I am very unimpressed with this company. I brought my ring in a month and a half before my wedding to get the posts replaced and to have them sauter it together. When I put the ring on at the wedding I noticed that it was catching on everything. I brought it back in twice before they finally decided to do something about it and then they charged me for it. I felt that it was a mistake that they made when fixing the posts and that I shouldn’t have to pay for it. I will not be going back to this company for any more work I need done. I also will not recommend to anyone I know.

Staff was very helpful and kind despite being very busy when we arrived. We had time to look around and when they finally was able to help us they were thorough and knowledgeable.

Absolutely AWFUL staff. I have never in my life encountered such an unprofessional sales women. Where do I even start? I was so excited to search for a promise ring. I stopped at Helzberg hoping to find the perfect one. However, when I was approached by a salesperson she was immediately very snarky and rude. I explained I had something pretty specific in mind, but expressed that I really liked some of the other rings in the case next to the ones I was looking at. She immediately shot me down and stated they don’t do diamond swaps so it “wasn’t worth my time to even look over there.” I had barely gotten 2 sentences in to her and certainly said nothing about a diamond swap or anything to do with that. We left shortly after that and went across the hall to a LOVELY jewelry store. (Where we ended up purchasing the perfect ring) However the staff member from Helzberg noticed us and immediately started whispering and pointing at us to her coworker. Like what the heck lady?! Super off putting.

Meredith was very helpful in finding what I was looking for along with assisting with financing.

Highly recommend. Staff was amazing. Within 10 minutes of talking they figured out exactly what I was hoping to find. I spent hours in multiple other stores with no luck. I felt that they listened carefully to what I wanted and presented what they heard instead of walking me around their displays showing me 100s of rings I wouldnt be interested in.

Extremely friendly, very helpful. Went in to buy a ring (only planned on having it for a couple days). She was great and showed me every thing until found the right one! Large selection in every price range. Upon returning of the ring they took it right back with no issue, no questions asked, until I had to spill what I had done. Great to deal with and will definitely go back when interested in actually putting a ring upon a girls finger!

Absolutely terrible experience. Would post a 0 out of 5 if I could. If you have the opportunity to purchase through a different vendor, do it! We were told to bring a ring and band back into the store a week before the wedding so they could solder them together, and when we went back 2 (!) weeks before the wedding they said it couldn’t be done and the lady literally told us “too bad”. Didn’t offer an alternate solution or a rush order or anything and the whole staff just stared at us until we left the store. Horrible customer service and terrible company! Will never go back and will always recommend against.

Jenna is a gem to work with! We truly enjoyed our experience selecting an engagement ring with her! She was above and beyond accommodating and never rushed us to make a decision.

I bought a promise ring back in January and it’s been in for repairments (twice) more then on my finger. Which is ridiculous when considering I never wear the ring, literally never. Would definitely not recommend to buy any promise rings there. Also can’t take it back to get a new one because of the only 60 day policy.

Would not recommend using Helzberg!! A couple months ago my fiancé and I picked out my wedding band here. When looking at their rings, they showed us that they have an in store jeweler that could solder my rings together and all we needed to do was bring it in a couple weeks before the wedding. This was a huge selling point alone as I really didn’t want to send my ring off somewhere to get this done! We were sold and purchased the ring that day.We came back a couple months later, and two weeks before our wedding, to have them tell us that they no longer have an in store jeweler and they couldn’t get it done in time. We told them we were counting on this and needed it done before the wedding but they offered no alternatives or even bothered to help us find other solutions. They basically just had the “too bad” and “not my problem” attitude until we left. Staff was very unhelpful and not pleasant!
