Great service Super nice and knowledgeable. I took my truck in with a stripped lug nut. Chris came out and was able to remove the lug nut so I could get a set of tires. I bought a set of Michelins with a $110.00 instant rebate. They were very busy but I was out in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend this store. Thanks you!

My wife and I both have always been happy with the service here. We have been here for tire rotations, flat tires and most recently we bought rims and tires for our Jeep. The prices are always fair and less than expected. The staff are wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable and customer service is great. Cant see any reason to go anywhere else.

Had the best experience here! Came in a little stressed/frazzled (just changed my flat tire in the rain) and on a bit of a time crunch (was going out of town in a few hours).The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They squeezed me in immediately and gave me an estimated one hour wait time. I was so grateful that they got me in, and couldn’t believe that they fixed my tire in less time than was quoted! Another outstanding job by the folks at Farragut DT. I had them mount special bias look radials on special alloy wheels for a 1934 Ford highboy I am building. It is a retro look style tire and wheel. They did a great job, even though the two larger size tires for the back gave them trouble in seating on the wheel to hold air. Beautiful job, not a mark on my alloy wheels. This is the third set of special wheels they have worked on for me....the first were on my 65 Corvette (knockoffs); the second were on my Mercury Marauder (alloy mag factory wheels) and then these. Highly recommend these folks, particularly if you are concerned about potential scratching or damage to expensive wheels. Special thanks to Scott and Chris for their good work.

Great service and people with quality installation.Did have one instance on another vehicle where lug nut was cross threaded during installation that I had to have fixed at my mechanics on my own dime. So only that one negative instance out of 8 sets of tires over multiple vehicles. I am willing to forgive that 😁

He found a better tire for a total of $100 less. Got me in same day too. When I arrived they realized thier inventory was off and didnt have the tire they quoted me. Amazing Service! I had bought an Infiniti QX80 last year and ended up buying new tires around July (which is another story). I have been having regular service done on the vehicle and they kept telling me that I needed new tires. But with them being new I kept an eye on them until this month. The webbing started showing through along with tread being very low. The original place I bought tires from said they wouldnt cover the warranty. When I asked why they said the 60,000 mile warranty the manufacture says on the paperwork really is not a warranty just a recommendation. That with the weight of the vehicle I would be lucky to get the miles out of the tires that I had. I told them that made no sense what so ever. This is were Discount Tires steps in - I called to get advise on what tires to buy moving forward so I wouldnt have to pay for new tires every year along with telling them the back story. They said that was not right - didnt need any service records that they would send the old tires back to the manufacture and get the credit honoring the warranty - EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT BUY THE TIRES FROM THEM!!! It was so good I almost didnt believe it until everything was done and I was out the door with 4 brand new tires with upgrading brand and warranty at 70% less than what the other shop was trying to get me to buy tires. Will recommend going here and I will be buying all my tires from Discount Tires moving forward. This is how you should treat a customer.

Called AAA to change my flat tire. The AAA guy told me Discount Tire would patch my flat tire for free. So I went over there, and not only did they patch the tire, they changed out my donut spare with the fixed tire. And they charged me nothing! I asked if this was part of AAA service, and they said no, its just what they do. Super nice folks! Next time I need tires, you know Im going to pay them a visit!

They called to confirm that my tires were in stock and had been set aside as well as the time and location of my appointment. I showed up at the appointed hour, signed a work order, and less than 45 minutes later my car was ready. Those guys are customer focused, friendly, and quite capable. This is my second set of tires from this location and I will certainly be back for more.

These folks understand customer service. Team is very knowledgeable about the different brands including off road which can be a coin toss. Their advice has proven to be spot on. Good price on a radial tire for my utility trailer. Also, they will install tires I bring in for my SUV, good price for lifetime rotation and balancing. Very friendly and customer-driven service. Prices are a little bit high for tires to be installed.

Was promptly greeted after parking. The staff was super helpful and so fast! I had a nail in each of my rear tires and they were able to patch one but unfortunately had to replace the other. My out of door price was extremely reasonable, and my salvageable tire was plugged for free. I was recommended this shop by my sister who also had nothing but praises to say about them and their customer service!

Not sure how you do customer service better than this.Bought tires online and set an appointment to install them. Got to the appointment and the shipper hadnt delivered the tires. Before I could say anything, they offered to put on better tires they had for no additional charge. I dont have great trust in auto service companies as a general rule. I stood at the counter and pulled up the independent review site I use and looked up the better tires.They were better rated in every way. By a mile. And they were more expensive than the ones I ordered. I agreed to substitute the tires and they had them on the car in about 20 mins. Maybe I have low expectations, but that was an amazing experience by any standard. I highly recommend them.

