I stopped in to switch plans. Jennifer W was fantastic, extremely helpful, and incredibly patient! Because of her, the transition was seamless. She took care of everything, including helping me roll over my number from my old carrier. She took the time to go over the new features in my phone and even made sure to get me every discount she could. To say Im impressed is an understatement.

My husband and I both went to this store to upgrade our phones and we both had equally great experiences! Scott Price was truly wonderful when working with us to creat a family plan. It was a smooth transition and wasn’t the headache we were expecting. I can not describe how great my experience was here! Normally when I go to a phone service company I’m bored out of my mind and I’m just wishing to go home, but Caleb was a pleasure to be around and made the experience not only non-boring but honestly a good time. We Had the most educational experience with your employees. The young man’s names are Hawk and Ruggieri. They have signed us up with the new Att New box. They took their time explaining our old bill and using our cell phones and television. As you can see I am not Internet computer wise, but they have the patience of a saint. My husband and I have felt so comfortable with these two young man please give them acknowledgment for their kindness and understanding of elderly people. The wait time is a little long ( so four stars for that and the girl that works there could add a tad of sweetness to her voice so she doesnt come across so much as a pushy salesperson - she wasnt the rep that helped me but I heard her helping someone else... ). With that said, Daniel was the rep who helped me and he gets 5 stars. Friendly, knowledgeable, and solved my problem instantly. Great job!

I’m a middle aged, non technology savvy person who needed much help transferring information from an old phone to a new one. I had a priceless birthday voicemail from my dad who recently passed away on my old phone and thought it was lost. Melanie took so much time with me - not only retrieving my “lost” voicemail- but helped me complete the entire process with the patience and kindness of a saint!!!! I recently had an issue with AT&T suspending my service and I still dont have a clear understanding as to why. The billing cycles and due dates does not make sense an a recent visit to one of there store resulted in the associate not being able to provide a clear explanation either.

At&t had lost me as a customer until I met Libby at the Farragut store. I spent many hours with customer service and other stores in the Knoxville area over the course of 5-6 weeks trying to resolve issues on our account. Even escalated them to the customer retention team several times with no resolution. Libby resolved our account issues in just a couple days. She was extremely understanding and helpful from the start. Libbys communication with actions being taken and explanations of the problem were on point from the start as well. AT&T should be thankful she is on staff and should have her training many of the associates who failed to resolve our issues before. Thank you for your excellent service Libby. Truly appreciate you.

We both work so we had to go in the evening. Our first visit with Caleb was phenomenal, he was great. We had to go back the next evening and the young woman that helped us was in such a hurry to leave. It was close to time for her to get off work so we felt very rushed and frustrated. That led to another visit the next day, it was inconvenient for us to say the least.

I was very reluctant to go into the AT&T store as I had read some of the Google reviews. After being with Verizon for about 18 years and not being able to resolve my bill or the exorbitant expenses, I figured I didn’t have much to lose. I went to the store in Turkey Creek and spoke with Joshua within the first few minutes and he was able to convert me over to a family plan drastically reducing my bill and providing more data and better service. Too bad so sad Verizon I I try to work with you and you would not work with me whatsoever.PS, I assure you that I am a real customer and this is not a promoted or paid for five rating.

Melanie helped me out twice. First helped me with a phone purchase which turned out to be an excellent choice, second with screen protector installation which is perfect. No fuzz or bubbles. She has delivered EXACTLY as promised every time like clockwork. Seriously the best customer service Ive received anywhere! Go see her and wait if necessary. She is worth it!

BE CAREFUL...because the sales person will add stuff to your plan without your consent. I had Daniel R as my salesperson. I only went in there to upgrade my phone and wanted to keep everything else the same. This moron added at&T Next to my plan and upgraded my insurance from $8 to $15. Perhaps they get commission on these things I dont know but I did nit authorize it and those things were added.

Very nice and easy to deal with. They told me about all the activation fees and all so there werent any surprises. A lot of ridiculous fees but nothing that the people at the store had anything to do with. Josh was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions.

Overall, this is a really fantastic store! I have never had a bad experience when going there for help of any kind or in choosing a product to buy. This past week-end I needed to get a new phone and had another great experience. Daniel helped me and he was VERY knowledgeable, professional and one of the best listeners Ive met in my 60 years! He helped me figure out which phone would best meet my needs and Im very happy with my choice. He set up my new phone and made sure he had answered every question I had. In my opinion, you couldnt ask for a better representative for your company!

Just joined att and Worst experience at turkey creek location. My elderly family member went in and was treated very poorly. Sent to her car to wait and was forgotten about for an hour ( not an exaggeration) also the employees bad mouthed her in front of her face. Very rude people. All the good people had ever been fired.

I went in late one evening to try and add a line for my mother in law and get her a new phone. Josh was extremely friendly and helpful! He helped us find a great plan that will save me money, and we each left with a brand new phone all set up for us. He was SO PATIENT with us and all our questions. I had a problem with my bill and the corporate office told me I had to go to a local office for service--not great customer service. However, Kendal at the Turkey Creek store was fantastic. She listened to my situation, researched the problem, found out that my payment was applied to someone elses account by the corporate office and took on the task of getting the head office to fix it. She is fantastic.

Signed up for First Net. Never again! I have been waiting on a call back, no phone call returned. I call and leave a message, and they never returned my phone call, still! At&t targeted First responders with the first net offer, well it is a scam. Outrageous bill, then, my First Net chip still is not active, I can not access my account because of this. Please, do not switch! If you are a first responder, just go with Verizon, that is where I should have stayed! If there was a way to lower my review below one star, I would. That is how bad this company has made me feel. I am very dissatisfied with the service of both, the company and the store.

We went there several times to get prepaid accounts and sim cards. The employees are unprofessional, unhelpful and impatient. They answer as little questions as possible. We paid for a prepaid account with a new sim card, they activated the account, it didnt work on the phone because the phone was apparently locked. They refused to give us a refund and impatiently told us to call At&t customer service. The customer service tells us to go back to the store and call from there. Now we have to go back there!! I am going to make sure to not buy from them again!

Came in mid day and the wait was long. Made an APPOINTMENT for 7 pm told I would be able to get right in. Waited for 45 minutes and finally gave up. I can’t say the services is horrible since I couldn’t actually receive ANY service. Horrible experience.

Went in to upgrade my phone It was 535 on a Sunday. Your sales associate told me that they could not do it because at 6 oclock they closed. Let me explain something to you I am a customer of AT&T 6 years and I also own my own business. I believe it is the rudest thing when a employee reminds a customer that theyre having to get off work. Especially when its not time Its called customer service. I believe the young mans name was Zack he was wearing a New England Patriots Jersey on a Sunday. Maybe its OK to have this kind of behavior where you are from if you dont have no more manners than that go back to where you come from please. Because in Tennessee we dont need you. Horrible!!!! While I was in the store it took them forever to wait on me. Then when my sales person was updating my account one of the other employees very rudely complained that my children were too noisy. My children were sitting in the floor, because there wasnt anywhere else for them to sit, giggling with each other. She didnt offer to turn cartoons on the big screen TV that no one watching for them or anything. Then to make things worse the BOGO promotion that was being offered (and they sold me another phone with) was keyed correctly at the time of sale. So that free phone, yeah, its not free. I have tried and tried to get this resolved. I refuse to step foot into this store after the way my children and myself where treated. I have made several phone calls, they always say that I will be called back. No one has called back. I feel that the team in this store are very unprofessional.
