Follow up:After reaching out to the Collision Center after leaving the review provided below they replaced the rearview mirror and did so in a very timely manner. I am pleased with the customer service given and will recommend a place that is going to be proactive in the services that were initially not satisfactory to the customer.Thank you for fixing the issue and maintaining quality care to your customers!I was scheduled for an appointment on aThursday. Dropped my vehicle off when they opened and was told a windshield replacement would take about 4 hours. I had never heard back from the collision center so I proceeded to call at 3 pm that day. I was told the service department was not going to get to it that day. I proceed to bring my vehicle back the next day and have the windshield repaired. Dropped it off at opening hour and by 2 o’clock still no word on the status of the repair. After calling I received word my vehicle was was able to be picked up. Windshield looked great! Began to drive and my rear view mirror shakes at all times. Take the vehicle back after the weekend and I get told they tightened the screw and it should help. My only other option is to buy a new one for $700.No luck with the tightened screw. A shaking windshield and one move of the rear view and pieces start to break off the mirror. My fourth visit and I am told there is no screw in the style of mirror I have?? That a spacer must be used. Seems like a quick easy fix to me….The problem is still not fixed and I feel as if the punctuality and quality of the collision center is very poor for the ratings and service they pride themselves by.

I highly recommend having your car repaired here, if you ever find yourself in an unfortunate situation of being in an accident. They made the process very easy. I also loved the video updates through the repairs they made on the car.
Did a good job and got it done quick. Left a new crack in my windshield that I can’t get fixed so am going to have to get that replaced... Not too thrilled about that, but the body work they did was good.

Juvon Demerson has the absolute best customer service. He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable after my battery exploded in my Honda Accord. As there was acid all throughout the engine compartment, he helped put my mind at ease by a thorough cleaning of my engine compartment. It may seem silly to some, but I wanted to double check that the battery acid was not going to hurt other parts of my car. I cannot thank him enough!!! Juvon completely put my mind at ease and went above and beyond for me!! Wow!!!

Brought my truck here for dent he said it would be $150+ Then said if I didn’t like it he wouldn’t charge me. So I get it fixed LOOKS AMAZING CANT TELL DAMAGE, he says he don’t like it so he fixed it for free! Friendly people!!!!!!! Professional to the Max !!! Go here

They did a great job color matching the rear bumper cover of my WRX. The Plasma Blue Pearl mix they used is incredibly close to matching factory paint. A few hiccups along the way, they were addressed. Excellent plastic welding service too! I had a rear mud guard torn off, the screws ripped out two sections of the bumper cover. That plastic welding repair cost $150, versus $600-$700. That saved me the cost of replacing the entire rear bumper cover again, plus much less down time for the car!
I have gone here twice to have a bucket seat cleaned and then to have a bench seat cleaned. Both times they did a shampooing and it came out great. Both times I had vomit on the seats and youd never know. I called some mobile detailing place and other businesses around the area but those other businesses wanted WAY too much for a small cleaning job let alone a full detailing. I got super reasonable pricing from the detailing manager Brian I thought why not give them a shot. Very glad I did. Excuse the photos but dang look at those results!
Had hail damage on my car - fairly extensive. They worked with my insurance company and when the car was repaired, in a timely manner, it looked brand new. Awesome job!

Instead, this review is based off of the person answering the calls, Madison. I was trying to figure out how to repair the paint on my 2016 Honda HR-V vehicle that is covered under an extended 5 year warranty that was extended by Honda. This warranty I mentioned is NOT the warranty that I purchased, but instead this warranty is from Honda itself. I explained to her that I was just trying to figure out what I needed to do so that I can get it repainted, as this is the first warranty issue that Ive ever had to deal with. When I spoke to her, she said that she doesnt know anything about my warranty and transferred me to someone else. After speaking to the other individual, she transferred me back to Collisions and I spoke to Madison again. I explained to her that I was probably not expressing the service bulletin correctly and tried to find exactly what it said on the bulletin to accurately get across to her what I was trying to say. In the middle of me talking, she transferred me again and the person she transferred me to did not pick up, so I got voicemail. Getting a voicemail was not her fault and that is not what Im upset about. What upset me is that she was rude and transferred me in the middle of me talking. Poor customer service. Thank you to Matt in Service that I spoke to who expressed that he was sorry and got me scheduled for what needed to be done in regards to the extended warranty of the vehicle. The only thing I am dreading is that once the pictures of my vehicle are approved for repainting I will have deal with Madison once I go to Collision to get it repainted. I am not looking forward to dealing with her rudeness again.

