfortable and also professional personnel. Still not clear about how coupons work.
It was pleasant and they got my state inspection done on the same day.
We stopped there to have tires checked that we bought that morning in Virginia before hitting the road. They were very noisy, getting worse, and we were concerned. We pulled off I95 at Fayetteville and called the AAA Service center. Spoke to Brad Thorpe who said they would be glad to check out the tires and gave us directions since we didnt need a tow. Turned out one of the front tires was cupped which was the source of the noise. We bought 2 replacement tires. Since our truck was loaded with stuff we were taking to our daughter in St. Augustine, we asked if we could leave the two tires at the AAA until we came back through a week later. Brad said he would hold on to them for us personally if his boss had any problem with it (it was right at their closing time when our truck was ready). We came back today and Brad had our tires waiting for us. Thanks for being so accommodating!! Weve had AAA for years and never had occasion to use our membership until recently. Roadside service responded promptly and had us on our way right away on two separate occasions. The treatment we received at AAA Fayetteville makes me comfortable continuing our AAA membership. A special thank you to Brad Thorpe at AAA Fayetteville!
Very respectful and accommodating service staff. Highly informative and caring. While labor is a little on the high side, it comes with a 2-year warranty and you gotta love that.
They are very nice also they have the Spanish options
Triple A customer for quiet a while. The Benifits are well worth having this coverage!
Fairly expensive for the last minute purchase whereas if you think you may ever need them ( and believe whether you do or not eventually will ) for roadside assistance, dont hesitate. Otherwise I understand they charge the membership fee as well as a service charge for implementing them immediately. Although, I always say it never hurts to ask, anyone could be in a good willing to help kinda mood that day
I made an appointment for the service I requested 2 days prior to dropping off. When I went to drop off my vehicle on the day of my appointment I was told the mechanics that usually work on the service I requested would not be in until the next week. So I went ahead and scheduled with them for the following week only to be told that I would have to reschedule again. I understand things happen and that sometimes shops are under manned but it’s the fact that I was not notified until I dropped the vehicle off on appointment day or until I call to follow up.
I went the Fayetteville AAA center to have a screw drilled out after being told two days before the best time to bring the vehicle back was in the mornings. I was there before the center opened. I was told it was going to be 2hr before the screw could be removed. I left and later that day went to another business who I could tell by the customer volume they were busy. I explained that I needed one screw drilled out. The front person said I will send someone out to have a look. The tec brought out his drill and within three minutes the screw head was off so I could finish the project. Having to potentially wait 2hrs for a three minute process after being told the best time to arrive is in the morning questionable customer service for the Fayettville AAA Auto center.
They took care of my car, its pretty cool that aaa has its own auto maintenance place.
Prompt service. proficient technicians.
Great items for a good price. Clean store with a friendly staff.
Wow! That is what Jay Leach, the manager, set out to do and he succeeded. I got an oil change on Monday this week and the customer service I received was not great. I received a survey from AAA and filled it out. Jay gave me a call shortly after apologizing for the customer service I received. He proceeded to say that was not how they do business and he wanted to make it right. He offered to have me come in and have my coolant flushed at no charge which was recommended during my oil change. I was very impressed by his call and took him up on the offer. He personally met with me when I came in. Jay talked me through the full report on my vehicle that was supposed to be done during my oil change. He came out to the car and physically showed me a number of the things in the report good and bad so I knew they werent just pushing sales. I asked him about a couple of my hoses as I recently had a heater hose go out. He showed me most were good but also pointed out that my radiator hose was dry rotting. At my request he gave me a quote. I read a few articles online and asked him what he would do if it was his car. I decided to go ahead and have them replaced. At the end when he was ringing me up he told me I was good to go when they bring the truck around. I said to him I still need to pay you for the hoses though. He told me that they would take care of it. They wanted to make things right and wanted to wow me with their service as they said should have happened on Monday. They sure did! Talk about wow! I didnt even believe it at first. Im very impressed by Jays management! That was a lot of service and parts provided at no cost, one heck of a way to make things right.
