The person working there was very condescending. Also asked for $195 to refill cartridges that you can buy for $82 online. Did a good job recycling the old ones I had though.

Very quick delivery and fast responses to email and phone. They have a great personable team and I enjoy working with them. Prices are fantastic compared to buying new ones each time and they pick up the used ones as well. Will continue to purchase ink refills through them.

I couldnt imagine paying full price for ink or toner, the ink works, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they were able to answer all my questions.

They should be called CRAPPY Refill!!
