Long time customer and was always happy with service. Recently made a purchase $180 but never heard from them on that order. 8 days later I inquired and finally they responded that they couldn’t find the ornament. They added they would get back to me the next day. Never did. I tried contacting them by email and phone calls for weeks. They never contacted me back. Saw in my account they canceled the order after 18 days. I had to wait several days and ask for a refund by email. I never heard from them but did get the refund. Shocked at zero customer service when it could’ve been addressed very easily. They lost two very good customers over this.
