Wanted to give a shout out to Maria in the pharmacy! I went to pick up a prescription and she went out of her way to help me get a lower price without me asking. She was also very helpful in teaching me more about what I was picking up and you could tell she was giving more effort than what her job was asking. I could tell she genuinely CARED and wanted to be there. Thanks Maria!

Very friendly associates who helped het my pictures I ordered quickly and efficiently! Also a very clean store that it well stocked!

This Walgreens has worked for our family for years with medication refills, photos, hair supplies, and other items. Always friendly and patient customer service.God is good.

Not sure why the low stars. I have always been treated well here. Small supermarket, have a point system which brings lots of cash back.I don’t do the weekly groceries here, but come quite often. I love the staff, they have what you need. Can always find fresh fruits and the Pharmacy supply is quite large.

There are several close together but this one by far has the besf customer service. Employees go out of their way to help & the stock better & faster than the others

Never had any issue with this Walgreens what so ever.

First let me say I enjoy coming to Knoxville and usually I have robbie to check me out but I arrived late 06/10/20 20 minutes til closing and I only had to load my money that I took from the atm of another card but the cashier was RUDE. No greeting no small talk no hello no thank you for coming and then when I was ready to load my money I handed it to her she counted claimed it was wrong I said well Ill count it and instead of handing it back she counted it again slowly with an attitude. Then when she went to get my change she put it on the counter she did the same with my ID. Even after I handed it to her. Im sure after the GM reads this they will claim its due to Corona but if that was the case wear gloves! But who ever this young lady was needs to learn how to treat people. Im sure she would have not done it to someone who looks like her or a family member so dont treat me that way!

Supposed to be a place to help with your health. Yet employees have mask on with their nose all the way out. What a bunch of hippacrites.

The manager of the store refused to honor an email I received saying that I had earned $10 in Jingle Cash on a previous purchase and could use it in the store or online. He kept telling me I needed a piece of paper (no mention of what type or how I might have received said piece of paper), and the email said nothing about needing anything else. Fine, you keep your $10, and Ill take my business elsewhere.

This review is for the Pharmacy department-- specifically for the pharmacy techs who are a poor representation of Walgreens. I have been picking up prescriptions from different Walgreens locations for years, and have never experienced the level of poor customer service from the pharmacy department that I have received today. I called at about 2:30 pm, and someone told me my prescription would be ready in an hour. When I showed up after 4 pm to pick up my prescription, the pharmacy tech told me that she had to have my prescription withdrawn from a different location since I previously used a different location. Nobody mentioned this to me when I called. She told me that it would be 5 minutes. When I asked about an update, the techs kept telling me that it would be one minute, and helped other customers before me. I spent a total of 30 minutes sitting there-- 30 minutes of my busy day that were wasted when the prescription should have been ready when I arrived. They just let me sit there and I had to ask for an update; they did not keep me informed of what was going on. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism by the pharmacy techs at this location, and will not be returning to this location.

Staff is always courteous they greeted you at the door store is always clean and stocked well the pharma are knowledgeable about the prescription you purchase they always ask if we need or have questions for the pharmacist

I cant say that Ive used the pharmacy, but the staff that Ive interacted with here seem friendly and helpful.

Rudest cashier I’ve ever met. I didn’t get his name, but he was an older man. All I said was I didn’t need a bag no need to be mean to me. Won’t be going here again I’d rather drive out of my way to go somewhere else.