Typically I have amazing service from quality to the customer service experience. The last time I was in I had my car tires rotated. I have two sets of continental tires slightly different with different treads. Very disappointed how they were rotated and right side valve stem covers were not replaced. They are the original metal ones that came with the car. First time ever to have a poor experience and I can’t do much about it since the car is away at school with my daughter.

We seek out Discount Tire for tire repair or replacement in city we live or visit. We have yet to be disappointed in the initial and followup services.

The employees are very nice and welcoming. Great place to purchase tires. I highly recommend this location.

These guys are friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Their prices are terrific. They educated me on the Yokohama which I bought for our minivan and has been fantastic. They replaced a blowout several months later for free. Apparently I had the road hazard coverage which I seldom tend to purchase but apparently I did that time. I like this place a lot. I had a slow leak in a tire. My regular mechanic was booked up so I went to Discount. (Ive always been happy with them.). They took my truck right in and found a nail in the sidewall. Cant be fixed. Okay. I was discussing buying a tire from them and they mentioned they had mine in stock and could add road hazard insurance. Thats when I remembered the tires were bought at Sams Club and had road hazard insurance. Okay! They looked at my paperwork. Sales person said to take the tire to Sams and save the money. They put my spare on for me... No charge. Also told me they would price match (wish Id known when we got these tires at Sams) (Sams was great too, but another story) and I could still buy their tire insurance for tires I didnt buy there. Next year our other car will probably need tires. Discount gets the first shot at our business.Just wish there were locations closer to us. This location is 45 minutes away.

The deal was okay but everytime I go there I am never happy about a perfect balanced tire. When I buy new tires I expect this. I enjoy driving a nice car with zero vibrations. The last thing I want to do is drive 30 min back to their shop and sit for an hour and back home 30 more min with kids on my day off. You would think the technicians would do it right the 1st time seeing how I just gave them over $800 for tires

Fast service. Knowledgeable technicians. Purchase performance tires for a sports car and they buffed out corrosion on the rims, swabbed on bead sealer, and mounted the tires with the yellow dot at the valve stem. Have found very few that even know what the yellow dot and red dot on performance tires are there for. Prices are as good as any retail dealer.

Yesterday, I was looking for options to take care of a slowly leaking tire after a screw embedded itself in an inopportune location. Easy mark, for sure. This store was the only one that not only offered multiple well-explained options, called around to see if another store had my tire size available right now, but also didnt try to pressure or up-sell me. Amazing. I called to check on tire availability, yet had them in stock. I drove on down, they meet me outside and had my ticket and was pulling the tires as I pulled in. They installed them and I was back on the road from the time of the phone call in less than 1 hour. Im amazed. While I was there, I planned on getting another set for my truck. These people treat you with the utmost care! I feel like Im walking into my own personal tire shop every time I shop with these guys are doing any kind of business. it doesnt matter if its conditional business or if its just a checkup or tire rotation.having that consistency makes you want to come back there more and more even if they dont have the absolute best price in the city, which as a note they usually do.it was my 5000 Mile tire rotation change... the guy let me know hey were going to change it but just to let you know everything is still even, everything is still good, and just gave me an overwhelming array of information which I will always take and appreciate rather than underwhelming feedback. My wife and I brought our poor old 2006 Honda Civic in today (a rainy Thursday afternoon) to have a flat tire repaired. The passenger side rear tire had met a bolt somewhere along the road. The staff treated us very courteously and repaired the tire very quickly. We were both extremely impressed with the customer service. They treated us as though we were big deal people driving a luxury vehicle.

I called around looking for a lower price on a tire. They offered the best price. So I went and dealt with Corey, who has a fantastic personality. In fact, everyone there does. I had a screw in the tire. I said if they couldnt fix it, then I would buy a new tire. They came back 30 minutes later and said they fixed it. And free of charge! Most places, when they see a senior woman alone would try to pressure her into buying a high price tire. NONE of that went on. They were polite, personable, and efficient. Needless to say, when the time comes to replace any tires, they will be my 1st choice. So highly recommend.

This was my first experience with DT and it wont be my last. The sales team met me at the door with a smile and treated me royally. Very disappointed in the tires we have bought here! We replaced existing tires in January 2020 and was given a 70000 mile warranty and 25000 miles later we are replacing the two rear tires with a supposedly better tire(this was what we were told in January when we upgraded at that time). This upgrade was nearly $400 dollars. 😵😵