Had the alternator replaced in my sons car, paid $800 + dollars, car broke down two days later, the battery light came on, now car wont start.
Franz displayed fantastic, proactive hands on approach to help educate me on specific areas of concern with parts and maintenance. Suggested strategies for me to implement to monitor my issues.
I did not expect the service I received. I am amazed at the quality, and thoroughness, of the work performed on my vehicle. It was outstanding. The customer service, management team, and the technical support were par excellence. It is top notch. I highly recommend that if are not a AAA member, become one. The membership cost, is minimum, compared to the quality of their services. I highly recommend them for your vehicle servicing nerds..
I was actually happy when my warranty company referred me to AAA due to AAAs reputation. I took my car in while under warranty. They kept my car for 2 days and then told me it was ready. As soon as I left, the service light came back on. I ended up taking my car in a totally of 5 times because of the service light coming back on. The final visit, they filed another claim with my warranty company so I have to pay another deductible. Perhaps if they had done the job correctly the first time, it would have all fallen under one claim. I will never take my vehicle back to them.
Quick service, clean location....will go back!!!
EDIT:Manager Jay from this location called me this morning and made this situation right. He explained that when the power steering fluid was changed at the last shop it was likely they did not do a flush, resulting in a dirty fluid despite the fact it was changed. This is a plausible explanation. We settled on a fair price for the services that were provided under the circumstances. Jay was very professional, excepted some responsibility, and was a pleasure to talk to. I have raised this rating to a 3, but my son is still getting one star, thanks for taking care of things Jay!My 17 year old son took his car here as he though he had squeaky brakes. He did not ask for an inspection, just wanted the squeak to be investigated. AAA called him back and reccomended $550 in maintenance and repairs. My son, knowing nothing about cars believes the work must be done and approved. AAA charged $35 to clean battery terminals, $50+ to put a dye in the engine to look for leaks, because apparently there were leaks, but they just put the dye in and didnt reccomend to fix the leaks? Did a transmission fluid exchange, a front end alignment, and a power steering fluid exchange. The brakes did not have an issue, but the tech said the squeaking was caused by loose struts. This vehicle has 150k plus miles and honeslty didnt need any of this work, but my son approved so shame on him, however the issue I have is they exchanged power steering fluid that had just been changed 2 months ago. They claimed it was burnt. I know for a fact this fluid was changed because the car was in an accident and all of the fluid leaked onto the road, no way it did not get replaced during the repair. When I called and spoke to the tech he stated there is no way he could have known this fluid had just been changed, he was just going on what he saw. He stayed the maintenance was not listed on the carfax, as if everything ever done to a car is reported to carfax. I explained that there is not any way possible it is ok to change steering fluid after two months. An experienced tech would know that the fluid was new, so either they lied to my son to get the business, or the tech did not know how to identify worn fluid. These are the only two possible outcomes here. When I explained this to the people at AAA they became very defensive stating they had no way to know, they do not up sell to make money ( yes he really said that...after they conducted an inspection that wasnt asked for and recommendedwork that didnt need to be done).I could not resolve this issue with the tech, so he said a manager would call me back. Guess what!? As you would expect with an organization that lies and cheats its customers the manager has not called back in 72 hours. Today my son drove this car to Florida and it is pulling to the left, so the alignment will need to be looked at again. Honeslty if they would have just admitted they made a mistake with the power steering fluid and refunded the money I would have been fine with it. I get the up sell, and my son needed to learn the lesson. Once they got defensive about their lie and began arguing I knew the whole service was a lie. They have no integrity or care for their customers. I am not sure what it will take for resolution, but this is not ok. This is theft.
2 hour wait after appointment time for state inspection which had not begun. Left for immediate service across the street at Toyota dealer.
I got a great response from the team when I entered. The place was clean and user friendly. Reasonably priced and great work on my vehicle.
