Evan is a fantastic guitar tuner! I walked in an acoustic guitar and he restrung it in less than 30 minutes on the spot 😮 Amazing service for only $28 - quality strings included. Plenty of parking outside, no lines, clean/well-organized space inside. A terrific choice for your guitar needs 👌🏼

I came here looking for a keyboard. They only had 2 options and one wasnt available to play. The employee didnt offer help or ask what we were looking for, even though we were the only ones in the store. We left and purchased a keyboard at Schmitt Music who were very helpful and had many more available options.

Daughter gets her music here. She has a maintenance program set up to check her instrument periodically & its worth the cost. If her instrument needs repair, its covered under this maintenance & they (Richard for one) are very prompt.

We rent instruments for a couple of our kids here, and whenever there is a problem -- broken string, etc. -- I can simply bring it in and the folks here either a) fix that problem while I wait a few minutes, or b) swap out the current rental instrument for a different one. They make it EASY, and the store is always calm and quiet. Im very glad we go to Eckroth.

He didnt have what I needed in stock, offered to order it, but then pointed me a couple blocks away to a place that specialized in the $5 part I needed. Had a nice a supply of student guitars, violins and basic accessories. Thanks Eckroth Music!

Great customer service! Quality supplies. There was a time were I was disappointed there, once. I had a clarinet that needed work done on it. It took them 3-4 months to get it done! It wasnt much work! Besides that, the employees are really friendly. I get all my instrument supplies there! They sell great string tuners, and Vandoren reeds. Thanks Eckroth!

If I could go less than 1 star I would, you ask for only one thing to be done and they add on a bunch of other fixtures not needed and will charge you..... Do not recommend.
