Very large Victorias secret. My favorite one. They even have a pink carpeted staircase. Always clean and organized.

I had one item to return and stood in line for more than 20 minutes. More than 15 minutes in, they added more than one cashier to help expedite the line. (There were store employees just walking around prior to this). Customer service awareness is terrible. I will never come back to this store. There are plenty of better options in the city (and online) to choose from that provide a more satisfactory experience.
Manager lady with straight dark hair and tattoos was unreasonably rude to not only me but her employee that made a small mistake..it was tacky and unprofessional. We don’t need to do all that. We’re all human we make mistakes.

The worst customer experience I have experienced in any Victoria Secret store. The associate was rude and not helpful. May be she had a bad day, but it’s just unacceptable.

When you are greeted at the front door an employee asked if you needed a fitting and if theres was anything you were looking for specifically. (Since the fitting rooms are currently closed. Expect for nursing mothers) On the second floor the employee asked if you needed any help. I liked in front of each bra on display it had a discription to give you a better understanding if it had padding or not and how much. Plus it had a model picture of how it might look. The perfume cards are gone to spray on. But theres prefilled individual cards. So you can still have an idea what it smells like. There seemed to be absence of employees wondering around if see if you needed any help with sizes. I also noticed no cashiers.
I was looking for something easier and flexible. Serafin was beyond helpful. Serafin was so magnetic and energetic about what I needed. I was able to find exactly what was needed at a great cost. THANK YOU SERAFIN!!!
Just love it. I went to get some stuff more my friend because of the offers they were having for underwear and bras but I end up buying some body spray and body lotions because they were only $4.99.The girls were really nice and super helpful in prices and sizes.
Purchased all.the great panties and bras before I even got to the half point, well right at the half point, and well got some great pajamas with polka dots, and VS masks at the counter, but the way its all set up for you to have a handful of great buys before shopping the entire store.
My favorite store, my favorite location. Even with the pandemic and inability to try things in-store, the staff goes far and beyond to measure you and help you find the right size & fit. Still great deals on panties and variety of high quality lingerie to choose from.

Went in on a whim on NYE as we were having dinner in the area. Hadnt shopped VS in a long time but was interested to walk around and possibly make a purchase. We were greeted right away and the greeter offered to take my measurements and let us know about the sale promotions. Within 5 - 10 minutes I was perusing the pajama area and another associate asked if I needed help as she was folding nearby. I declined as I didnt need any help. She very rudely informed me that the store was closed and I should make my way out. I was shocked and very uncomfortable as there were dozens and dozens of people in the store at the time. I texted my friend who was shopping upstairs and we met by the door. They were still letting people in the store and no visible posted signs that the store was closing early for the holiday. I was really offended and we left. The store is very fun to browse otherwise as there is so much variety.

Extremely helpful dressing room staff! I had Laurel help me and it was the best customer service Ive had in years. Without asking, she fitted me for the perfect sized bra and I left with three amazing bras today. She was kind, personable, and professional .They also have a $25 bra sale! Check it out. Awesome experience.