Needed State Inspection and oil change. Arrived at 10:15 AM, Appointment for 10:30 AM, finished at 12:15. Because of the Multi-Point Inspection services take longer (I understand) but think customer should be given the option. The AAA Inspection report is not printer-friendly, cannot see inserted pictures clearly (they are links to bigger pictures). Vehicle was a Dodge Grand Caravan, Listed as DODT Grand Caravan (attention to detail). I do not understand (Tread Depth(32) / 8) in the Tire Inspection section. Should have good/bad scale (or some explanation). PSI (Before and After) were not filled out. Coolant level was low, AAA wanted to do Coolant Service, I declined and said I would top it off. Advisor said they would top off (should have been offered as an option). Had brake pictures but no measurements (space for measurements are on AAA form). I understand this is a business and must make money, but I dont want to feel like I am always trying to be sold something more. I get it, this is your car, this is your mileage, the manufacturer recommends XXXX!!!! Sometimes presented in the wrong manner. Those with no vehicle knowledge are intimidated to buy the services. Put customer first; explain plus/minus, not just push the sale. I am an AAA member, did not notice 10% discount for labor on invoice. May have been already incorporated, not sure. I like the facility, happy with the service team, would recommend, but it could be better!
Very comfortable and friendly place. They explained everything to me, with patience. As a women I can feel very out of place when it comes to my car, I like to thank each department @ the Car Care center, for welcoming and warm attention I was given. The two gentlemen @ the front desk are quite pleasant to talk to and Jay Leech and his asst. sorry I forgot his name are “Great”. I think the young man might be single ladies. Lol. I well recommended this establishment to my female friends.Thank you
The Sale Associate was spot on, he went above and beyond his duty to make sure that I was able to get my insurance and tags for my car. The DMV, WAS PLAYING GAMES, BUT HE WORKED WITH ME UNTIL I WAS ABLE TO WALK OUT WITH MY BUSINESS HANDLED. His Name Is Mr. John Davis. A million kudos to him for his outstanding amount of time he given to me and my problem, and for his Upbeat Patience, Understanding, and Positive Attitude. If anyone is looking for Good insurance and someone to treat you right/good and fair. Call AAA, and ask for Mr. John Davis.Ms. Ann Johnson-Hadley
Very polite and helpful staff.
I visited the travel area of AAA. They are supper friendly and helpful.
Expensive and extensive repairs on an older vehicle can be overwhelming. For this reason speaking with the actual mechanic can be helpful. A text message containing a link to a web-based diagnostics report with few words and black and white photographs is not an effective method of communicating problems and subsequent repairs of a vehicle. People, even in the age of the all important iPhone, can communicate more effectively than a computer server. While customers entering the work area can be a liability, a customer has the right to view his OWN vehicle, especially when diagnosing an potentially expensive repair. This transparency is necessary, a liaison between the mechanic and the vehicle owner. Some automobile owners keep up with their own maintenance records, so they have a working knowledge of their vehicles history. If and when a business recommends redundant repairs, it destroy the trust of the customer. We were faced with all of these issues and several in depth and expensive repairs over the last few years. Jay, the manager, has been conscientious following up on our vehicles maintenance. In this way trusting relationships can be built to ensure all parties are satisfied.
They were effective. They said 1:24 pm and 1:23 the personas las here. Michelle supr dice.
Worst experience with AAA ever! They attempted to over charged me for parts I walked to the pep boys down the block and was quoted almost $1,000 less.I felt like they were homophobic, never looked me in the eyes, stared at my nails when I handed them the paper work, after informing me that I was not a member of the Carolinas AAA the representative refused to give me the number to my Mid-Atlantic club, told me to find it myself.I was lied to and told the wrong information and my towing and options available to me until I stepped outside and called a separate respresentative, who was able to call the club in Philadelphia and give me the correct information she was the nicest person I talked too all evening.& to top it off the mechanic did not use protective plastic like most places do, and they completely changed my radio settings.Update: I Love how they responded to my review on social media to save face, but did not return my phone call when I attempted to file a CTS I Left a very detailed message with my name and number with zero response. I am not going to waste my time this was just for appearances, Never trust AAA if you break down other then if you need a battery or you locked your keys in your car. Even though I explained my medical condition, no one got back to me and then when I called 7 hours later I was told it was my fault on multiple accounts. When you really need the AAA WILL NOT BE THERE FOR YOU .
