Besides being a really nice man with a wonderful store Rob is a true artist! He took my rough idea and turned it into the most beautiful representation of the love I have for my children. He did it in a reasonable time for a reasonable price. Im so glad I just let the artist work! If you want something stunning that no one else has I cant recommend him highly enough. Also a great place for estate pieces, watches and repairs of all kinds. Thanks Rob!!

Beautiful jewelry store conveniently located in downtown Fayetteville. The shop has gorgeous fine jewelry. Rob and his staff are knowledgeable and skilled in all things jewelry from watch repair to custom made pieces. This shop has been my familys jewelers as long as I can remember. It is not often you can find a shop that gives that kind of continuous service.

I first used Walter Guy Jewelers in 1990 to get an appraisal done on a ring given to me by my godmother. Just a few weeks ago, I needed a new appraisal because I was going to give the ring to my son to use when he proposed. Even though I was a walk-in, Mr. Guy took care of me right away since I was going out of town that afternoon to bring the ring to my son. Mr. Guy did a thorough appraisal (as expected from someone with his certification). I was also pleased to learn that they had the original appraisal on file that they could use to compare and verify the details of the ring. Great customer service and beautiful items in the store. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a genuine jeweler and not some chain store where the employees have minimal training and are more interested in selling you something than in providing quality items.

Id been here once before while just wandering Hay St., and I remembered that they did watch repair.They were VERY helpful and quick at getting my watches done. I had a great chat with the staff while I waited.Both times in the store, I felt very welcome and accommodated!I will be bringing them my watch repair business from now on!

Awful customer service! We will never be going there again. My mother was quoted $125 to replace a sapphire in her ring. It was only supposed to take 2 weeks. It took her 2 months to get her ring back and it cost almost $300! When she asked why she was never called about the price increase the manager said if she didnt like it he would take the stone back.

Tried to visit store. The lights are on and the sign reads open, but the lady at the counter is just staring at me and refusing to unlock the door.

Great place to get a watch battery or to have your watch fixed. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I went in to have a pair of earrings cleaned from tarnish and they cleaned them for free, gave me cleaning pads, and explained to me what was the best thing to do. I really appreciated their professionalism.
