Today I walked into Hendrix to look for A larger vehicle due to the need of space. I was greeted by Tony Perez almost immediately upon arrival. Tony was great and very professional made some recommendations and we hit the lot. Test drove a few cars and fell in love with a jeep a little out of my price range, Tony not only found a jeep that I loved even more it was significantly less and brought their overall price down to what I was looking for. Its funny that I came on here to leave a review and the first review that I see is a negative review about the same person that I am going to leave a positive review for. I have been bringing my truck to Hendricks for a year now because thats where we bought it and it only made sense. But because of their exceptional service we have also started bringing our other vehicles to them. Most of my dealings have been with Misty and Jacob and I now go straight to them when I come in for a service. They even remember me and my family from visit to visit. I have always been pleased with my service, From the service desk to the technician. I have recommended this service department to multiple people and will continue to do so.
I went to this dealership and Wes with the vest came out and helped my father in law and I look at cars. I told him my budget and what I wanted to do. I came in last week looking for a brake control for my 2019 jeep Moab. I was given a quote for the 7 pin connector but I was told jeep has no option for a brake modulator for my year jeep. So I bought an after market brake modulator with the plan of having the dealership install the 7 pin connector. I needed help from the service department in identifying the signal wire coming from the brake. John (service manager) took me back to speak with Andy (service tech) and they went through my jeep going over my needs and looking for solutions. They also found factory options that passed the notice of the parts dept (not from lack of trying at the parts dept!) they gave me all the data I needed and Andy ensured that I had everything I needed to install my brake modulator correctly. Thanks Hendrick team for going the extra mile helping me out!

Hole team is great! Service at Toyota Hendrick area made me wait after I schedule an appointment. They did not explain the process and charge for estimate charges. They didn’t honor extended bumper-2-bumper warranty. Furthermore; they could not provide any regulation stating valid reason why they have 1/2 a policy or evidence of why they do not honor Toyota’s warranty. Careful, they will try to charge you for everything. I went to Jeep Hendrick and they honor the warranty, troubleshooted my vehicle, and order the part (no questions asked), and even wash my truck 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
I just bought my new JEEP and I couldnt be happier. I dont buy new and I had the patience to wait for what I wanted. Aly Blockowski listened to me and looked for my parameters. She contacted me about arriving Jeeps and gave me particulars before they were out on the lot. This was really important to get what I wanted. Used Jeeps with low mileage were flying off the lot. She works some serious hours for her customers and I for one appreciate it. Also Tony Perez was very helpful getting the deal done on Allys day off. I was on a road trip to Disney from NY, when I got into a car accident that left my car totaled. Luckily we found West and he completely saved us. He was able to find us a great car, and pulled a lot of strings to help us get it. Since we was stranded in North Carolina with no car, he even drove us to Walmart, the hotel that we was stay at, and helped carried all of our stuff. West is definitely the best and I would recommend him to anyone. Just very helpful and friendly service, will definitely comeback again.

Took my jeep in earlier this year and had some repairs completed on aftermarket parts. I have know issue with paying out of pocket because I know these upgrades are not covered under my warranty. They had my jeep for two months. I had to pull teeth and nail just to get an update. Once I got it back, everything appeared to be ok. 3000 miles later, I took it back for same issues reported. They look at it and told me I need to take it back to who did the work. Huh? You guys loaded up some of them jeeps up front with the same parts I got on mine. Once you decide to fix it, then fix or dont bother with it. Be up front the first time. I had to get Pet Boys to fix something I paid you to do.

Once you walk in you can see how much they love me support the families and military service members that are close by a Fort Bragg. I had a oil change to get done and they were kind enough to find out that I was able to get a free oil change part of a service program I was part of. **Only put 5 stars because the 1 star reviews are all at the bottom of the review list**Currently / actively having a horrible experience with this dealership / service center. My car broke down while driving after a regular mechanic looked over the car, I was advised that the issue was caused by a recalled part, and they couldnt do the repair it would have to be taken to a FIAT repair Facility (Hendrick Chrysler Jeep Fiat of Fayetteville). Late in the day on August 26th, 2021, this facility took in my car. I asked for an update on September 16th and did not get a response back until September 23rd which I wasthen advised that the recall issue had been resolved but my battery was not holding a charge anymore (repair cost $303) I advised I would handle the battery myself as the price seemed too high. (AutoZone is $100-$200 for their range of batteries for my car). I went to pick up the car (9/23) and immediately (before I left the lot) noticed that the car would not go into second gear; car got turned back in to recheck it. I asked for an update on 9/27 and got no response; on 9/30 I again asked for an update and was advised that they were waiting for an ETA for parts and was hoping for an answer back that day. On 10/4 I got a message stating that now my transmission was out, would cost 3716.77 and couldnt give me any possible date on when it could be done by. I asked how a recall issue suddenly turn into a faulty transmission and if damage was caused by the recalled part failing while on the road or them damaging something during the repair process it should be covered... No response. I went into the service center in person on/around 10/7 and tried to get additional information. I was advised that they (his manager) would check with FIAT and see if the new damages would be covered. I asked for an update on 10/13 and was advised that nothing was heard as of yet, but he would check with the manager. With no response after that date, I asked on the 18th for the contact information for FIAT, I had to ask for the information again over 24hrs later to receive a response. The number I was given was for MOPAR/FIAT customer service and they were unable to advise me on anything the dealer had submitted and could not provide any information. I sent a message advising the number provided was not what I was needed and didnt receive an immediate reply (wasnt expecting one) I attempted contact with FIAT Corporate who advised me the best course of action was to attempt to use my Cars Extended Warranty (MaxCare). I sent a message advising to use my MaxCare warranty because I was very frustrated at not having my car and I got a quick response back advising they were still waiting on an answer from their FIAT rep, I responded asking for the FIAT reps contact information and havent received a response yet (didnt ask that long ago, though). So thats where I am at... 55 days in (August 26th - Today October 20th) with zero hope at getting my car back, while borrowing a family members car who needs their car back a month ago.

The other day I had no plans on purchasing a vehicle because I wasn’t ready to be making massive payments. I went to Hendrick Chrysler and wanted to see what they had available and get an idea on what I wanted because it was only a matter of time until my car broke down and I wasn’t willing to fork out some major coin to fix and have it break again. When I got there Tony walked right up to me and asked if I was looking for something and I told him I wanted to see what they’ve got on the lot. We did some looking and I still wasn’t sure so I told him I’d be up there the following day to give him my decision. The next day I showed up as promised and we kept looking at what my best option would be. I still was hesitant but hopeful. He steps out for a min and about 10 minutes later he comes in and he has keys in his hand. He found me the car I was looking for!! They also made sure the payments were within my budget!! I signed the papers and it’s officially mine!! Thank you Hendrick family and big thanks to Tony!!

Located vehicle online through Truecar. Received a Truecar price and rebate form. Online sales person from dealership reached out and we set up a appointment for test drive. Secured babysitter and drove 1 hour to dealership, salesman greets us and I show him the stock number on the Truecar paperwork. He heads in to get keys, comes out 5 minutes later and says vehicle is in transit from manufacturer will be on the lot in 5-7 days. Salesman and manager were very apologetic so this review 100% faults their online sales people, they should not advertise or lead a customer to believe a vehicle is in stock when it obviously hasnt hit the lot yet.
