I called them to find out if they work for private individuals and they said yes, I asked for a quote by email and they didnt answer me, then I called and they dont know anything about the quote or about me and they give me another email, I send back the estimate, they answer me asking who are you?If you have a VAT number I dont know how they treat you here but from this experience I recommend going better to OMCravanzola or FACS, they are always in the area, they also work with private individuals and are much more friendly and professional
