The employee by the name of Edwin Soto for this location is very unprofessional and is extremely rude. He does not keep appointments, confirm information, lacks in communication and acts as if doing his job is an inconvenience for him. As a business this manner of behavior should be unacceptable.
Literally the worst costumer service I have ever seen !! Very unprofessional seems very lazy ! The guy that works there needs to be fired ASAP !

They offered the first month free based on my Lawyer affiliation then conveniently I blew hot while driving down the road on the first day. I blew again within the 2 min timer and passed. That cost me 60$ which was not refunded.They are scam artist and I’ve had nothing but car problems and tow fees since getting it installed.Highly do not suggest them.
Something has to be done about the Fayetteville site. The employees are impossible at times. I understand my mistake in having to deal with the device... no problem. However, the chastising, the difficulty in getting appointments, the attitude... ALL MUST GO. Theres a customer service standard in all services. Power should not be wielded at customers. You are a service, not a power!
Have this device in your car is a reminder of a mistake made and never to be repeated. I must say however, that my experience at Smart Start in Fay has been excellent! I always receive great customer care with Andy and helpful knowledge when dealing with my equipment.
If you have to use this service this place is very nice. I went here for removal and the guy there was nice enough to help me out even though he was already basically done for the day.

I was going to the smart start interlock in Wilmington nc and every time I had to come for my monthly payment they were available. Now I moved to Fayetteville nc, this is my second Monday coming to pay my payment, because he states he has cars to install interlocks in. The worst service Ive received. His response is if my time runs out to pay Ill have to just get another code. Poor service here if you ask me because I know the process to pay only takes 5 mins tops.
