Its like a candy store for big boys LOL. They do have a lot of junk tools however if its something that you are only going to use once or twice it is absolutely perfect however a lot of this stuff they carry is also very good. The Predator engines are the best bang for your buck no matter what, their new line of inverter generators are totally on par with Honda but half the price a lot of other things that they carry are just as good. The tool boxes that are made by US general are absolutely awesome for the price they are not the best ever made but for the price theyre the best you will find I have a 44 in drawer rolling cart tool box and it is jam-packed I need more every time I go there I buy something

Very good store. If you are buying basic tools, just keep in mind they arent exactly Snap On quality. But they got what you need for your garage and 1 or 2 times use tools.

Service has improved and the store looks fabulous now that they have expanded it. If you havent been there in the past 3 years make it a point to stop by. Great looking store! Good customer service.

Harbor Freight - Fargo is a small store. However, as with any Harbor Freight, their great prices and wide selection is like no other. I frequent this HF for that reason. Its easily located, well accessible, and has loads of parking.

I would like to start by saying that this isnt a reflection of the people that Ive interacted with at the store. My disappointment is with the company as a whole. After watching a lot of reviews I finally decided to pull the trigger on the Hercules 12v ratchet. Its gotten great reviews and the price is good. You do have to buy the tool, charger and battery at the same time to get the discounted price. This still is not a deal breaker.However, after checking online to verify the items were in stock, I drove over to the store to make the purchase. When I got there I found the tool and charger but they were out of the battery. I understand that there are times where the online inventory can be off. In my experience though, with all the options for curbside pick up companies have placed a lot more emphasis on inventory accuracy. My frustration lies with the fact that the associate that I spoke with told me there was no way to know when the battery would be in stock nor was there a way to special order one. The only option available to me was to order online.I dont mind placing orders online, but if you order the items online you dont get the bundle discount and you have to pay shipping. If the company cant maintain its in-stocks then maybe the in-store deals should be available online.Many companies offer a way to place your order online and pick it up at the store without shipping costs plus you can still get the deals. They even offer to ship it to the store for free so you can pick it up.Harbor Freight is not a small company. They should be able to keep up with the other nation-wide companies in regards to e-commerce.I guess at this point my only option is to wait or spend my money at a competitor. Im just really frustrated because I was really looking forward to giving Hercules a shot.

Had to return my earthquake electric impact because it was too big for the spot I needed to use it at. The staff was awesome with my return but issues with the software on the till made it take longer than it had to. Otherwise I love this place, its always clean and well organized and staff are friendly and helpful

Just about my favorite store. They have had every tool Ive needed and the U.S. General tool boxes are top of the line with a more than fair price.

I stop in to grab items for my neighbors alot. Wish they still printed their ad flyers. Harder to make sure Im getting what I was asked to pick up.

Harbor Freight is definitely one of my favorite stores. I have purchased $1000s of dollars of things from them and I am rarely disappointed. Having said that, I do not buy things that I need a lot and need precision accuracy. But for every day, and/ or one time use most of their items are good and they are cheap!

Who doesnt love Chinese made half price large allotment of sorts of gadgets and tools at work twice or drill bits that break and going to your eye I love it

How could you not love Harbor Freight? The only down side is right now their having problems getting certain things in stock. The other is they no longer have coupons in the store which makes it a serious pain to search on your phone for them while your shopping.

They have most tools I use & when tool breaks from normal use they were good to replace it for me prices are fair I will keep buying tools here

Love the store but I absolutely got no service!!! I was there for an hour trying to find the deals I went for. It was my first time there and if it wasnt for the coupons and deals I would have left. I asked for help with a ladder I was in a dress and the cashier looked at me and said ummmm. Not a happy lady not sure if it was worth the deals.

Was looking for a tool/tool kit to fix my harmonic balancer pulley, was easy to find and cheaper than snap-on quotes(do not get me wrong, snap-on is good with their tools but prices are vary) other wise it was good and easy to find the right tool for the right job

Great tool selection, at an affordable price.As a mechanic I think most people are idiots for spending $4,000 on a Snap-On tool box when you can get a better quality one with an actual warranty for a 1/3 the price.I’m not talking out of my a*s here either, speaking from experience, that whole “Lifetime No Questions Asked” warranty is thrown around very loosely. A drawer slide broke on my friends, they said it wasn’t part of the warranty. Not were the casters, top metal sheet or drawers themselves.Anyways Harbor freight is a fantastic company and this is a very good location.

Harbor Freight is great for inexpensive tools and needs. Bought a pump there for my rain capture system for about half what it would cost elsewhere. As my dad always said Harbor Freight works well if you dont know how much you need a tool. Buy it here first and if it breaks go get the higher end model.

The people that work there were very helpful, competent and friendly . The cashier was awesome.

All the tools you might ever need at much lower prices than you could ever hope for from a tool truck. They didnt have one tool I was after but it was kind of a specialized tool anyway. Its the walmart of tools. They have basically everything at low prices. Ill be going back for sure.

DIY heaven

They were Awesome to deal with St Cloud did not have what I needed so I called them and they held it for me.Manager was very nice even helped with loading and unloading of the old lathe and the new.Will definitely go back when I need new tools or equipment.

Tried to purchase an expensive item over the phone for my dad as I am out of town. They would absolutely not work with me to buy this saying they do take ccs but wont because they cant verify its me. I absolutely cant believe in todays world they would turn down a nice sale from customers that USED to frequently shop there. Both the sales associate and assistant sales supervisor as she called herself were u believeabley out of line rude. Buyers beware.