The best Victorias Secret Ive ever been to! Ive had other VS bra fittings in previous years at other locations around the US, but the fitting by Nakisha was the most accurate, least stressful, and quickest. She clearly has a ton of experience and was even able to guess which bra types would be most comfortable for me just by looking! She had such a friendly and relatable personality too, which made me feel at ease in such a vulnerable position like being fitted for a bra. The very first bra she took out fit like a DREAM, and I was able to find a bunch that worked for me!In fact, all the staff were kind and helpful, and I was asked by at least 6 different associates if I needed help with anything while I was there! I was blown away by the level of customer service, despite it being one of the busiest days of the year, during their semi-annual day-after-after Christmas sale. At the end, while I was waiting in line, I realized I had forgotten some on-sale slippers I wanted. One of the associates immediately volunteered to grab them for me so I didnt lose my place in line--unheard of!All in all, I was super impressed by this location! Keep up the good work, guys!
I had a wonderful young sale person named Jasmine, who provided her expertise in my bra selection and options. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with the bras that I was interested in purchasing. Janel, a wonderful employee at this location, delivered highest level of customer service that Ive ever experienced in retail or in any other industry. She took the time to help me find my perfect size in everything I needed and was enthusiastic about products I liked. She listened very closely and asked what styles and fit I liked and delivered them to my dressing room. She made shopping for underwear, swimwear, and beauty products a breeze when its usually a nightmare.
Great selection as we all know, great customer service and not too crowded. They validate parking so that makes it even better to go there. Also lots of restaurants around if youre hungry :-)
They were very helpful. I came in for the 5 for 28 panties. I was getting quite frustrated about the fact that they didnt have a lot of XL. That is, until someone on the floor explained you can try on stuff. It worked pretty well. Im a plus size woman, so I dont come here often but Im in love with their stuff!
First, JENNIFER IN THE PINK SECTION, is one of the best floor reps I have ever had the pleasure of being helped by. As a guy, getting something as a birthday gag but actually ended up getting leggings (the only thing that wasnt too branded), she went the extra mile for me. Then upon check out she checked the drawers upstairs for the $20 holiday bonus cards and they had them. She truly made our shopping experience 100% and then some. And Im a guy lol
I exchanged a negligee for a smaller size that I bought when it was on sale. Although the sale was over by then, they gave me the sale price for buying the same item in different colors. I was so excited I bought two more!

One of the biggest Victorias Secret in the US! This location is always busy, but the service professional and pleasant. The selection is the best and complete compared to the others, especially during the semi annual sales. During which come early and be ready to look through many many bins!Metered street parking, credit accepted, look for coupons!

Great selection. Reason for 4stars is the girls on the floor are constantly coming to you multiple times and seemed a little bothersome when trying to shop. They were all helpful and friendly except the cashier I had that was a little older in age she didnt really interact with me and gave me a bland response when I asked a question.

If your going to have security stalk people through out the store you might want to make sure your customers arent Black Card Members. I used to drop tons of money here but the last 3 times Ive been into this location. Security flows me all around and Im never helped or greeted. Just left with nothing due to the frustration of lack of customer service this location provides.

2 stories of amazing. My favorite part was I could find stuff that says Chicago and pink. I had been looking for a certain pair of pants for about a month that I couldnt find in 3 other pink stores and they had them. This store has huge inventory.
I love this Victorias Secret. Its pretty huge and every time I come, I leave feeling like I just got a great deal. The employees are also very friendly and immediately ask if you need anything.The one downside at this location is that there are 3 separate register areas, but for some reason, each time Im here, only one area is open.
Nice VS in a great touristy area. The location is wonderful. The store is nicely kept and the displays are beautiful. The laungere options are varied and pretty. They have a wide selection of beauty products as well.

They had nice items. Some items are reasonable others are slightly overpriced. There was one woman in the lower level that was trying so hard to upsell that she came off condescending. As if its a bad thing to get to the point and buy only what you came in for. I have a credit card with V.S. (I receive all of their offers) The rest of the associates were nice.

Staffs at VS are usually very nice.I like when they measure your new sizes each time and recommend brands per your preferences I like the fact that they write it down all info on the card so you can use it for next time.

I love this place I got invited to see SARA SAMPAIO and I got a $50 off coupon. Basically a gift card and a free 4onz bombshell perfume. And it was a long drive for me like 90 mins from Aurora but it was worth it!! The place is super cute with the pink at the upper level and 🆚 at the bottom. Super spacious and plenty of registers. Unlike other pinks where it’s super crowded and like no registers open and it gets hot with so many people inside, this store was not like that. I loved the experience and I would do it again! They also passed around drinks and lots of appetizers. It was an amazing time the best shopping experience ever! I got a cute overalls from vs and Armando helped me get the size I needed. And I was able to use my free panty coupon with my $50 off coupon. Yay
