Kids outside the store trying to call their mom and the store man said no get out. Didn’t even help them. I drove by 20 min later the kids still outside begging to use the phone and the store man wouldn’t. He could called the cops to come help them kids but he kept yelling saying no and told us to let them use our phones when I didn’t bring at the time. These store guy only cares about his money and didn’t even help the kids. It’s 9pm at night and 45 degrees outside. Kids in they pajamas

Unbelievable.I tried TWO terminals for a simple gas fill-up and neither of them worked. The machines appear to have been last updated in the early 90s.Filling up with gas shouldnt be met with terminal errors in 2019.Will never visit this place again. If youre running low go somewhere else.

The manager was rude to me when I asked her for more ice in the fountain machine. It takes a couple minutes to throw more in. She has short brown hair and glasses. Please try to be more courteous next time.

The first time I had taco pizza from here, was 1 month ago, I received coupons and thought hey wth I will try a taco pizza. We picked it up, brought it home, I took one bite, wow amazing! It was absolutely delicious! We went back 3 times after that, well worth it!, and will go back again and again!

First time ordering online and also choosing this store...Ordered a bacon cheeseburger pizza for delivery, and when it showed up it was a breakfast pizza. Called the store and let them know, they said they would fix it and send another one. When the 2nd one arrived it was a breakfast pizza as well! :( Called the store again and this time Ryan, the delivery person answered and said he thought it said bacon breakfast pizza, and not Cheeseburger bacon pizza. He apologized, offered to make another and redeliver it, I declined and asked for a refund instead, because my family had already waited over 2 hours from the time we ordered it and it still wasnt right. He stated he would leave a note for the manager because he wasnt sure how to give me a refund. I even offered to drive to the store to get it. uggh... NOT impressed for a first time interaction.

Some pumps not working. After fill-up, no receipt received. Saw the sitting area and tables so went inside for a midday snack, but without success (empty shelves and missing Cook).

Not open 24 hours like most Caseys.Uninviteing attitude and no loitering signs.The reason I like Caseys is that it is known as a store that people hang out at thus the tables and chairs located on the inside of almost every location.

I ordered 4 pizzas online for pickup. When I arrived at the store 40 minutes later the pizzas hadnt been started. Terrible service all around from the 13th Ave location. Dont get pizza from here.

Placed a pizza order online. Went to get the pizza, they had no idea what I was talking about. I tried to verify the address with the clerk, she had no idea what the address was at the location she worked at.
