Kudos to the Ventura VW parts folks! I tried to order a part from Balise VW in Rhode Island and they told me it was out of production. I asked if it was in existence anywhere. They graciously searched and found two dealers in the country. I submitted my online order at 1:00 est. to Ventura VW and less than 48 hrs later this hard to find Eurovan rear hatch latch was in my mailbox! CA to CT in less than 48 hrs. Great communication from this dealership. Will be ordering from Ventura VW in future as I plan to have my 2003 Eurovan Weekender for many years to come.Chris W