Being towed to My AAA of Carolinas, Head Master Mechanic Jay Leach and my Mechanic Franz Gillespie, was able to repair my 1999, Nissan Pathfinder. This was not an easy task for them because I gave the truck to them without the ability to even crank over. But true to their expertise they had me up and running in no time - and at a cost that was well reasonable to the work accomplished. Thank you everyone for all you had work on my vehicle.
Great service, these folks have always been there for me!
AAA Fayetteville is a great service place. The guys at the desk will put you in with an emergency or give you an appointment. I was losing air in my tire and one of the guys filled my tires during his lunch break. Light came on again 2 days later and they took me in and patched the tire. I have been going to them for years. The travel agents are friendly and very helpful.
Id like to echo others when I warn you that the service staff are extremely condescending towards customers. Were spending hundreds here, just treat us decently? Please go somewhere else. I regret going here. The Toyota dealership service staff are better.(Not the mechanics though)
All went very well.
I love that they document everything that is needed for your repairs and include photos. The AAA membership pays for its self if you are a driver who keeps up with maintenance.
The guys are very professional. They take pride in the work they do which means you get great quality. Ive been to alot of different shops but this one is the best on yet. Thank you
They tried to RIP me off!!! Wouldnt let them touch my vehicle, had it taken to Pep Boys a block away, same repair for 45% less. Do not take your vehicle here...
I purchased the road -auto service. The process was quick and secure.
After first service. My car was still stalling and tapping after a tune up and oil change.
This place is wonderful. They offered to shuttle me home but I insisted on staying. They were so courteous and kind. Their estimates were honest and fairly comparable. Tim Wilson was especially compassionate and thorough! Andrea in the Travel Department was super sweet!
Installed new starter and completed fuel service.
Theyre okay. I had an appointment at 11am and they werent done until nearly 4-5pm. They did get me a lyft there and back though as i had other places to be.
I think they should install or get a phone charging station for customers waiting, there are times you can be there for hours.
The service advisors were arrogant and condescending about my repairs as if I didnt know why I brought my vehicle in I come in with the correct info of what I needed and was told you dont need that you are gonna need this but after the diagnosis I needed what I originally come for. It didnt help that the service I needed cost 700.00 but the service they tried to tell me I needed was 2300.00. Just be informed because these service advisors are not community friendly.
Great information. Always helpful.
They were very thorough. Very friendly. I will go here again
I made an appointment for 9:30 a.m. I arrived at 9:15 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was checked in right away. However, it took over 3 hours for my car to be ready. Ridiculous especially with an appointment!!Upon checkout I received 2 different repair order/estimates. One for $1354.51 and the 2nd one for $1910.90. for repairs that needed to be done. As I was trying to question different items and charges, advisor, Jay, walked away and told the other advisor to tell me hed fix the paperwork and send me a corrected estimate. Got a 2nd bill/estimate I got before I left still not accurate. Said valve covers needed replacement. That was listed on the 1st printout as a recommended service but was never added to the repair estimate. Replacement of Alternator is listed with part cost but no labor charges. Valve covers were added to the 2nd printout but only cost of labor was listed, not the cost of parts and Alternator still had no labor charge. Never saw any estimate of amount of time (labor) for each repair nor the hourly labor rate. After over 10 years I am very disappointed. Never did get anything from Jay.
Changed oil in my silverado and did a full inspection. Great customer service.
Great place to get travel information as well as trip planning.
They came through for me in a real jam. Thanks!
Clean facility; antiquated registration process; Member registration should be electronic especially during the pandemic; waiting area should be improved to provide a better overall customer experience.
I purchase my overseas currency at AAA. The transaction is very easy and the staff is so helpful. Most times I can pick up my Euros the next day. My husband had a deer collision outside of Myrtle Beach and since his membership includes 200 miles of free towing he and his vehicle was taken promptly to the body shop of his choice in Fayetteville. We are very pleased with all of their services
The young ladies that assisted me were very courteous. HOWEVER, they charged me for a bogus membership...I went there to get an international driver’s license. They talked me into a membership. I provided my Arizona license for ID, and my address. After I got back to my hotel room I checked the paperwork. I noticed my house number, and street, were correct, but the city and state were listed as North Carolina. How? When I went back to inquire I was told by a more experienced representative that I had to live in the state to be a member as AAA was regional. So, I asked for a refund.
