Ive lived in Fayetteville for about 2 years and Express tires and rims is the ONLY shop I have taken my car to and not experienced some sort of issue. Express Tires and Rims is my new place to look for Auto Service. I called them and despite their busy schedule the service representative Tim found time to squeeze me in. Tim was very professional and ensured that every need was meet. Tim the resourced the rims and tires and squared me away with great pricing. Tim had my SUV in and out in less than an hour and a half . A++++ service definitely recommending them to friends and family.

Had an issue with my truck vibrating after purchasing tires.( not from here) drove from Georgia to here to visit family with this issue. Went to get a tire plug. Was cheap already but the guy was nice enough to give it to me for free since there wasn’t a lot of damage. Good honest hard working business highly recommend. 14.99 oil changes too!

I usually give not less than 3 stars to anyone for any kind of a service I received. But Auto express is special that they will get just a star and if I have the option to give them negative stars I would have given them. So let me start, I found them from the true car and I thought I have got the right deal, but let me tell you they dont tell you the right condition of the vehicle. First, they have put the vehicle for sale at 52k miles on it and when I went there to see that car all the way from Raleigh, it has 57k miles on it with the same price tag. They said they used for their purpose and it runs fine, and I believed it. Moreover, they kept calling about the appointment. I took a test drive and paid for the car and told them the issues I have found and they said they will fix it before they deliver it to me. They fix NOTHING, after paying for my car, they DID NOTHING. NO Proper response. whenever you call they sound rude. After purchasing vehicle, within a month my all dashboard lights started flashing and I had to change its hybrid battery and start up regular battery which cost me $6400 from Toyota and when I asked them they said it was working fine when it was with me and they werent being honest about anything and they didnt do anything. Even they said they have done the recall on the vehicle they sold me but in fact, it was never been done. The sale girl is like dont call me and call to store. when I call there everyone is like talking to this and this person. In addition to that, they never send me my tag on time and I had to wait after my one-month registration expired and when I ask for the tag they said we will send it to me on Tuesday and they never send even though they got on Monday. They never are on their OWN WORDS and I will never ever rely on their stupid and slacking work what do they do. Basically, they arent trustworthy and reliable agency for buying any car. Being an honest man, I would never ever Recommend to go to this dishonest, not loyal and slacker people to buy a car. They just want to sale garbage thing and never respond to any of your questions. If you think it is a good deal, make sure you want to get your car checked with other mechanics before buying from this place.

Cant say enough good things about my experience with them. I was told to come here after another tire shop said they didnt want to try and put my tire on a brand new wheel I just got. (Work Meister S1R) I was very nervous about letting anyone attempt this but Tim assured me nothing would go wrong and even let me watch the whole process. Not as bad as the other shop made it out to be. If youre a car guy or girl this is the place to go to get your tires mounted.

Being active duty military, most places are out to get your money one way or another, these guys were quick to help, easy to work with and helped me find the vehicle of my dreams. The new management is fantastic. When I first showed up to this dealership I met Amber the sales rep and she introduced me to Stephen the make-it-happen guy. I knew exactly what I wanted and was not walking out with anything less. I was upside down on a car by 2x the actual value of the car. Stephen worked hard and tried to make every demand I was throwing at him possible. I ended up 3 days later leaving with 2 cars; the same one I showed up with and a new one better sized for my family. I started with a 14% interest on a car worth half what I owed and ended up with 2 cars, 1 at 4% and the other at 3%. Now I am happy to enjoy 2 cars for the price of 1 and was able to save my credit because I was pending a decision to get my 14% interest 2x upside down car voluntarily repossessed. Amber was a delight to talk with and helped choose the right vehicle for our family and in doing so greatly impacted our experience at Auto Express. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great experience here at Auto Express. This was such a stress-free purchase! I bought a GMC Terrain, and I absolutely love it. I’ve had the car almost a month now with no issues (knock on wood lol), they even let me take the car to get looked at before I purchased. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANYI would rate this place with 0 stars if I could. First off theyre under new management because they had been doing shady things as far as deals go about 8-12 months ago and fired their old mechanics.Back in February of this year I bought 4x rims, 4x mud tires and labor for a lift from this company. There was a vibration issue that has been occurring ever since they put the lift and wheels/tires on that they assured me was due to a wear-in time for the shocks, etc from the lift. I left for deployment 2 months later with the same vibration issue.. I recently returned home and decided to bring the truck into a local mechanic in my area who informed me that all 4 tires that I had purchased were not round. After taking me back and showing me on the balance calibrator that all 4 tires had obvious hop in them I decided to return to Express Tire and show them the issue (which has been causing the vibration at higher speeds, for obvious reasons). The manager there took it out for a test drive before returning and taking the wheels off to but them on the calibration machine, where when manually spun, you could see the hop in the tires. The mechanic and him both then rebalanced all 4 tires and took it out for another test drive to see if that was the issue, which I told them was not the case because I had obviously tried that several time already. He returned saying that it drove fine and for me to take it out to see that they had fixed the issue. Upon taking it out on the freeway I again experienced the heavy vibration in the wheel and whole truck and took a video to prove it. Upon my return I stated that they did not fix the issue and showed him the video. He insisted that there was no problem, even after the visual evidence I had just shown him, and stated that there is no warranty on mud tires and they would not replace them or refund me since they were being driven on the road and there was no way he could re-sale them... To add to his incompetence he then stated that if I wanted to GET ANY SORT OF REFUND (????) for the tires I could take it down to his buddys mechanic shop and if HE said the tires were out of round then he would refund them, completely contradicting what he had just told me about how he could not refund or replace the defective tires.DO NOT go to this company for ANY sort of tire/wheel/lift needs as they do not provide for the customer and have no loyalty towards purchases made. To reiterate, they gave me the tires in the defective state and WOULD NOT replace them. DO NOT GO!!!!!