The team at Fayetteville Collision Center has worked on three of my vehicles over the years, and each time my experience has been excellent. They are effective communicators, work well with the insurance companies, and do fantastic work on the finished product. Cannot recommend them strongly enough for your repair needs.
Brought my car in for a serious (dented) door ding last year. FCC did an amazing job- they even re-did the whole door when they couldn’t get the level of color match on that spot that they wanted. Jeff worked with us and did a good job of keeping us informed. When my husband opened the door into our other car lightly almost a year later and the corner chipped off, FCC retouched it up for free. Even though whose fault it is was questionable, they took care of it for us. When I dropped the car off for that touch up I noticed a few other minor scratches we’d made through wear and tear and FCC took care of those for us too! They provided us a shuttle back home, and our shuttle driver (Buddy) was helpful and really nice. Really interesting guy too! They got the work done in 1.5 days! I’ve been really impressed with their professionalism and punctuality!

I work as an Agent for Shelter Insurance and a lot of our insureds have used this place and EVERY SINGLE ONE of them had good things to say about this place! They really care for their customers and they really pride themselves in their work! So when my wife said she wanted the windows tinted in her car I called them to see if what I had heard was true! I found out they do offer window tinting and the person I talked to on the phone was very sweet and helpful! Dropped the car off, they took me to work and picked me up when it was done. Flawless! Great group of people with quality work. Wont go anywhere else!

Took my vehicle here after an accident. Took them 45 days to complete the work, after they told me it would be about 20 days. When I was first called to pick-up, they had not fixed all the damage, and they had actually caused more damage to my car, when this was pointed out to them, they tried to explain it away. Communication was nearly non-exsistant, had to ask repeatedly for updates. Asked for particular documentation, was promised by the manager, and the GM that this information would be passed onto me the following morning, a week later I had to call again to get this documentation. Please think twice before taking your car here.
There where very professional, the job was done so well I could not find whare the damaged spots where.
Took my car in for hail damage for a 2019 Honda Civic, they missed dents, didn’t assemble seatbelts back, or plastic lining inside of the vehicle, including the assembly for the back wind shield wiper sprayer. Just take your time to check around before taking your vehicle here for repairs.
Very professional. Kept me up to date with the whole process. The video updates of my car as it was repaired were incredible. The quality of the work is outstanding. When completed the car looked like it had never been in accident. It doesnt get any better.

They did an excellent job on the exterior of the car but I thought they could have done much better on the inside. There were lint and particles throughout the car and vinyl did not look like it was clean and shiny.

They do excellent work here. If you want it done right and you care about your vehicle this is the place. But, the price is high. Like all things, you get what you pay for. If you dont care about quality and want the cheapest price, Im sure Bob will fix in his back yard. Bob doesnt work at Fayetteville Collision. You see what Im saying?

The only body shop Ill go to in NWA. All I had to do was drop off my car, they handled the rest. They worked with my insurance and I stayed informed about what was happening with my car via videos sent to me by the estimator assigned to my repairs. I had my car back about week after I dropped it off and it looks like it did the day I drove I first drove it off the sales lot.

