There repairs are flawless, very down to earth family owned family run business with that home town feel.

Great work! They pay attention to detail. They have found things loose that had been repaired by a different body shop. The first thing I was asked was had the fender been repaired before. He could see the work that had been done.

They did excellent work repairing body and window damage on my Kia Forte. Would have given 5 stars but I had to call a few times for updates. I was paying for my own rental and needed a confirmed completion date. Tape and other repair items were also left in/on my car which I found a day later.At the end of the day my car ended up being repaired and completed within a week which is what they quoted.

Not good. I took my vehicle their for repair. Something happen while it was in their shop. Now it has a terrible SMELL. They gave us several reasons why it was my fault. Im not dumb, car smell fine before it went there, now it has a terrible smell. No problem, Im not going to argue with them for days. Im going to trade it in on a new car. But I will never go there again. Something happen to that car and they can smell it as good as I can.

Not professional, punctual, and havent done a quality job twice in a row. Car panels had one gap in between them. When we got it back there were in total three gaps in different areas of the drivers panels near the hood, headlights and wheel. Hopefully third time is a charm on this body work.

My son was involved in a motorcycle accident and is in the hospital in a coma. The bike and his cell phone (that was taken from his belongings at the hospital and returned to the scene for some reason) was taken to this establishment. Upon contacting the owner, explaining the circumstances and offering to provide a copy of his ID and proof of ownership, I am being told that they need a note from him to retrieve his belongings.. knowing that isnt possible. The balance to date to retrieve everything at this point is $490..+$35 A DAY until he can give permission (or I can bring a death certificate).. UNBELIEVEABLE LACK OF COMPASSION!!!

5 days after buying my BRAND NEW CAR I hit a raccoon and split the front bumper. :( I hadnt even gone through the first tank of gas. I swear you cant make this stuff up. Cross Creek Paint & Body got me right in and replaced my bumper in no time at all. So excited to have my car back!!!! Thanks guys. I really appreciate it. Great job!

Everytime I think about this shop it gets me down. Dale and his wife worked with us so much! My car was said to be repairable by the insurance and after months of hard work it was over the damage amount and it turns out they should have totalled it out. I loved my Ford Escape so much but there was no way we could come up with enough to finish the repairs. Dale and his wife were so humble with us no matter how frustrated they were with the situation they still understood. I would recommend this shop to anyone! Cross Creek has great service, and the owner Johnny, is a very friendly guy. They did amazing work to my Subaru!! Gave it back when they quoted. Looked like new. Def recommend this body shop!!

Staff and the owner here are very friendly. They are very welcoming. Went in for a quote only took about 10 min . From what I see they do quality work.

Had a great experience with Cross Creek Paint and Body Shop. They worked quickly, stuck to the timeline they quoted, and gave me back my truck like new. Very professional, friendly shop. The shop dog, Oreo, is also awesome. He isnt too interested in customers, but always welcomes pets and scratches. Would use this shop again.

The Rick Hendrick body shop painted the bumper first and really botched the job and of course didnt want to stand behind their work. Took my Toyota Camry to Cross Creek and they did an outstanding job, great quality work. Would go back to them for any body work needs.