The shopping experience was great, in and out in a timely manner. But I was out of town from Ohio paid cash on spot and was told the title wld be mailed to me in a few weeks. Coming up to the 8th week waiting. Temp tags are expired and unable to get tags without a title. As a millwright I travel a lot and jobs dont wait for tags hope I dont get caught as imo it wld be their fault for a ticket.

Would give less than one star if possible. Bought my car from them about a month ago and everything just went down hill from their... Before even buying the car there were some minor issues they were supposed to fix for me: A new tire and working speakers. Took me over 2 weeks to get them to put the tire on and install the speakers and it was like pulling teeth to get it done, not only this, but I get home and notice that one of the lug nuts on the car was poking out from the rim more than the others, 2 of the 5 lugs on the car were finger tight... Not only that, but the speaker on the passenger side was not working at all. Took it back to them a week later to fix the HID lights that were out (the first week I bought the car) bought a brand new kit from them and paid them to install it, 2 weeks later the HIDs are out and they dont know how to fix them. ...To continue... I get the car back from them wiring the new stereo and there are screws missing from the bottom of the door, the driver side air vent is missing and the door lock for the driver side does not work anymore. They will not take accountability for anything that has happened to the car and I am now going to have to spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars to fix the things that they should have fixed or that they have damaged on the car. Not only that, the aftermarket doors on the car that they told me theyd put the original hinges in with the car purchase and I could swap them back whenever I wanted were improperly installed and will cost over a thousand dollars to fix... All I have gotten from the staff is (Im sorrys and well...s) Would gladly take this car back for a refund and be glad to put them in my rear view and never look back. Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy!

These guys took care of me pretty well. They worked hard to get me in the truck I wanted, and did not screw me over on my trade in. The salesman was helpful, but most of all the Finance man was the best, he was a very professional man Intrested in your personal welfare. The GM was pretty cool too, and I can gladly say as a solider I wouldnt feel wrong sending my brothers and sisters your way. Also a way to get around buying a bad vehicle, as I saw in one of these bad reviews, get it Inspected right down the street at meineke and have peace of mind. All over good experience.Bradly Burton

Yesterday (2017Feb24) was my second time to vist these guys for my second set of tires for my other truck. John is awesome!! Found Nitto Terra Grappler G2s online for a good price with military discount and John beat the price. Not to mention he was fast and efficient on getting them mounted, balanced, and back out the door on the road. I would suggest Express all day long, HANDS DOWN!! Its a great atmosphere there.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!Not so long ago, I say about a week no more than 2, a friend of mine, Jeremy Harmon, purchased a vehicle from this location. 2 or 3 days later after purchasing the vehicle he went to get his sensors fixed only to find out that the vehicle had a broken spring on his rear left tire. In other words this location sold him a messed up unsafe to drive vehicle. They knew it had a broken spring and still sold it to him in that condition. When he brought it to their attention they only offered to pay $200-$400 for the repair. To repair the spring it cost $1,200 . Ladies, gentleman and soldiers STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

If I could give negative stars to this company I would. First off I had bad credit. No biggie, when faced with no car I had to act fast. I went to Auto Express expecting no luck, they quickly quieted that fear with a vehicle they believed I could easily get accepted for. At no time during the discussion at all would they tell me the price of the vehicle. KBB had this vehicle a 2011 VW Jetta Se set at 12k for excellent condition. So as time went on I was asked to make a down payment of 2k which seemed easy enough. They then told me that would go to the principal balance of the car, it did not that down payment was pocketed because apparently they had the vehicle set at 14k. The reason they did this was to tell my loan agency the vehicle was in excellent condition. So my loan office believed the vehicle to be worth 12k. Lets fast forward a bit to today, feeling confident a year and a half later that my credit is In much better shape, I go to trade in said vw Jetta. Which is now and apparently always has been around 4k... They did the research on my vw and found it to be at best worth 8k at the dealership. I couldnt even trade it in, they would literally lose about 10 thousand dollars. So now here I am stuck with a car that I bought from what I thought to be a respectful business for another 5 years. These people are con artists that prey on soldiers. Also when I wrote my initial review of the car dealership, which is a requirement by them, they told me I could get a better interest rate on my vehicle if I wrote a positive review. So the 77 other reviews for this business are most likely bought reviews. Im not slandering this low life con artist of a business, but I absolutely believe if you are going to buy a car, do not do it anywhere near Ft. Bragg. Or have fun paying off a car that you are more than 8 thousand dollars upside down on.