I recently took my car here not knowing how awesome the customer service was! I recently just moved here to Arkansas so I was very nervous about leaving my car for 5 days to fix the damage! Not only were they kind enough to take me to work but they also picked me up when the car was ready!When I emailed them asking how my car was doing they sent me an actual video of my car and gave me an estimate on how long till it would be ready! Was a great experience!
Last month we brought our vehicle in to have some old damage looked at. In 2010 we had the bumper of our 2009 Acura TL repaired and painted. Two months ago some minor damage was done to the bumper and huge flakes of paint came off. The impact was very minimal and the paint should not have come off like that. I contacted Fayetteville Collision Center where the original work was completed in 2010 and explained the situation. I received a return call from Chuck Dennis who immediately seemed concerned and wanted to take a look. That afternoon I brought the vehicle up for Chuck to look at. He said right away the previous job was not done correctly and that he would take care of it. He provided us a rental car at no expense, and was very apologetic that we were having to deal with this issue. So, Ive gone to Fayetteville Collision Center two times over the past year or so (poor luck with driving, Ill say), and both times Ive gone to see Ryan Raible at the Collision Center. His team does an amazing work and have given me a flawless car back both times. They give you video updates every two or three days on exactly what theyre working on and, personally, it gave me ease to know where theyre at on the process. The communication from start to finish is a breeze. For any physical repairs to a vehicle, I would highly recommend them to friends or family if they ever needed it. Theyre phenomenal.Also, they even clean the inside of your car too, which to me, is heaven-sent. Check em out.
I recently had a dented and scratched fender repaired here and was very pleased with the service. The estimate was not as bad as Id thought it might be, and the work was finished long before they had estimated it would be. That was a nice Christmas present! Mr. Johnson was very easy to work with and didnt seem to mind when I inundated him with emails. The new part looks great and blends right in. All in all, a very good experience.

Ive waited a long time to do this review but it is all good. A former employee Kaleb called me and told me that he needed me to give my purchase of a 2018 Tundra a good Review. In the balance was the Presidents award for the dealership. In return he promised me a detail on my current 2007 Honda which it badly needed. Working in marketing earlier I appreciate his effort. Amazing staff, friendly, caring and pet friendly! My car was overtaken with dog hair after a road trip and I had tried everything! The results were impeccable! They even had treats for my dog! Best place for myself and my pawbaby to go for car detailing! Hands down!!!

Always a great experience. We had rear end damage and they were quick with the repair, but more importantly they restored it maybe better than it was. A month later we had a rattle in the area of the repair. I called and they offered to pick up my van to diagnose the problem and fix it. I realized that it was simply the spare tire needing to be tightened, but the above and beyond service is always impressive.

I recently worked with Pat at Fayetteville Collision Center after my truck was damaged while I was parked on the street. The quality of the repair was top notch and the team at FCC sent me multiple videos of my truck during the process. The deadline was kept and I was surprised at the perfect match of the paint color. Hopefully your vehicle wont need a body shop any time soon, but if it does I would suggest Fayetteville Collision Center.

Excellent job. Able to get OEM parts at no extra charge even though the other guys insurance was only willing to pay for aftermarket parts. You cant even tell the van was in a collision after they finished. They cleaned the vehicle inside & out when they finished the repair. Great customer service. While picking my car up after repairs I noticed a new scratch on my car. Mark states that hisManager was out of town and would have to get the ok from him to do the repairs. 3 weeks later and still no call. After spending thousands of dollars with them this is the treatment you get. I will not be back if they don’t fix this.

I was unfortunate enough to deal with 3 different body shops in the past few years. I will rank Fayetteville Collision center to be one of the best shops I have dealt with. I see great attention to details in their work. Jeff makes the claim process easy. When they say they provide lifetime warranty on their parts, they really mean it. I had a headlight developing some intermittent water related issues. They replaced it with an OEM part free of charge more than one year after they put the original light in.
I was rear ended in my new truck that was only 5 months old and was worried about it coming out still looking like a new truck. They would need to blend the paint into several areas and this truck has one of those paints that if not done correctly it would be easy to notice.
