I had a terrible experience at this location yesterday when shopping for makeup with a rude sales associate. Ive always shopped here in the past but can assure you, I wont ever be back! When I picked up a tester that was available and lined up with the other actual products for purchase, I was told not to touch these but it was ok to touch the new unused product having these, this made no sense at all. So I picked up a different color and was told this once again in a very abrupt and rude tone from this sales person, not to pickup the tester. So why even have testers for display if youre not allowed to touch them but you can pickup and touch the products directly behind these. They should at least have a sign telling people not to touch the testers.My experience at this store was unacceptable, I will never be back!

Love this store. I just moved to TN from San Diego, CA and I wanted to try some new products. I had the pleasure of having OLIVIA help me. She has the best customer service skills. She was patient while she looked up products online to compare colors because you cant use the testers.If you want someone who takes their time, listens and goes the extra mile, go to this location and ask fir OLIVIA. I already love Sephora and shell make you love it even more.

This Halloween My son Syrian Hamster is going to be a Sephora Fashion Model.I love shopping at Sephora inside of Jc Penny and the shopping mall.Sephora has great deal on line, if you are already signup with their rewards program.Every Year Sephora sends me a coupon for a free gift on my birthday.Most of all Sephora is the only beauty company that let’s you try it, before you buy it.You can ask a Sephora salesperson, of a free sample of beauty care or skincare products to take home and try

Beautifully decorated i always love all the jewelry & perfume shimmering & ive been shopping here since my mom pushed me in a stroller i heard they may be going out of business 💔 alot of sales right now most people dont shop here bc they think they can get the same thing for less at Target or Wal-Mart but i got a gorgeous handbag originally over $100 its a winter bag so its been on sale was $60 got it for $20 my son has wanted his 1st wallet got Columbia for $15 nows the time to shop there Kohls is ALWAYS overpriced & i dont do the Kohls cash or any sort of reward that requires me coming back im an in store TODAY shopper im glad we came here 1st

As I entered the store I was asked if I would like any help, I said no thank you. When I found what I was looking for and did have a question they acted like it was a major inconvenience and that they couldn’t answer my question. I asked to see a certain product which they said I couldn’t see it was only online which is not what it said when I went to the Sephora website. I purchased $80 worth of products and got a free gift. I didn’t pay any attention to the free gift until I got home. The free gift was a concealer which was about five shades darker than my skin. I was very disappointed with the service and the attitude in this store. I will never go back to this Sephora again! I will only shop at the Sephora in West town Mall. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Sorry to say the chicken was too greasy and not as good as I would hope. Weve been to many locations in many states, but this restaurant was disappointing. Even the mashed potatoes had very little gravy for dipping my biscuit. Dont think Ill be returning.

Out of stock on just about EVERYTHING! seems like this particular one is going out of business, or someone needs to keep up with it before it does!

The staff are friendly. The company donates to some horrible causes and doesnt deserve your money. Dont punish the staff cause the upper management dont have any human decency.

Usually I go to a stand-alone Sephora, but after going to the Sephora in the mall and this Sephora, this one definitely reigns supreme. Olivia (dark brown hair) was the most wonderful and super welcoming while helping me on my foundation matching journey! This is the first time I was treated like they didn’t wish I would fall off a cliff and I will definitely be going to this location now. Thank you Olivia!

Just tried to make a return and the lady at the counter glanced in my bag and abruptly told me that they didnt carry this product so I couldnt return it there. I would need to return it to the store where I purchased it. I bought it at Sephora and thats all that should matter. She was rude and unwilling to explain further or even continue the interaction. Really disappointed. #sephora

I finally decided to purchase the Blooming Bouquet 3.4 oz EDT .Clair was the sales associate who assisted me and made my decision making easier. She was very friendly and helpful ! I had several questions about the product I was thinking about buying. Clair answered all my questions with a smile.I will be back for future purchases.

This location has excellent customer service! I was debating between a few products and the woman who helped me actually took alot of time and offered to apply the color corrector and foundation I was looking at. Very knowledgable staff that made you feel comfortable. The associate applied the make up for me, suggesting a particular brush to go along with it which I loved! I ended buying all the products she used for me. The girl at the counter was super sweet and expressed genuine interest in the products I was purchasing. As I was checking out, the woman who had applied my make up put two samples of some other products we had discussed into my bag. Overall, long story short, I was just really pleased with my service and will be back. Earned my business!

I recommend this sephora over west town no doubt! West Town ladies are a bit rude and not interested in helping..though there are like 6 girls on the floor at a time!Sephora in turkey creek is ALWAYS nice and very helpful! 2 ladies working and they make time for each customer!I recently had an awesome experience with HaleyShe helped me and a few others out..the other girl working was awesome as well(cant remember her name) but they together tended to EVERY CUSTOMER with smiles and tips!This is definitely my go to sephora in Knoxville