The gentleman that I talked to on the phone was very hard to understand. Once I finally understood him about what was wrong with my car I had a few questions. I was talked to rudely about my questions and they were not in anyway helpful to me. They tried to charge me more than what the repairs should have cost and when I denied the work I was tried badly. This is the only AAA site that I have had this problem with so I will not be returning. I just got a call from where my car is being worked on now and was just informed that my car was misdiagnosed. I feel as if when I got the report of what was wrong with my car they should have seen everything that needed to be fixed so I would not have anymore problems but instead I was only told about one issue.
Crystal provided great customer service. Jay was excellent. He went over everything with me. Pointed out the problems. I finally ended buying a great set of tires for a good price. Thats important to me since Im on a fixed income. Your have a great staff. Thanks.
Mr. Jorddan Lee is the Service Manager, and a fine leader he has proven himself to be. That being said; he can only manage and lead the people employed by AAA. His personal and people skills are such that customers can rest their confidence in his ability to take care of their needs, and bring satisfaction by a job well done, thus, top-notch service being provided. Ive had the pleasure of personal interaction with Mr. Lee and each occasion he made that which was an issue, a non-issue. His grace and business savvy coupled with his knowledge and can-do attitude commands my utmost respect. I am comforted just knowing that he is there at AAA. I am so inspired by the level of service that he has provided that I have upgraded my membership to Premier. Thats the face that he has put on AAA as a whole even though this is just a local context. I can only imagine what he would be like in the corporate boardroom determining national policy?! He should be promoted NOW, or at the earliest opportunity.
After receiving good service from my AAA Roadside Assistance, the diagnostic test done on my cars battery indicated that it was not performing as it should. I had previously received good service from the AAA Car Care Center, so I went to them for help. They did not disappoint me! I was greeted by Crystal Richmond and them directed to Jay Leach who handled my situation in a superior and prompt manner. I am so grateful for the excellent service provided by the staff of AAA Car Care. Thank you again !
The work for my oil change was great but I had been there for 2 hours.Back to get an oil change after 5 months and made an appt for 10am. Waited for over an hour for them to pull my car in the bay to start working on it. And after an hour of them working on it they then recommended that I get a new air filter I asked how long that would take they said 15 min i said ok but I let them know I had been here for already over 2 hours waiting. I then proceeded to wait another hour for an air filter to be put in. Service is great but customer wait time is just horrible.
I had a great time. I took my car to a dealership and then another facility and the did not say my dry rot on my tires was bad but when I went to AA they showed me and said it was time and instead of risking my families life and my own on the road and other individuals I was able to get new tires and drive down the road safe. SAFETY FIRST IN MY BOOK.
This service center is better than most. My only concern is that a process that should take an average of 45 minutes, ended up taking nearly twice as long. Overall, it’s a decent place to visit for your car needs.
Thank you Tim for outstanding, timely service yesterday! Your office always goes the extra mile in customer service! Thank you!
Quality is declining.
The experiences have been positive. I have used the facility on two occasions, both on Saturdays. Being new to the area I appreciated the shuttle service, which is not offered in all places on the weekend. On my second occasion I was trying to rent a car when a staff made me aware that the facility could assist me. Travel made all the arrangements and I was given a shuttle to the car rental facility. They transported my golf clubs as I was determine to play in the weekend and the shuttle driver was willing to wait as the rental car was not immediately available. The facility kept me informed throughout the car repair process. I would recommend it.
Franz was my service writer. Nice young man. Kept us informed.
My first time coming here. I called ask if I needed a appointment they told me no. Then came here at 12:21pm and now its 4:54pm Im still waiting. No one lets you know what you are waiting for. This is ridiculous. Very slow service.
