I rented a twelve foot Penske moving truck from rentALL in Fargo and returned it in Bismarck. The staff at both rentALL locations were kind and informative. The truck was also fairly new with minimal damage and low mileage. Its hard to beat bigger trucks for the same price as the competitors smaller trucks.
