Well for starters we stopped in to check out some equipment for a personal trainer studio. We walked around for 10-15 mins or so, sat in the massage chairs, and looked at treadmills but we never saw anyone. So we called the next day and no one answered the phone. The customer service is very low and getting ahold of them seems like a giant run around.
My wife called on a Friday three times during business hours and no answered or retuned her calls. She Went to the store on same Friday during business hours and doors were locked with “OPEN” sign blinking, no one answered the door. Called later and representative was not helpful and told her the go on-line to resolve issue and he communicated that this is a very long process.I went to store the following Saturday during business hours and doors were locked again with Open sign on and pulled on doors and then a representative came from the back and stated he was loading equipment. I explained our problem and he stated I think I talked to your wife yesterday and she did not call me back. He was able to inform me that our equipment was under warranty and we would need to go on line to set up a date. I completed this very short process and called the store to inform them I completed the process and would like a call back to arrange a date for service as the on-line process stated.On Sunday, I had not received a call back again and went to the store during business hours and guess what? The doors were locked again! I called from outside the store and no one answered the phone. I was looking to purchase a massage chair and upgrade our treadmill, but we will be looking else where. I think you know why. Custom service is not a priority for this Fargo store.

The service was professional, trustworthy and we were not sold on any product besides what was best for our home use as well as our budget. The equipment has withstood daily use for 2 years. Looking for quality service with quality products? 2nd Wind is the place
Terrible experience. It seems like this store does not care if its open or not. I was going to stop in since my gym closed and there was a sign on the door saying closed for maintenance. The next week I decided to try again and they were closed again with a sign that read By appointment only Tried calling and nobody answers. Needless to say I will never try there again and will look elsewhere.

Bought a Life Span treadmill. Was supposed to be new. When delivered, it was pretty run down. Delivery guy told me that it was sitting on the floor at the store. Had lot of scratches on it. Jared from the store kept on insisting it was new. Only 4 months down the line, its showing up with keypad problems now. Very lightly used so far. Friend had a similar issue. This seems to be a practice for the store now a days. They would deliver used equipment and charge you for a new one.
Really a positive experience - very professional sales force - extremely knowledgeable about the product - very fair and honest in meeting my needs as to the correct machine - not a hard sell very genuine in matching the best product to me - would recommend highly
I wish I could give zero stars. Awful customer service. Been in there a couple times and every time the same rude guy is working. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. 🤮🤮