Didnt fix the problem I took my car to them for. I didnt make it out of the parking space and knew it wasnt fixed went back in and they knew it wasnt fixed and still insisted I drive the car paid for nothing a complete RIP off
My husband took my car for an oil change and tire rotation and he said the service was outstanding....and we had a great coupon from AAA. My husband needs work done on his pick up truck and plans to take it to these folks. He asked them for a price and he said they definitely were not trying to get over on him. Hes checked the price from other places for what he needs done and this place beats them all..The great and friendly customer service is a major plus for us.
Wow! Incredibly helpful. A very pleasant experience. Dawn, the manager was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to make sure I had what I needed, despite being busy. Most importantly, she and the other employees were all genuine and competent. Great experience overall. Id recommend everyone stop here before you go on any trip! So glad someone still believes in customer service!
Pros: Lady at the front desk very knowledgeable and shared all the details of what repairs I should consider having done on my vehicle. Cons: I thought it took rather long for an oil change. More importantly, I used a coupon for a free wiper blade and the wrong size was put on my car. The blade is too long and keeps hitting the side of the left side (looking out of driver window) of the windshield. Not very happy about that.
AAA kept me informed by texting, emailing and calling me. Tim, my technician thoroughly explained my issues from A to Z verbally and on paper. Thanks AAA staff.
AAA here in Fayetteville North Carolina has some really great people working there. I have book a cruise for me and my daughter to the Bahamas. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions plus answered questions that I did not know to ask.
When first getting there I was greeted very warmly took moms car for an inspection oil change and tire rotation asked about how long I was told 1 1/2-2 hrs mind u I set an appointment for 8 am I arrived at 8:06 I informed them I was going to do my laundry and come back I returned at 10:30-10:45 because I never got a call sat there till 11 something when they tell me my car failed because of my tint, tread, and a brake light I asked how can my tint fail been on the car since it was brand new and was professionally done mind you they saying only the driver window failed I said lies prove it I go out they put the machine on and it passed 😒 yea ok then oh can’t rotate your tires because they are bald I’m like they aren’t bald low tread yes so long story after having my car for 4 hours with an appointment I failed inspection and only received an oil change never again
Very slow service.
Excellent service from beginning to end. They never gave me the normal car garage run around or the feeling that Im dumb because Im not a car mechanic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Good place. You are able to receive your international drivers license here for approximately 25$. They will also take your photo for a fee if you dont provide one. Really quick service.
Great - mechanics and service people are 100% professional - much better than any AAA care care center I have been to in past years.
Excellent service and very courteous staff.
We were traveling and our breaks locked up. They took us right in, ordered the parts, drove us to a shopping center while they did the work. They were so nice and helpful and did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend them for service.
Helpful friendly staff. Our GPS kept messing up so we needed maps. they gave all the maps we needed and even made our reservation at a hotel to stay in town another couple of days. Been a AAA member for years.
Super service today. Found and fixed the problem causing my low tire pressure in just a short time. Very helpful and friendly people.
They provided great and polite service! I used their notary service.Excellent waiting room with TV and free fresh coffee. Had a great chat there too.
I have been using this center for the oil changes in all my vehicles for a long time now. I have the AAA membership so I receive excellent coupons to use. Their customer service deserves an A++. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.
Actually hard to explain since it was not a mecanical problem. Front left tire rubbing or hitting a piece of plastic or fiberglass that broke and was hanging down the pieces had to be removed or at least free it from having the wheel hitting it...
Got my car back the other day from AAA, drove less than two miles and it broke down again. AAA said I didnt have any more towes So I ended up paying $67 to get it towed. However, I had I towed to another shop and the shop owner was did his evaluation and told me exactly what was going on, I should have my car back today. And he guaranteed it would be fixed first time around, if not the bill is on him.
Great customer service and amazing prices.
Nice clean facility. Busy but all seemed in order. Good space to work while you wait.
Wouldnt honor 3 year warranty on battery purchased from them. Even after AAA told us over the phone that they would. Took the battery out and hauled it all the way to the store just to get shot down. Told us we had to re-purchase a membership to get service since our plan was expired. We currently have roadside assistance provided through our car insurance.
Love this place good work at the rite price
